(This is something I did many many years ago which was recently brought to my attention again, so I decided to do it again and post it here. If anynbody wants to do their own just copy the questions.)


Q: What is your character name?
Spike Kane

[/b]Q: Why did you pick that as your character name?[/b]
Spike was my own nickname through school, and I just thought it went well, as he was just Spike for a long time...then people got him "confused" with spike Dudley, so I gave him my last name.

Q: Have you went by any other names? If so what were they?
Bonesmasher, my very first name neat huh? Yeah, that lasted for one match. And Razor Wolf, he was the administritive character I made to distinguish the difference between the admin powers and Spike...when I ran XwF.

Q: Explain your gimmick
Spike is the God of Xtreme, violent to the core and one sadistic bastard, even if he's deemed a "good guy" Spike believes he ushered the era of Xtreme into the limelight, allowing people like himself to break out of the hardcore division and challenge for world titles etc.

Q Your character have a catch phrase?
Kind of, he has two nicknames: The Spiked One and The God of Xtreme...he also has a signiture weapon, a sledgehammer wrapped in barbed wire going by the name of The Spiked One Version 7.0 (see System of a Down - Toxicity, you'll get the reference)

Q: What got you interested in e-feds?
I watched wrestling when I was a kid and lost interest, during school my friends got me back into it and one was running an efed. So during my classes I began rping.

Q: How long have you been E-fedding?
Since 1996.

Q: Has e-fedding changed that much since you started?
Oh yes, it's changed a hell of a lot, there's a lot more emphasis on graphics for starters, and people use many different styles to roleplay...like writing a freakin' novel. I mean yay, woo you can write well done...but that's not how wrestling promos work.

Q: Did you have a mentor to show you the ropes? If yes how did he/she help/If no think it would of help you?
No, i only ever had a guy putting me down, telling me Hardcore wrestlers were lower than the womens division...pfft.

Q: Who do you want to have a victory against, but you don't (in a singles match)?
MGK.

Q: Who was your greatest challenge?
Initially Triple D, I couldn't beat him, and then I did...but more recently I'd say MGK. I put my all into the match or two I had with him and came close. That really put me into gear and helped me step things up.

Q: What is your personal favorite gimmick that you have seen? ( Any Fed)
There was this one guy in DBW who had lost his memory or something and thought he was one of the Divas (they had a pretty big womens part) The promos were hillarious and really fun to read.

Q: What is your personal worse gimmick that you have seen? (Any Fed)
I'll say the same everytime, all the *** damn Big Man/Undertaker/Kane rip offs...they're boring as hell. Oh, and people who use a specific person for their image and just copy that person, rather than creating a character.

Q: What was the favorite angle/Storyline you been in? ( Any Fed)
My favourite angle was the Spike/Bianca angle in UWA. Bianca was the owner and Spike became obsessed with her. He won the Xtreme Title and then won her "services" for the month. In the end she screwed himout of his Xtreme Title and he lost her services, only to turn around and become the UWA World Heavyweight Championship.

Q: What was the worst/storyline you been in? ( Any Fed)
6 Faces versus 1 Heel....nuff said.

Q: What was your favorite feud? ( Any Fed)
Versus Kevin Hardaway, that was fun and I imagine it's not over yet.

Q: What was your worst feud? (Any Fed)
Versus Reckless Jack. The story was all their the potentiol, but Jack never bothered and soon left once I beat him for the world title.

Q: Ever got too involved in a feud and made it personal?
Kinda, back in the day myself and Triple D fueded the Hollands. Things got a little out of hand as Sam (The Hollands) held his characters very close to him. Needless to say he got upset, we were immature and we fell out, but thats in the past...we're a little bit more mature now.

Q: Whose your favorite e-fedder, besides yourself?
Joe Everyman. I love this guy because in the XHF he was shat on, loss after loss after loss, yet he keeps on coming, optimistic and full of retarded jokes. Fair play to him, because one day he'll be world champion. Just look at Mikey Whipreck!

Q: What motivates your character?
Usually one of the following; Violence, Revenge, Greed or the Fans. Depending on his allignment of course.

Q Ever had an opponent you couldn't beat, like an arch-nemesis?
Triple D, MGK and more recently Kevin Hardaway.

Q: What would you say is the defining moment in your career? Or have you had one yet?
When I won my first world title. Because then I realised I could do it, and more recently when I won the XHF Rumble and then went on to win the XHF World Title. The XHF has always been hard for me, and to break the barrier and be the top man...it was awesome.

Q: What makes a good e-fed owner?
Someone who knows what they're doing, employs the right kind of staff and actually takes an interest in his/her roster.

Q: What does/should a e-fed owner looks for in his e-fedders?
Solid roleplayers, commited roleplayers and originality. nobody wants to read the same roleplay five hundred times with different names editted in.

Q: What makes a fed good?
It's members. Screw graphics, and flashy animations. If you don't have good members, the tigh nit family, then it'll all fall apart. I've seen it too many times.

Q: What makes someone a legend in e-fedding?
Someone who's been around for a while and pretty much done something great and inspiring, somebody who helps out the "younger" guys and isn't afraid to get involved in a big storyline.

Q: In your opinion who are the legends of e-fedding?
For me personally: Triple D, Xcon, The Brothers Holland, Kevin Hardaway, MGK, AJ Phoenix and myself. Most people that I've been FORCED to all legend became legends in like a year or two of wrestling, I've never even come across them, so why should I?

Q: Which real life wrestling superstar would your character like to take on?
Raven.

Q: How many e-feds have you been in? Counting nCw.
Far too many, I did this years ago and I'd reached something like 28. So I'm probably around the forties by now.

Q: How is the different from other feds? Better/Worse.
I enjoy working here in the nCw, the staff take an active role in what your character does/is doing, and there's the feeling of we're all working together for the same thing. As well as people actually praising you when you do good.

Q: What brought you to the nCw?
Sam, without realising it. It's usually me who brings him places, but he was talking to me about it..and I used to be a member of WCF, so I recognised a few faces. so I just joined.

