OPENING
It's time again for the column I know you wait all week to see, but sadly this week is a somber edition and I'm pretty sure you all know why. Look, you can stop sending me the hate mail and death threats ok, I get it.... you like Zelda, but jeezus people.... I didn't do it on purpose, and I had no idea until after the show that Steve had given me a bit of assistance. I'm sorry, I've been trying to get a hold of Adam and Z since Collision, they're not answering my calls... just quit badgering me. Except the people who have been throwing bricks and eggs and crap at Steve's house, you guys can keep doing that.
So with that out of the way, maybe I can get to this article here. Last week we had a kind of silly poll but a fun one none the less. You fans have spoken and have decided that Falcon should set his sights on Miley Cyrus. I've gotta say, I really thought Destructor was going to pull this one out, Cyrus beat him by one vote though. So Falcon, if you're reading this, dump Zelda and get to work on wooing Hannah Montana, the fans are demanding it my friend!
This week the poll is dedicated to our fallen show, Friday Night Suspense. Suspense has come and gone twice now, originally started as our "B Show" like Trauma is now, but when it was brought back, it was dropped down to our Friday Night show that kicked off the NCW weekend. Now it's gone the way of the dodo.
So the poll question, will you miss it? Did you like Suspense? Maybe you want to see it back someday? Then vote on the poll and let us know how you feel.
LAST WEEK REVIEW
So this past week we had some good shows, I mean honestly I didn't see much of anything that was too special with them, but I did see some solid matchups and some shows that were good. However, I think you fans got a pleasant surprise with my in-ring return didn't you? Maybe not, oh well.
Anyway, Trauma featured Destructor picking up an amazing upset, probably would be considered the upset of the year as as 18 year old kid beat the former two time world champion, however it was topped by a certain somebody beating a certain undefeated wrestler. I won't name any names here, but hey it happened and that person can't help it that the undefeated princess got hurt.
We had some nice surprises on the shows with Philip Burns coming out and jerking Brad Kane over after running off the Front Office. Speaking of that... Brad Kane totally ruined the main event, but I liked it since he uppercutted Steve right in the nuts, to keep him away from the title belt.
I think the Angel and Tara Fenix versus Adam and Ayla mixed tag team match stole the show, as all four delivered exactly what they said they would, a hard fought match. Also seeing Andrew Jacobsen taking out the young guns single handedly one after another is a pleasant surprise as well as this winning streak Joe Everyman is on.
Anyway, they were good shows, solid and definetly worth watching. 7.5 .
PREVIEW OF THIS WEEK
LAST WEEK'S RECORD:: 5-3 :: Not counting the main event because it was thrown out, but I can still do better than that.
OVERALL RECORD:: 96-59 :: Still holding strong. Gotta recover from the week before last though.
UPSET OF THE WEEK RECORD:: 7-7 :: There we go, back to 500 again. I hope this week is the time I finally break through into the positive with these predictions.
Saturday Night Trauma
Singles Match
Tara Fenix vs. The Cat Lady
Seriously? We're given Cat Lady shots for the women's title now? Won't be close.
Non Title Singles Match
Stefan Rzany vs. Tommy Victor
Rzany has to get back on the winning track, I think he can do it here with an impressive win over our Xtreme champion.
X-Treme Rules
Xavier Cross vs. Sephiroth Du Lac
Sephiroth has been on a hot streak lately, while Cross has been on a barely showing up streak as of late. I think Seph keeps it pointed in the right direction.
Main Event: Singles Match
Xavier Williams vs. Adam Knite
I've got to go with my man here in this battle of the former world champions.
Sunday Night Collision Web Matches
Singles Match
Evan Andrews vs. Malcolm Reed
I don't know much about either man, I do know Reed looks pretty good so far in his short career, so I'll go with him.
Tag Team Match
Max Myers and Joe Everyman vs. Louis Armstrong and Alex Throwbridge
Joe Everyman is allergic to winning.. this streak can't last too long.
Sunday Night Collision
Tag Team Match
Ayla St. James and Cleopatra vs. Zelda Knite and Maria Williams
I can't judge this match... who knows if Zelda will even be able to show up... and Maria is pretty much useless to begin with..
Dirty Triathlon
Ron Gibson vs. DDK
A dwarf tossing contest? Seriously? This is what we're booking now in this proud company? -sigh- I guess I'll have to go with DDK regardless, he has the power of the sack.
Tag Team Match
Tempestad and Destructor vs. Seth Evans and Freakke
I'm going to ride this Destructor bandwagon until I'm forced to get off.
!!!UPSET OF THE WEEK!!!
Non Title Singles Match
Charlie Velez vs. Gabriel Karras
The national champion is going to lose again this week. Karras is on fire right now.
Tag Team Match
Angel and Alex Jones vs. Rob Diamond and Falcon
A team of a world champion and a X-Division star taking on a team of a World champion and an X-Division star. Good grief.. Not picking here, this could go so many different ways.. I'm going to say no contest.
Non Title Singles Match
Brad Kane vs. Andrew Jacobsen
I love Jacobsen, but I don't think he's ready for a challenger like Brad Kane yet, despite his impressive victories lately.
Main Event: Six Man Tag Team Match
Philip Burns and Will Washington and Ian Kline vs. Steve Awesome and Doc and JFK
I'm not picking Steve to win s**t.
So this week is looking awesome right now. The tag match on Collision between Team Angel and Team Falcon should be an amazing match and just from top to bottom the first week without Suspense is looking to be a great show on paper.
