Spike TV Season 1 Episode 4: Escalation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Last week we had a special interview with Steve Awesome, an exclusive that nobody else in the entertainment world can get right now. This thing that seems to be building with Steve and Alex Jones? It seems pretty personal, and their Twitter war is starting to get out of hand. Find out for yourself, Steve is @franchiseface and Alex is @alexjonesncw
Other feuds that seem to be hitting that next level in nCw right now aren't limited to these two, Todd Williams really did show how much business he meant last weekend taking it pretty damn hard to Xander., and Doc? What is Doc's deal with Andrew Jacobsen? I mean I like both of these guys, Doc is an old friend, and Lil AJ is a great kid.....but, there's something there.
The big thing on everybodies mind though, is Kelly Knite and her decision. Last week Roberto Verona offered her another option, and she is still to make that decision, and true to my word....I'm urging her to side with Roberto. I'm urging Kelly to side with freedom and not the dictatorship that the Hierarchy want.
It's your decision Kelly, but we will all suffer the consequences.
Next week is Pay Per View week, and you know as well as I do that things are going to escalate!
Jimmy Zane, Todd Williams, Alex Jones Vs Lex Sense, Xander Famularo, Roberto Verona – This Main Event surely showed the world just what nCw and it's talent are capable of. Whilst Todd Williams might have let his team down it was an impressive showing by everybody else. The likes of Sense, Verona, Jones, and Zane staking their claim for a world heavyweight title shot. Then Todd goes above and beyond just to send a message to Xander......what an epic end to Collision.
Joe Everyman Vs Jackhammer– I should kick you in the throat for that insulting display last week Joe, it wasn't funny, it wasn't witty, it was just an absolute insult to everything Jackhammer and nCw stand for. I wish Hammer could have given you a bigger beatdown than he already did.
Again, that Main Event was just brilliant. Seeing six of nCw's best going at it really made the night and showed the world the talent that we have available, in just one match.
Deathtrain debuting in nCw! This guy can get pretty freaky and we had a couple of run-ins in the past, I'm glad to see him in the nCw ring.
The Ace playing some mind games and paying....”tribute” to me? Well, it might not have felt like a tribute, but it was most certainly entertaining to watch.
Team Champion picking up a great victory over Team Contender in the Trauma Main Event. CDK certainly showed Jason Evans not to screw with him, or let him down.
Joe Everyman. I'm starting to see why Kelly hated him so much. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Todd Williams ruining what was a great main event and end to Collision. Be wary of the wrath of Xander Todd....it's going to hurt.
The Ace got another victory after a very poor showing by both of his opponents, maybe Ace bored them both to sleep so he could pick up the victory? It wouldn't be the first time....
My version of the fab five. The five people who stood out this last week.
5: NATHAN WEBB: The Cold Spider had yet another victory on Collision against a guy who had been showing some promise. This thing with The Ace seems to have him occupied and you have to wonder just how it all end?
4: THE ACE: I hate acknowledging any glimmer of talent in this guy, but he pulled out an amazing victory this last week and continued his mind games with Nathan Webb, he's got something going on, which is more than some people.
3: MIKE LASZLO/RICKY JOHNSON Team Champion put they're money where they're mouths were and shoved it down the throats of
2: LEX SENSE/XANDER FAMULARO/ROBERTO VERONA These three guys put on an absolutely amazing display last week and showed the world that nCw seriously does have the top talent in the world.
1: AYLA ST. JAMES: She seriously stook her claim for the starlet's title last Collision by putting in an awesome display and defeating two of nCw's toughest women. Well done.
(Note: Draws of any kind do not count either way)
Last Week: 7 - 4
Total: 20-12
Not THAT bad a week, once again Joe Everyman and Amy Marshall let me down.....I'll get the hang of this eventually.