Q: How many characters have you been?
5: Spike, Bonesmasher, Razor Wolf, Freya Kane and Tyler Jacobs.

Q: Which one was the closest to you?
Spike. He's been my main character since that one match as Bonesmasher.

Q. How does your character differ from yourself in person?
Well I don't think I'm half as violent as Spike is, I have nowhere near as much cashflow, and unlike Spike I was raised with my family, mom, dad, brother and sister. Basicly my life is only a little ****ed up compared to Spike's. Oh, let's not forget he's bigger, stronger and a professional athlete.

Q: Where did you get the inspiration for your character?
Initially he was a mix of Ken Shamrock and Jeff Hardy, but as the years went by more and more influence was drawn from Raven and the like.

Q: How many titles have you won?
I've won well over fifty titles. I'm not gonna list em because I can't remember them all.

Q: What title meant the most to you?
The WDWF Hardcore Title. The UBAWF World Title and the XHF World Title.

Q Is there a person who you don't like to RP against because he is so bad? Don't have to name him/her.
Yes, Graff. Bad as in he writes far too much.

Q: Who challenges you to put out the best rps you can?
MGK, The Brothers Holland, Kevin Hardaway.

Q: What do you feel is the best storyline going on in nCw?
Well as biased as it sounds I think the whole Spike Vs Knucker and co, turning into The Empire storyline is pretty damn good. Because it involves and effects a lot of people.

Q: Who is the one person that you would most like to feud against?
Triple D, I want that sucker back dammit.

Q: Which member(s) of the nCw would you like to work with in an angle or storyline?
Lance Ryan, Davey Ortega, The Burning, Kelly Fox, TVO, ah far too many. Pretty much everyone.

Q: What was the promo that you are really proud of?
The one I did as my first in nCw, it was for me a return to form. I've been slacking quite bad recently, and I was forced to kickstart myself and it made me feel good.

Other than that, then the roleplay where Spike's son dies. I put a lot of my own fear and emotion into that roleplay and as emo as it sounds it's a real heartstring puller. If anybody wants to read it, just ask and I'll give you the link.

Q: What do you see in future (if you've thought that far)?
Spike Kane, nCw World Heavyweight Champion!! wooo!!

Q: Ever done a promo, and looked back and thought what the hell was I thinking?
All the time.

Q: Got a favorite promo that someone else did?
Yes, the infamous "I am Xcon hear me roar!!"

Q: Ever read someone's else promo and thought what the hell were they thinking?
Oh yeah, I get that alot. Usually by somebody really really evil.

Q: Most proud moment in e-fedding?
Being the only guy on the XHF banner, representing such a big company. (Was World Champ at the time)

Q: Most disappointing moment?
Losing the title after merely a month on a weekly show.

Q: Who is the most underrated superstar in the nCw?
I don't think there is anybody underated here, because everybody is awesome.

Q: Do you see a day in the near future when you will quit e-fedding?
It's a lot more possible than it used to be, but hopefully not.

Q: Who do you think deserve a shot at the World Champion in right now?
Me, lol. Seriously, I think it'll be Ortega again.

Q: Grading your time here in the nCw with A, B, C, D, F what do you think your grade is?
I'm not sure, I'm doing pretty well, I'd probably go with a C.

Q: In e-fedding in general?
A, no way about it. I've been doing it for way too long, and I've just done far too much not to be acknowledged.

MGK, solid roleplayer of an amazing standard.

Q What is the one area of RPing you would like to improve at? ( Gimmick, Character Development, Creativity, etc.)
I think my gimmick could be better, but to be honest I'm quite content right now.

Q : who do you think is your greatest competition in nCw and why?
Beating Dave Holland in my debut match. This is because it ment a lot to me to beat Dave, because not only did I beat someone I had a lot of history with, but it forced me to kickstart my rping again.

Q: Is there a goal left in the nCw that you want to accomplish before you leave?
Yes, I want to become an nCw Legend. Hall of Famer, the whole nine yards.

Q: If nCw was a real fed, think it would be a major fed? A Cult fed, Or just struggling to keeps its doors open?
I think it'd be a lot like TNA, it's not gay like WWE, we're not full of muscle bounded freaks, and we have a big diversity between wrestlers, high flyers and hardcore maniacs.

Old school ECW!

Q: Why did you pick that as your character name?
Not sure why i came up with the name but i had been on holiday to the Carabien it was awesome, and i wanted to try a new character and decided i'd go away from the general RP'er these days which uses a New York character and try a different background. So i called him Trinidad, needed a first name and i had just rented the film Troy with Brad Pitt. So i put the two together and it sounded alright. His nickname "The Tank" well i made him a Batista style size so i thought it fit the bill.

Doesn't really have a gimmick other than being a power house from the Carabien.

I got bored of porn...nah seriously some guy hit me up on MSN from a wrestling forum i had joined and asked me to join an efed. I did and tried it out and it was pretty good.

August 2005.

Q: Has e-fedding changed that much since you started?
Not much really but in terms of main stream efeds i have only been apart of them since about December Eric Withrow's CWA. But i haven't really noticed a major change since then to be honest. But i came from one and two liners to rp'ing like many of you do so maybe that's a change for me. But there's not been much in the past year.

Q: Did you have a mentor to show you the ropes? If yes how did he/she help/If no think it would of help you?
Yes, Bryan Peek from CWA. He was my opponent a few matches in for the International Championship, i had beat some wrestlers at the ppv in december to gain a title shot for either the blood or international. So i went for Peek he beat me twice, and me being an utter ass i put my contract on the line in character, if he won he could fire me or do whatever. Low and behold he won and he took control of my character. He also took me under his wing so to speak, and each week he would go over my rp's tell me what i did well and not, and gave me advice it's really helped me.

Q: Who do you want to have a victory against, but you don't (in a singles match)?

Not a fan of way out gimmicks, but my favourite kind of gimmick is a character who is realistic and is portrayed well.

Giants who think they are unbeatable, or shouldn't lose because they are seven foot plus...pisses me off.

Probably the recent CWA Chaotic Championship tournament.

