Friday, March 25, 2011...
Bushido stands about staring out of a balcony of a modern Japanese home, into the streets of Osaka, Japan. The city is fairly fine after the earthquake except for the refugees seeking shelter and the water having a high content of radiation. An older looking man in a heavy kimono walks up behind Bushido.
Older Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: Our people have been shattered. It will take a while for our proud nation to rebuild. It is a sad time to be Japanese.
Bushido: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: This is the reason I came back. To help where I could and maybe make a difference.
Older Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: Come, sit, have some tea with me.
Both men walk into the house and kneel over a small table. Tea is being poured by Kesuke as the two men sip and enjoy silence for a few seconds. Dragon and Miranda could be seen in the background having some sort of conversation.
Older Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: It is nice to see you my son.
Bushido: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: I wish it was under better circumstances father.
Bushido's father takes one last sip from the tea and then places the cup back on the table. He denies a refill and stares into Bushido's soul.
Older Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: You and your friends have helped out plenty... but I think it's about time you left.
Bushido: ?
Older Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: The world needs to see that Japan is not dying. They need men such as yourself to shine brightly after our light has been dimmed. You must go back to America and continue with your mission as the Internationals.
Bushido: {speaks Japanese}
Translation: That doesn't seem as important as being here.
The old man stands to his feet and walks over to a shelf. He picks up a picture and walks over to Bushido and places a hand on his shoulder.
Older Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: Oh, but it is my son. It is. I have made preparations for the four of you to depart. Understand that this world needs heroes more than ever.
The old man hands a picture to Bushido.
Old Man: {Speaks Japanese}
Transition: Don't forget to say good bye to your mother and sisters.
The old man walks away, leaving Bushido to ponder the situation. A faint smile comes across his lips as he remembers the values his father taught him as a child. The photo was of his youth.
Miranda: {Speaks Japanese}
Translation: So, what do we do now?
Bushido: We go back.
Dragon: ORALE!!
