Wow, this one took me a while and I had to go watch some footage to verify it. He's had 5 ring names in his career:
1. Medic 2. Bolo Mongol 3. The Masked Superstar 4. Super Machine 5. Ax (As part of Demolition)

Good lord.... don't ask multipart questions unless you give a number to them or a specific answer you want, otherwise they are "Wiki Questions".... meaning either you looked it up to ask it, or to answer it somebody is most likely gonna have to look it up.
especially for questions like this.... some wrestlers go through tons of gimmicks in their career..... Bill Eadie could of wrestled 2 matches in some obscure indie fed as "Billy Eadie" when he was 18 and it would count as a "persona or wrestling name" to some sources.
Nobody knows what source you're using, or if it's actually correct if you're pulling the info from memory, you maybe missing that obscure fed from your data or added a person that somebody else my discount as not significant enough to mention... and nobody can possibly know what you're expecting to hear as a response.

Two parts

Ok, so here's my new question. Two parts a) Who trained current legacy member Ted DiBiasse Jr.? b) What is his hometown that he is billed from? A.) He was trained under the Harley Race's Wrestling Academy. B.) He has been billed from three separate locations (according to wiki), Clinton, MS; West Palm Beach, FL; Palm Springs, FL.

You are correct, but the the second part was not where he HAS been billed from, it's where he is currently billed from. It's one of the three you listed, so take another stab at it

ok let's go with one about the late Mitsuharu Misawa.
In 2000 Mitsuharu Misawa left the AJPW after being removed as president, how many wrestlers stayed with AJPW when he left for Noah?

You are correct, I just remembered that I forgot about Stan Hansen and Fuchi

Umm, since nobody has replied in a long time. I'm gonna restart it if that's cool.
Question: Who was last World Wrestling Federation champion? Right before they switched the name over to World Wrestling Entertainment.

That's a tricky answer as to the way you've worded that question. Technically, the last WWF Champion would be Chris Jericho, as when he won it, the name was then changed to Undisputed champion. However, the last man to hold the physical title is Triple H, because right after he won the Undisputed, it was changed to one belt instead of two. However, the person whom was the Undisputed World champ during the name switch was Hulk Hogan. So one of those guys is the answer you're looking for.
Now for my question! In WWE, which champion lost his title to his own father?

Would that be Triple H losing to Vince McMahon? I mean, Vince is his Father-in-law. If it's literal father you want, I have no idea.

Chavo Guerrero Jr. losing the cruiserweight title to Chavo Guerrero Sr.?

Adam is correct! Trips wasn't legit married to Steph at that point, and I didn't say father-in-law, so I'll give you half credit. I guess that means Adam has the floor.