In CWA i had this guy attack me numerous times over a period cost me a couple of matches, and such. FOund out his name, can't remember it though, and nothing ever came from it no match or out.

Peek liked his style, also Fusion again liked his style.

Q: What motivates your character?
Success, being the best that he possibly can.

Bryan Peek was the only one i haven't beat in CWA that i have lost to. Basically i've beaten the others that i have lost to at a later date.

Q: What would you say is the defining moment in your career? Or have you had one yet?
When i won the international title in CWA by beating two established stars on the final CWA ppv before they started the new/current era; Bobbinette Carey and Jim Rooster.

Q: What makes a good e-fed owner?
Someone who knows how to book the fed well, someone who is dedicated and is in it for the long run not just in it till the going gets tough and they walk away. Someone who can write good results, choose winners fairly and not be biased towards friends. One that dones't book themselves to be the most dominate force in their own fed.

Q: What does/should a e-fed owner looks for in his e-fedders?
Good roleplayers, who are committed to being the best they can and go to great limits to show it for the fed in question. Also they should look for people who can improve on what they have already at the efed.

Q: What makes a fed good?
I'd have to say;
- The quality of rp'ers first and fore most.
- The quality of the shows.
- A friendly OOC area.
- Good RP activity, no point i having a card with 8 matches and getting only 8 rp's.

Q: What makes someone a legend in e-fedding?
A legend is generally someone who made a difference in the given field. For instance someone winning a world title in every fed they've been in is not a legend always, they are just mainly glory seekers who want to win the top titles then do it some where else because they think it makes them a legend. What legend is someone who sticks with a fed and makes a difference. For instance if this place is still around in a year, or four years, Spike could have been a cornerstone in which this company was built and he would be consider if still there or for most of the time a legend, or anyone who does something to change this sector.

Ian Monks - Created TFWF longest running i know of, and one of the best.
Eric Withrow - Created one of the best feds ever which is always trying new and different things.
Roughkut - Created RKW and RK Resources, made a difference in e-fedding.

Actual e-fedders is more difficult than owners or people who try to evolve the e-fed world for me.

Triple H, easy really would have great promo battles.

Troy's not like me, i wanted to try a Carabien style wrestler different from the rest and it's worked personally. But he's nothing like me.

First off i'm from England so i don't have the accent. Secondly i don't wrestle nor live his style of life.

Q: Where did you get the inspiration for your character?
I wanted to be different, after all fed heads know that when they see the same generic character being signed up to their fed it can get boring. After all look in a lot of feds and you will see a roster of 15 or 20 which are near on all the same with maybe the odd one who is truly different. As my view was if you can stand out from the crowd in e-feds, whilst having the ability to rp well, then your more likely to gain a push than someone who is generic. Can work both ways.

Not really anyone i can think of other than people who i have heard where time wasters in another fed.

Don't know i've rp'ed in three different styles. HiWF it was storybook so i wrote a story were i'd have a short shoot promo at the end. In CWA it was a mixture between shoot/comedy/story, and in TFWF it was ring promo's. But i'm most proud of my HiWF work.

Not sure being a hall of famer in any of my past feds or future feds would mean a lot.

Yup quite often but then i get people saying how well i rp'ed that week...

I've used two famous ones.

- First being HHH "i'm that damn good" more of a quote i've used over time.
- Second being the Scott Steiner line to Samoa Joe, i ripped the promo and used it towards a recent opponent. "You look in my eyes "Joe" and you'll see your heart ain't as cold as mine, and i'm gonna beat you like a dog" also called him a half breed etc...

Q: Ever read someone's else promo and thought what the hell were they thinking?
Quite a lot but you know we all have styles and promo's we like and hate.

Q: Most proud moment in e-fedding?
Being part of the main event for the biggest ppv of the year for a huge company.

Losing the main event last sunday at the biggest ppv.

Quite possible, 17th September i start uni and anything could happen then with my e-fed career.

To be honest i'm capable at developing my character whenever i want having rp'ed in the storybook and promo style. But i don't think i can improve one what i've got, sure i could become a better rp'er if the best ever worked with me and taught me more. But i feel happy and content with how i rp right now and don't wnat to change that

Q: What is your character name?
"Maniac" Jack Manson

Q: Why did you pick that as your character name?
I just think it sounded catchy.

Q: Have you went by any other names? If so what were they?
Yeah. Jack Manson was called Descending Angel in 3 or 4 other feds I was in. But although he sounds all dark and moody etc... He wasn't. He didn't really have a gimmick either. Just a guy who went out there and done the business. In the end I got sick of the Descending Angel name and during a storyline in my old fed I had DA injured and returned 2 months later as Jack Manson.

Q: Explain your gimmick
This is complicated. When I brought Jack back from his coma in the old fed I was part of, I also created a second "Jack" character that lives inside his head. A voice that speaks to him at times. Jack has no control over this voice and it sometimes takes over his body. Jack is the ONLY person who knows about this voice, nobody else. He doesn't know whether he is schizophrenic or actually hearing voices, and he doesn't know how to stop it either. Thats the in-depth concept, the short concept is basically he's hearing a voice in his head and he doesn't know whether it's real or he is ill.

Q Your character have a catch phrase?
"Time for me to introduce you to the new face of ultra-violence."
Although he never uses it a lot and it's usually the voice in his head that uses it to encourage him in training or a match etc.

Q: What got you interested in e-feds?
I remember finding an e-fed on the net when I first got connected, and I liked wrestling and stuff as a kid. When I found out about e-feds I gave it a try and it grew from there.

Q: How long have you been E-fedding?
On and off since 2001, more off than on though.

Q: Has e-fedding changed that much since you started?
Can't really answer that because most the feds I was in closed early on and I got sick of trying to find a good run fed to be a part of.

Q: Did you have a mentor to show you the ropes? If yes how did he/she help/If no think it would of help you?
No, I just learnt by doing.

Q: Who do you want to have a victory against, but you don't (in a singles match)?
Hmmm, a friend's character called "Revan Redemption". We had 1 match together but with 3 other guys. He won the title that night but only because of a pre-planned event that I did not agree with.

