As I'm sure some of you may know "The Reverend" Jimmy (James) Sullivan, the drummer from Avenged Sevenfold has passed away and the incredibly young age of 28.
I'm a little shocked at the news and a bit upset, A7X are one of my favourite bands and I'll never get to see Jimmy drum in person (selfish I know) but it is supposedly "natural" causes, I think like most people it'll be chalked up to drugs soon enough though.
R.I.P. James Sullivan, 2009 takes yet another soul. I'll be glad to see the end of this terrible year.

R.I.P. James Sullivan, 2009 takes yet another soul. I'll be glad to see the end of this terrible year. Not as shocked as one would expect. I recall in 2007 reading an interview from revolver that A7X did...apparently they all have some form of issue with cocaine habits. So...if it's not that...perhaps they can chock it up to H1N1. Either way, he died too young, and if it is drugs, is further proof why people should be very careful around the hard drugs most rockstars use. Rip Rev, now let's crank one Avenged tune to his memory...I picked Unholy Confessions.

All nice choices, very fitting in some cases too.
