Emulator Netplay Megathread

The Topic Came up a while ago and I figured I'd go back and edit this up a tad. I'm changing this thread to be a lot more like the contacts list except for playing (il)legally downloaded NES, SNES, and SEGA Genesis/Master System Games. Planned Tournaments and events may be a possibility in the future.

I'm going to try and keep this pretty organized and clean so we can look things up quickly and effectively. Everyone will be listed alphabetically and then their emulators by system(older to newer).

Tournaments and Other Organized Gaming Sessions will be advertised on the opening post with all necessary information(Emulator Used/Exact File Pathways).

If it uses Kaillera then it's easy, I've never gotten ZSNES's to work, there is a redone version of SNES9X that has Kaillera built into it, and that's the only way to get the SNES netplay to work for me.

Just look up some Kaillera tutorials, but it's pretty simple really you should be able to figure it out just by playing with it.

Oh and make sure it's an emulator that has it built in, don't bother fudging around to set up your own server or anything like that.

I figured ZSNES out sort of. The newer version doesn't has Netplay disabled. You have to go back and get the last version. I've been on its servers but thats it.

Gens I guess. Never done netplay before so I'm not real sure how to set it up

Me neither, part of why I had this set up. Gimme a day to get the rom and to copy the pathways and all that