Q: Who was your greatest challenge?

The voice in his head pushing him to his limits, his manager Tony, his beliefs and his taste for glory.

Connor MacManus, his roleplays were long and boring. I faced him once and just couldn't work off of his roleplays and produced some half ass roleplay. Although this was the night DA would be taken out for a few months to return as Jack Manson.

Q: What would you say is the defining moment in your career? Or have you had one yet?
I gotta say, since 2001 i've never won a title EVER. Winning the National title and being the first in it's history is my defining moment. I admit when I was reading the results and it got to my much I was literally shaking with anticipation and anxiousness to see who came out on top.

Q: What makes a good e-fed owner?
Un-biased towards friends and themselves if they have a character in the fed too, able to sort a problem out quickly, interacts with his roster and staff, able to produce good results, keep to a deadline as much as possible, not making promises that can't be kept etc.

Q: What does/should a e-fed owner looks for in his e-fedders?
Solid roleplays, potential to improve as a roleplayer, livley, follows the rules, respectful to others.

Q: What makes a fed good?
The staff and members. And established efed members/staff who go out of their way to talk to new comers and not intimidate them with words like "n00b" etc on the forums. If you don't have a feel good atmosphere on the boards it's gonna stop genuine people from joining and we'll be inviting assholes to join who enjoy e-arguing and e-threats.

Q: What makes someone a legend in e-fedding?
Someone who sticks with the fed through thick and thin. If things get bad this guy isn't gonna jump ship and leave, they will do their utmost to help get the place back on its feet. A lot of the time new comers can immediatly spot a "legend" from the posts he/she types and the types of responses given from other members.

Q: In your opinion who are the legends of e-fedding?
Haven't met any as of yet.

Q: Which real life wrestling superstar would your character like to take on?
Hmmm never really thought about it. I'd say The Rock.

I feel this place has a lot of potential to became an excellent efed. The staff are friendly and commited, and a lot of the roster here is too. To improve I would say just adding tidbits here and there, like spell checking the results, I notice a few spelling mistakes here and there. Nothing major but it's pleasing on the eye to read the right word lol. The only way is up for the nCw.

I think I found it on RK. Saw potential in it, took a chance and joined.

2 but technically they are the same people. Descending Angel and Jack Manson

I don't have a crazy voice telling me what to do in my head, nor do I have the money, talent or ability Manson does.

Hmm I just wanted to use Maniac in a name and then put Maniac with Jack Manson.

Not really a person, but people I don't like to roleplay against is people who do really short, 20 line roleplays and expect to win the match. If you see a quality length roleplay and you write some 20 line roleplay simply saying "i'm gonna kick his ass tonight", then why should I waste my time responding to that? It gives me nothing to go off.

Q: Who challenges you to put out the best rps you can?
I'm expecting a lot of people here to challenge me.

Q: What do you feel is the best storyline going on in nCw?
The Empire storyline has the potential to be a big part of the fed during the coming months because of how many people it's going to affect. But more development is needed for that. But the mysterious guy attacking everyone has got my attention too.

Anyone who is up for a challenge.

I would happily work with everyone here to develop a good storyline.

The Empire being a strong force, Lance Ryan will hold that belt for a bit, Jack Manson will be content as National champ for now but it won't be long before he wants the biggest prize in the fed after missing his chance in the RttG.

Everytime. Mainly my last roleplay featuring Jonathon Ross. I was running dry on idea's and Burning couldn't roleplay till right before the deadline so I had nothing to go off. I just kept thinking "WTF am I writing this for?"

I enjoy reading Dr. Pepper's roleplays. His character is unique, and his last roleplay was a good read.

Q: Why did you pick that as your character name?
Well, my name is Kevin, and I was watching "Last Action Hero" before I created him, so I just went with Slater because it sounded cool. The nickname I just kinda used to fit his gimmick now.

Q: Have you went by any other names? If so what were they?
Used to go by the nickname "Wild Thing", because his initial gimmick was that he just did whatever he needed to win. Aerial moves, hardcore, just off the wall stuff that was en vogue when I started.

Q: Explain your gimmick
Slater now just fanicies himself a pure wrestling machine, eliminating hardcore and aerial stuff, mostly due to injuries over his carrer. He detests extreme hardcore stuff now.

Q Your character have a catch phrase?
When he was "Wild Thing" he used to end promos with some variant of "take a walk... on the Wild Side." but since his real serious turn, I've stayed away from it, although his brother is trying to force one on him.

Q: What got you interested in e-feds?
Well, when I started, ECW was just catching on, and with WWF and WCW starting the Monday Night Wars, there was a ton of wrestling on. Prodigy just started a wrestling section, and I stumbled apon the fantasy section. Got into it and been on and off ever since.

Q: How long have you been E-fedding?
1995. Although I had a break between 96-97, then just came off a 5 year break.

Q: Has e-fedding changed that much since you started?
Phew, I could write 10 pages of the changes, some for the better, some for the worse. Its a totally different monster from even 5 years ago, but it still runs in cycles.

Q: Did you have a mentor to show you the ropes? If yes how did he/she help/If no think it would of help you?
I really didn't until I hit EMWC, where I just got better with the people around me. I could've helped, but at the time, I was too immature to take help the right way.

Q: Who do you want to have a victory against, but you don't (in a singles match)?
"The Outlaw" J.W. Hardin. I think its the only "legend" of my heyday that I didn't manage a victory against.

Curt Hansen, it was the fued that just wouldn't go away. Adam and I carried that fued on and off for 4 years.

I'm gonna have to kinda mirror Spike's answer, but add that the version I saw was a guy that just thought he was a 16 year old girl, came out to Brittney Spears, dressed the part. Real funny.

Heh, I've seen a ton of bad gimmicks, worse was two guy starting up a stable, and basically C&Ping an old school DX promo complete with phallic watergun.

I hate to say it, but it involved an evil owner angle. Slater was chasing the World Title, and his rival, Hansen, had it. During the time, the fed's owner hated both guys, and made it hell for them to get to the match at the PPV. It worked out great though, and really helped my RPing going against all the top guns at the time.

