During the run of WWF/E, WCW, and ECW, (1990-2001) a total of 30 men and 2 women have competed (as in wrestled an offical, sanctioned match) in "the big three" (and we're not counting the WWE's version of ECW.... The real ECW)
Can you at least name 15 of them?

Raven Bam Bam Bigelow Chris Benoit Eddie Guerrero Saturn Mick Foley Chris Jericho Dean Malenko Scott Hall Terry Funk Rob Van Dam Chris Candido Tammy Lynn Sytch Missy Hyatt Sherri Martel Brian Pillman Steve Austin Public Enemy (Rocko Rock and Johnny Grunge) Shane Douglas 2 Cold Scoropio Jimmy Snuka Dusty Rhodes Johnny Gunn Ron Simmons Rick Rude (did he wrestle a match in ECW? I know he was there.) The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) Stevie Richards Konnan
A couple on my list I don't remember if they actually wrestled in a match while in one of the companies but I know they were there for all three.

Leo is correct.
mostly.
Rick Rude made a couple of appearences, but never actually wrestled a match. The same goes for Pillman.
I actually forgot about Sherri, But she is as well, so that makes it three. Missy actually was in the WWE, but that was WAY back in 1987. But indeed Missy counts.
My list was
Rob Van Dam Raven Jerry Lynn Shane Douglas Lance Storm Terry Funk Bam Bam Bigelow Sandman Chris Candido Mick Foley Jake Roberts Chris Jericho Chris Benoit Eddie Guerrero Rey Mysterio Juventud Guerrera Physcosis Mike Awesome Dean Malenko "Dr. Death" Steve Williams Steve Austin Perry Saturn Jimmy Snuka Road Warrior Hawk Rocco Rock Johnny Grunge Arn Anderson Too Cold Scorpio Ron Simmons Stevie Richards
Women Luna Vachon Tammy Lynn Stych
That's the list I came up with.
So Leo actually got some guys and girls who I didn't. Which I knew would happen, that list was compiled without me looking it up.
It's your turn Leo.

Quick question, are Sandman, Rey, Psycosis, Juvi and a couple others being counted because they were in WCW and ECW before going to WWE? I was only counting wrestlers that were in all three before vince bought WCW (or at least all the ones I could remember) Also: How did I forget Jake the Snake? Kind of an easy question. Q: Name the two wrestlers who participated in the first recorded Barb Wire match.

Was Leo refering to the first Barbed Wire match EVER? or just in America?
In America my answer would be Raven and The Sandman. Who ahd a barbed wire match in 1995.
Outside Amercia my answer would be as Hammer said Onita vs. Goto

Ok let's keep going with Terry Funky stuff. This might be an easy one.
Who did Terry Funk defeat for his first major title and what title was it he won?

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by major title, so this is my guess. He beat Jack Brisco to win the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. He could have won a world title before then, but not one that is that big.

(This is my brother's question, so I could possibly be wrong. Correct it if I am wrong...here ya go Jack)
According to my brother, in ROH, they shake hands after every match to show good sportsmanship. Who was the first to not shake the other wrestler's hand?

Unscripted II
Teamed with Bryan Danielson to go against Adam Pearce and Jimmy Rave.
Danielson and Punk won... Punk then went out side in his wrestling gear and made snow angels.