THE FAB FIVE
5. Adam Knite :: Picked up the victory for his team by pinning Angel. Not too many people have been able to say that lately.
4. Gabriel Karras ::He keeps winning, and this week he did so over an impressive opponent in JFK.
3. Joe Everyman :: Three wins in a row for the man who was 3-30 for the past year. Maybe he's finally turning it around?
2. Destructor :: Exclamation point picked up a huge victory and upset over Stefan Rzany.
1. Zelda Knite :: If you see this.. I'm sorry Zelda I swear I didn't know. She gets this spot for going almost 7 months without a singles match loss.
WHAT TO KEEP AN EYE ON
First off, I say keep an eye on this women's tag match on Collision, I might have a surprise in store for you people since obviously Zelda is going to be a no go because of her sprained shoulder. That's all I'm saying... even though it's pretty easy to guess what I'm talking about.
Another tag match, I can't harp on this Angel and Alex Jones taking on Falcon and Rob Diamond match, I mean it just seems like a match where the winning team will be the team that can go the longest without ripping each other's heads off. That makes for some interesting TV in my opinion.
Finally as far as wrestlers go, I'd keep watching Joe Everyman, he's slowly building up some confidence and momentum trying to get to where he wants to be. He just needs to keep it up and it'll be interesting to see if he starts to crack under the pressure of winning streak or not.

Now that you're in F.off with the Young Guns can you tell the world what the hell Venom is doing? We all beat him down for living in the past before and he went away from it and now he brings back someone from his past and they're walking through the jungle. I must admit I'm flabbergasted.
I'm pretty sure that jungle thing is all just a show. I find it really hard to believe the man was trekking through a jungle with spikes and boulders and everything all Indiana Jonesed out.
Damien, Sydney, Australia
Before I ask my question, I have to say thanks Kelly for giving us your insight every week. Considering the things you're going through, give yourself a break! You deserve it.
Now my question; seeing as you're being forced to be with Steve Awesome, you get to hang out with The Front Office and The Young Guns. Now, can you tell us if off screen The Young Guns are as big of jerks as they are on television? Venom seems like a funny dude to hang out with and Charlie seems to be a family man. So is it just show, or are they really nice guys when the cameras are off?
Thanks for the concern, but this is my job and I love doing it and I love entertaining people with this column. To answer your question, they're all decent guys, I've known JFK before, we've even been in the Empire together and he's always been a decent guy. The rest, yeah, Venom is a cool guy and Velez isn't nearly as evil as he likes to make himself out to be, but don't tell anybody I told you that.

Hey Kelly, long time reader here. I was wondering if we'll ever see an nCw video game? With all the E3 stuff going on this week, I figured there might be something finally announced. I'm personally sick of making my favorites into CAWs in crudder games. Any information would be awesome, thanks!
We've been working on one, but just can't seem to get it off the ground. However, keep an eye out in the near future for an NCW: Collision game, may come sooner than you think.
Young Guns Mark; Truth or Consequences, New Mexico
Can you just mention the Young Guns again?
Venom keeps an autographed picture of Zelda with him which I find kind of weird since he's married... and Velez likes to eat raw cookie dough. JFK is constantly on the phone with his wife when he's away from here and Doc is very quite. Happy?
Smarky Smark, The Internet
What is with the nCw and having all of these love angles? Kids getting involved and stuff, we want WRESTLING not a bad soap opera!
I have no idea, kind of weird. The egotistical side of me wants to think that me and Adam kicked this whole romance schtick up with our engagement and marriage over the past year, but I doubt that's it. Probably just what happens when me and women get together and have to be on the road with each other for extended periods of time.
Kelly Too from Idaho
Just wanted to ask you why there were so many corporate staff members on the Pay Per View last month? Shouldn't those folks stick to politics and let representatives wrestle for them instead of taking matches from up and comers?
Also, can you mention your favorite F.off member for me? I just want to compare because they're all so Dreamy.
Well a lot of times staff members are either former wrestlers or guys who dreamt of being wrestlers so they like to go out there and try. Chris Diamond was actually a very good wrestler back in his day.
As for my favorite F.Off member... would have to be my dad... because well he's still my dad. But if you don't like that answer then, Venom. He's the nicest and least ego maniacal.
MY CLOSING THOUGHTS
So, DDK wasn't fired... told you. Ron Gibson doesn't know what day of the week it is half the time.
Speaking of DDK.. he ATE? the sleeve of Ron's suit? When dude says he's crazy, he's not joking around.
ha ha... Brad Kane totally hit Steve right in the nuts!... RIGHT IN NUTS!
Joe Everyman? Winning Streak? What in the hell is going on here?
Exclamation Point and Gabriel Karras may be having a foot race to see who is the most on fire wrestler in NCW as we speak.
So who else is actually liking Rob Diamond as a GM right now? I've gotta say, despite his abuse of power, he's made some interesting matches.... and that's what brings the money in.
Did you see Falcon running to the ring to check on Zelda last night? Wasn't that so sweet of him. I guess I can stop making all those one night stand jokes.
Speaking of that, in case you missed it, it's been reported that Zelda's injury was a shoulder sprain... and I just want to continue to offer up my apologies. It was an accident and I didn't know Steve was there giving me a helping hand. When you saw me jump up in excitement it was because I was I thrilled at being the first person to beat Zelda, but I didn't know it was like that and I didn't know she was hurt. Again... I'm sorry......I swear....