The fued immediatly after the one I won the title in (1st PPV defense)

Curt Hansen. We just brought out the best in each other, spread it out over 3 feds, and helped elevate a fed in the process.

Tony Starks. He didn't play a top heel well, I built Slater up so much during the chase that I burnt out, and we just couldn't get any heat going for a big match. Whole thing fizzled.

Not really, but I did have some flipouts over treatment of friends that I regret, and shouldn't have. I'm older and much more mature now though.

I hate to say, I don't know the current crop of players to really pick a favorate yet, but I do say I really enjoy the stuff I've seen of Davey Ortega and the Hollands.

Used to be to be the best, but now its just recapturing the limelight. Getting back to that top level. Its like a drug.

Caleb Temple. Never had a fued, but went up against him three times, and could *not* get a win, no matter what I did.

Winning the EMWC World Title. I worked hard for that, and with the caliber of people in the fed, it was a real testiment to my work that I managed to become the flag bearer for the fed.

Someone who puts as much work into the fed as he expects from his handlers. Who books intelligently, thinks ahead, and gets his handlers involved wherever and whenever possible.

Q: What does/should a e-fed owner looks for in his e-fedders?
Good, committed RPers that work on their stuff, who will RP every show, not complain, and work well with anyone, and who are in it for fun. People that are ok with taking losses, realizing that it will all payoff in the end.

Q: What makes a fed good?
Match quality, booking quality, handler quality, the ability for the fed-head to motivate his handlers into putting forth their best, and the handlers all working together to have fun, and put out the best possible product.

Q: What makes someone a legend in e-fedding?
Legend is a relative term. People who were legends in my time that people now don't even know now. I could name drop JW Hardin, Brody Thunder, Tiger Claw, Dan Kauffman, Steve Kowalski and nobody would know them, but they were the crew that people strived to be able to hang with. So, today's legends might be forgotten in a few years. Who knows? But to be that legend, its setting the bar for people to hit and pass. Giving pointers to people on how to get there. Its the people that *everyone* wants to beat.

I named some from my time, but like I said, I've been out for 4-5 years so I'm not familar with people now, so I can't answer this question at this time.

About on par with the last two feds I was in. The match writing isn't the same, but I attribute match writing as a contributing factor to the death of e-mail feds. But that's not saying its bad. Its actually some of the best I've seen nowadays.

When I decided to come back, I spent a month looking over different fed, seeing if I could find a style I liked. nCw was the one I found that met all the criteria, and has a good core group of guys in it.

Anything done for Simon Ezra in EMWC. It was always good, but Blackie was a seriously screwed up dude.

I was thinking of a name for a character that I wanted to be Diamond Dave... Holland just rolled off the tongue and I liked it.
Milo was the name of a character from a game called Chronomaster. He kicked ass and was voiced by Brent Spiner (a.k.a. Data from Star Trek).
Then it was a matter of I preferred the name The Brothers Holland over The Holland Brothers.

Milo used to be called Bahamut. Everyone else is as is.

Milo's always been an angry big man with a passion for fire and the like.
Dave is one tough son of a bitch with a hell of a lot of charm. He doesn't really have a gimmick as such.

I've gotten better.... and I think the world of e-fedding might have got slightly less petty though it's all a matter of finding the good feds really.

Reckless Jack. At the time he was rping at a mega high standard and with no limits he was rping most days. I kept up with him... and I beat him.

XCon. Without a doubt. A guy who's got out of jail to wrestle.... and yet the crowd love. Somehow it worked.

Ryan Matthews. He was a typical Cocky Arrogant Heel.... but it was dull. Very dull.

At a fed called NWWA. I'd turned up just as the roster was split and then the show was going to change it's name and other types of stuff. I revolted and got a load of other recruits to help me. I loved that revolution.

Bringing Milo back from the dead first time around. It wasn't fully thought through and didn't make a whole lot of sense. These days we just chalk it up to no one really knows what happened.

Milo Holland vs XCon. Longest feud ever. Technically still going. Best mates just out to prove who deserves the XwF Intercontinental Title.

Same feud. Nothing's happened in years and the stuff that did was really bad.

Like Spike said... I'm awfully close to my characters, I see them as aspects of myself that I either have or would really like to have. Spike and Triple D rped awesomely as heels against me one time and absolutely humiliated my characters which I turned into humiliated me. Spike still throws the fact that a friend of ours knows a Dave Holland that works at a KFC against me. I hate that more than I'm sure he knows and it still winds me up in a bad way.

Q: Whose your favorite e-fedder, besides yourself?
For the reasons Spike said earlier I'm going to agree and say Joe Everyman. He sticks to his guns more than any man has a right to and that's a quality we'd all love to have. I salute him.

Milo's generally motivated by Dave.
Dave however is a tricky one to read. Once upon a time it was women and fame but he's changed a lot since then. Now it's the people that motivate him. He also fights because deep down that's what his instinct tells him to do, an aspect he doesn't even realise himself, a remnant of his experience at the orphanage.

Q Ever had an opponent you couldn't beat, like an arch-nemesis?
Not really. There's only one person I've fought but haven't beaten and that's MGK and since we've only crossed paths... twice and one of those was against 6 other people aswell can't really call that an arch-nemesis.
Oh and Triple D.. but we've only crossed paths once ever, so again doesn't really apply.

Q: What would you say is the defining moment in your career? Or have you had one yet?
The Young Guns vs Snake & Cosmo vs AJ & Spike vs The Brothers Holland : XHF Tag Team Championship Match. First Tag reign in XHF... hardest fought tag title match ever. Best feeling ever.
But this was second most defining moment.
First was when Dave and Milo got character overhauls. Spike used to hate Dave and Milo was a bit too repetitive. I look back and yeah... they weren't great. Then I saw Serenity and saw a new Dave when I saw Nathan Fillion and a new Milo when I saw Adam Baldwin. At first they were appearances but as I rp'd the characters had changed to suit them. And now I seem to rock... so yeah... defining moment.

Having the owner character belong to someone else and having a great staff around you.

Fun times and lots of creativity.

Firstly, Mongo the Destroyer. He created a fed that eventually became something very very special. It has since passed but for creating it in the first place he will be a legend to me.

XCon. Most characters will be repeated by other characters in some way or form. Some aren't but bear similarities to others. XCon is completely original, I've not seen him since or before in efedding, Even with the attempt at a WWE clone in Nathan Jones. Bravo sir.

They have no inhibitions. Milo gives in to his rage whereas I'd rather supress it. Dave has absolute confidence in himself... something I really wish I had.

At first, Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. Then Firefly and Serenity with Jayne and Mal... they're still the original inspiration but it's all themselves now.

Myself. But really it depends who I'm facing... if they put out an rp of a good quality I'll generally aim to match it and then push a little further... so in a way everyone does.

Empire vs Knucker and Co.

Spike. If only for what would be the end resulting match... I'll keep quiet but it's an awesome match.

Craven... the guy's a great roleplayer and a great guy.

The very first time I introduced my favourite setting for rp's. A ruined abbey in Ireland on top of a cliff surrounded by green fields. I remember that RP kicked ass.

I remember a promo where XCon stole a kids bicycle because he was suffering from brain damage that made him regress to a childlike state. The ensuing adventures were hilarious.

A. I have a niche which most people say I can't be touched within (tag in case you were going to ask). Outside of that realm I'd say B+ still as I make a good showing but have few accolades to my name.

Q: What is your character name?
Joe Everyman

Q: Why did you pick that as your character name?
Way back when when WWE: Day Of Reckoning came out on the Gamecube, I was trying to think of a cool name for my guy, but I wanted to make him seem normal. And, there is nothing more "normal" than Everyman. Joe was just a random first name.

Q: Have you went by any other names? If so what were they?
My main guy has always been named Joe Everyman.

Q: Explain your gimmick
He is the Everyman, pure and simple. He is a natural face, never been heel and always tries to help people out, while still being an ass to heels.

Q Your character have a catch phrase?
I don't really have one, but I have adapted, "And lets just say this match will end on a simple...Twist of Fate", my finisher. I know it is stupid, but it helps me finish a good rp.

Q: What got you interested in e-feds?
Nothing. I swear, nothing did. I had been doing some rpg's on Ezboard and then took some time off from it. I came back like a year later and my brother told me to join this thing called XHF. I joined it and loved it ever since.

Q: How long have you been E-fedding?
Since April 2006, so almost a year and a half.

Q: Has e-fedding changed that much since you started?
Oh god yes. I have imporved alot over the past year...but my fellow E-fedders have also gotten better.

Q: Did you have a mentor to show you the ropes? If yes how did he/she help/If no think it would of help you?
I have had 3 real mentors over the past year. One is this guy Paul, or as Spike and Sam would know him, Shiyen. He has shown me alot. Another one is the owner of the VXW, Robbie Arnold. He also showed me alot. But, my main mentor would have to be Spike. He has shown me how to rp better more than anyone else combined.

Q: Who do you want to have a victory against, but you don't (in a singles match)?
A few people. First would be Celeste LeRue. She was the VXW Xtreme Champion at the time, and I rp'ed harder and better than I ever had before...but came up short. But, she did leave the week after that match. Another one is Snake. I have wanted to beat him very badly in the past, but couldn't do it. I would also love to beat MGK. If I beat him, I don't think he would ever wrestle again.

Q: Who was your greatest challenge?
I haven't had too many huge challenges ever, but my main was against Deathtrain. I came into the XHF and thought "Eh...I'll go for a championship". Well, for some reason, I went after him. I faced him twice, and lost. Then I won a number one contendership for the XHF European Championship. I lost in that match. But then, last December, he challenged me for my championship...but I defeated him.

Q: What is your personal favorite gimmick that you have seen? ( Any Fed)
I would say I have 3. One of my favorites is my brother's character, Mark Evil. He has died, had multiple personalities, gotten split into two people, and been killed...twice. Another is the Kanyon Enterprise. It was a huge stable of guys back in XHF. And my last is Magnus and Pagnus. Pagnus is a panda who...can only say Arf.

Q: What is your personal worse gimmick that you have seen? (Any Fed)
I haven't really ever seen one...but if I had to pick one, it would be MGK/Doc's team of CK Owens and Daredevil.

Q: What was the favorite angle/Storyline you been in? ( Any Fed)
I really only have one to pick from. Back in January, the faction I was in, the NWS (No Warning Shot) was facing the British Brotherhood, who had Spike Kane and both Hollands in it, with Snake and Rob Arnold. Spike was with us but defected over to the BB. It all came down to a huge 5 on 5 tag team match, which I was a part of. My team won that match and won the fued.

Q: What was the worst/storyline you been in? ( Any Fed)
Spike may kill me for saying this, but the whole XHF War. I was on like 2 teams or of 4 and hated being in it. People started hating eachother in and out of character. Needless to say, I wasn't too active then.

Q: What was your favorite feud? ( Any Fed)
I have a couple. I have faced my brother's guys more than anyone. I am currently 8-0 in Singles matches against him (Including Triple Threats and Fatal Four Ways) and am like 5-2 in tag team matches with Everyman and Evil. My other favorite fued was when I faced Deathtrain and CK Owens, in different ones.

The XHF War.

No...not yet anyway

Q: Whose your favorite e-fedder, besides yourself?
I would say Spike Kane or Chris Kanyon (Yes, someone went with Chris Kanyon). Spike is my favorite because of his drive. He is determained, he is strong, and he is smart. He can literally do anything he puts his mind to. Plus, he has helped me way too much. Randy (Who is Kanyon) is my other favorite because of his rps and his OOC stuff. He is funny and he is awesome. He is techincally a hell, but doesn't show it. His rps are always great, regardless of what character he is using.

Q: What motivates your character?
Friends and the drive for gold. I have had friends for Everyman in almost ever RP I do.

Q Ever had an opponent you couldn't beat, like an arch-nemesis?
Snake or JFK...but I am facing JFK this Friday in the XHF for the European Championship...this seems familiar.

Q: What would you say is the defining moment in your career? Or have you had one yet?
I have had 2. My first one was when I won my first championship. It was the XHF Phoenix Championship. It took me about 4 months to get good enough to challenge for it. At the time, I was only 2-9 for my win/loss record. I won a number one contenders match againist Blake Fields at the PPV, and on the following Friday show, Gastro, I challenged for it...and won. I was so overjoyed when I finally won a title. My other was my first Heavyweight Championship shot. It was aganist the VXW World Heavyweight Champion, Doc. I tried really hard aganist him, but lost. The writer wrote in that we shook hands after the match, and that put a smile on my face.

Q: What makes a good e-fed owner?
Not being Mongo? Besides that, I would say actually helping your E-fed's members. Also, not rigging finishes and helping everyone else.

Q: What does/should a e-fed owner looks for in his e-fedders?
The will to win, the balls to keep going after you loss...and then loss...then loss....then loss again. Man...I've been there before.

Good writers, good rpers, Me, amazing legends and good shows.

Being on top, helping others, supporting the newbies.

Very much so, graphics are becoming a must and efeds have EXPLODED. Seems like everybody owns an efed now, when we should come together and have only a few efeds that KICK ARSE!

Yes, Jon and Eric Hardy. They brought me into efeds and gave me the feeling of being welcome to the nCw. Even though I was a rookie, they tutored me and helped me become better and got me to realize that the only way you are going to ever get better is by doing as many roleplays as you possibly can.

Felcia Duarte being World Champion for like over a year in the IWF and BEATING GUYS. We want to be realistic, we can't have girls competing against guys in wrestling. Nothing against females, but have you seen the guys wrestling these days?

When Davey Boone came down during the ladder match in the briefcase match after losing a retirement match earlier in the show and not laying a finger on anybody and winning the match.
(Adam did a terrible rp on purpose because Chris Cruise didn't rp at all. Was a stupid idea to even have the match to begin with which I guess would be my fault.)
Also, beating The Punisher in 2 out of 3 Hell in a Cell Matches and then defeated Adam Knite in a Lion's Den Match by having him hand cuffed to the cage and unable to compete.

Where "The Real" Rodney owns lost a match due to a box of sweet-n-low falling from the raftors and knocking him out. Sorry Adam..but that was just stupid.

I know Boone says he's the "face of nCw", but really it is The Xtreme One and Team Xtreme. Also, Adam Knite...I can't forget him..he's been on this ride from me from day one. Ups and downs, we've always found a way to work through it. Adam Knite's probably my favorite and one rper I wish would come back to make you all FEAR THE BITE! ;D

Jason Amit's PWO, I was Ric Flair and won the World Title in 2 weeks with him of first joining. Then the owner thought I had such great ideas, he gave me the WCW. They were struggling in the "ratings wars" at that time with ECW and WWE. The following 2 weeks of me taking over, WE WON THE RATINGS WAR! Jason Amit was away on vacation and I left right before he returned and I never got to speak to him.
Winning the nCw World title and the multiple times Adam and I have won tag team titles.

Great communication skills, welcoming in ALL roleplayers of every level and always trying to be helpful. Trying to make the efed experience as enjoyable as possibly so they will want more.

Postive OOC atmosphere, dedication to the owner and always willing to suggest ideas and storylines to help things work more smoothly.

The rpers of course are the main ones to make the fed great. If you don't have a solid roster that is willing to go all out for you and having a blast doing it then it won't be great.

Going out of your way to welcome in new comers and helping them along. I feel I've always been open to do this and have tried my best to help as many people as I possibly can. That's how my personality is in real life. Winning titles isn't what makes you a legend or beating this or that person. It is about who you are out of the efed and what you do to make it better.

Umm he didnt really show me the ropes. I had been in the game for about two or three years already. Vince Floyd did show me the ropes of running a good efed. I owe him that.

Well theres a few but I enjoyed a three way angle we had for the xCw TV Title. I had held it going on 5 months undefeated since winning it and one night someone attacked me (he was heel too) and stole the title from me. Two weeks later another guy stole it from him and I was left as champ but titleless, leading to a 3 way ladder match at a PPV and of course I won.

Owner tried to turn me heel. Didnt work (yes I know its ironic my pic base is Orton too)

Against Franchise/Chris Hero (the 3 way ladder) or my feud with Demon I am doing now as owner of my efed. Its a 6 years in the making story. I really enjoy it.

with a guy. I cant remember his name. But it lasted like 3 weeks and the guy kept demanding things happen which made my character look awful and made no sense.

Well as an experienced owner I think I can answer this. The flash is good but you need two things. A good roster and you have to dedicate the time. I'll admit thats my problem. I cant find time in my busy life for my fed.

I look for guys/girls that wont cause problems in the OOC. I welcome all levels of roleplayers as long as they can get along with everyone.

Well I just joined like Saturday, so I havent had a good, fair chance to judge. But so far it seems to have a positive OOC atmosphere, solid results (similar to my style), and commited roster. Its a promising fed.

Q: What brought you to the nCw?
I want to roleplay again. I almost retired my ShowTyme character. Havent roleplayed as ShowTyme in a good two years. Had a brief two-three month stint as another charcter about a year ago. Other than that, Ive been out of action, just owning a fed.

Q: How many characters have you been?
6: started out for one week as... Short Man (no lie), Mailman, The Future, ShowStoppa, ShowTyme, Jayson Prime.

Q: Which one was the closest to you?
ShowTyme. Ive used him for the majority of my career. It seems to be how I would be if I was a wrestler.

Q. How does your character differ from yourself in person?
Not much. We both have an ego, love competition, and love winning even more. Only difference is hes rich and big and a wrestler, where as Im poor, skinny, and play basketball.

Q: Where did you get the inspiration for your character?
It was originally just me using what i knew from heels in wrestling. Then I kinda formed him around Randy Orton. I loved watching him develop through Evolution.

Q: How many titles have you won?
plenty of small irrelevant 'world' titles from those crappy feds. Important titles to me are COPW Tag Team Titles (as Jayson Prime), RWF Hardcore Champ (although Im not a fan of hardcore division for my character), xCw Television Title (held for 7 months and undefeated in that time, launching me into main event level), xCw World Heavyweight Title.

Q: What title meant the most to you?
xCw World Heavyweight Title. Thats my favorite fed I was a part of. Joined it around August 2004 and was basically curtain jerker up until January 2005 thats when I won the TV title. I won the World Title in September of 2005, and went on to be the first to successfully defend that title since Maines left the fed in December of '04 (had alot of title switching going on).

Q Is there a person who you don't like to RP against because he is so bad? Don't have to name him/her.
well if their not close to my level then i dont want to Rp against them. Almost a waste of time.

Q: Who challenges you to put out the best rps you can?
Catalyst did. If I ever had the chance one on one, Vince Floyd or BOT would as well

Q: What do you feel is the best storyline going on in nCw?
Again Ive been ehre for like 3 days so Im not sure on all the storylines. This Empire thing does seem promising.

Q: Who is the one person that you would most like to feud against?
In nCw? Anyone. Im willing to experiment if their willing to work a solid feud.

Q: Which member(s) of the nCw would you like to work with in an angle or storyline?
I actually think I coulda done something with Spike Kane. But it looks like hes heel now. Again not sure. But his whole Hardcore/cm punk style would be a reason ShowTyme would want to put him out. In his mind its a backyard thing that should stay out of the big times.

Q: What was the promo that you are really proud of?
Three come to mind (sorry I know it asks for one) . The series I did against Acid in xCw July 2005. It was double title match where we each posted 6 solid roleplays that really impressed everyone in the fed, giving us match of the year candidacy. I lost but Im still proud. My others are the 2 roleplays I won the xCw world title with, and the Roleplay I did against Demon just two weeks ago as the boss. First actual roleplay in about two years and everything flowed together well.

Q: What do you see in future (if you've thought that far)?
ShowTyme is going to climb to the top of nCw just like he did xCw.

Yeah

Being xCw World Champ, or accomplishing the 5 month mark of owning the SWO. My own little accomplishment and were still goin.

The death of xCw. It was a sad moment for me because it was like a home to me.

Again I havent been here enough to know that.

Unfortunately im definetly in the second half of my career. Id like to make it 4 more years and reach the decade mark.

AK-47. Never could beat him.

AK-47; Basically a professional wrestling, murder machine. A gangster turned boxer, and killed a man in a semi-pro match.
Then was banished from ever boxing again. So he got into wrestling.

I'd have to say ... probably, TJ Ursu. Pretty cool guy. But I never read his rps' they were too damned boring.

Probably, the James Winters, psychotic breakdown, resulting in the hospitalizing of his girlfriend, and basically holding her hostage as the roster looked on in terror. The owners tried to reason with the big man, but couldn't.

It's members. Screw graphics, and flashy animations. If you don't have good members, the tigh nit family, then it'll all fall apart. I've seen it too many times.

Lance is a cocky, arrogant superstar who thinks very highly of himself, and will do anything to win. He believes in being at the top of the sport, and will really do anything to keep himself there at all times.

I have always been a wrestling fan, and also love to play games. I used to actually take part in backyard wrestling until injuries forced me off of the Ontario independant scene, and I wanted to continue to work on my promo-ing skills.

Yes, it seems that over the years efedding has become less and less about having fun, and sadly there is a lot more politicking and bitching that goes on.

Nope, I taught myself the ropes of the efedding business lol

My favorite gimick was actually the evil pastor gimick that I had going on with Pastor Cooper. At the time I was working as a youth pastor, and was really enjoying writing that character.

Personally, I cant stand the people that constantly mock the Raven, dark character, yes, I used to be one of those, but I find that most people never evolve from that.

My favourite angle was the Allan Cooper/Reckless Jack feud. It was amazing. Cooper kidnapped Jack's son, and the mind games that went both ways, as well as the emotions that were poured into roleplays. Craig and myself did a hell of a job on that feud.

I once had a fed owner try and turn one of my characters gay in a storyline without my permission.

So far, for the most part I like it. I find that the staff is involved, they are always trying to make it better, and they are active. It is good to see people run the show that are interested in what they are doing.

Randy (Curtis Kanyon/Chris Kanyon/Mr. X) - Always delievers. Can do anything.
Thunder - He can bring it too. Brings the drama.
AJ Pheonix - Need someone to put into place of who sucks more.
Magnus/Ish - We need wacky commissioners.
Joe Everyman - I **** on him alot, but he's always there to take the punishment. Like Mikey Whipwreck, Spike said.

Alot of my friends call me S.E.A.N. it's an acronym. So I just changed the spelling and the last came from a football game I was watching.

Shawn is you typical run of the mill big mouth young punk. He's had success everywhere he's competed and expects to do the same. Well versed in multiple styles of wrestling, he just likes to show-off. Basically he has HBK charisma, but with RKO's attitude and aggression.

I was searching for wrestling, and I seen an efed. I joined or whatever and been hooked ever since

Graphics which means little to me is the big thing now. Rp styles have became alot bigger as in length.

I went undefeated at UWA my first efed. Held the US title there until the efed went under. Then when it restarted I won that title again until it closed.

IMO someone who is hands own with his fed, not someone who has a staff and just watches from the sidelines. Then when something happens wants to blame his staff.

Originality, Imagination.

Members hands down, the fed members should be knit tightly like a group.

Someone with longevity, and someone that has done everything such as running an efed and competed at a high level

For me it's some of the guys at FIW. Those guys been around for awhile. They give input on your rp and give you constructive criticism.

Shawn is alot like me. I'm extremely cocky and it's like my persona. I have a quick temper like him, but I think I can fly off the handle a bit faster. Basically it's more of a physical thing. He's taller and outweighs me by a few pounds

HBK was originally the basis for him, then I wanted to take a more aggressive approach to him. He always had the ego, but I developed the fiercer attitude

Not that many simply because I always seem to run into those guys who run the company and coincidentally have the most prestigious title. But at least 6 maybe 7
