Spike TV Season 2 Episode 1: Homeless Nation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally.......Spike TV HAS COME BACK!!!.....to a tv screen near you!
We're fresh off the heels of Picture Perfect and what an action packed, shocking, revealing, and down right confusing show it really was. We said goodbye to Amy Marshall, Todd Williams and in a true show of sportsmanship and respect Ricky Johnson. Now Ricky and I were never really on good terms with each other, but I have to say that I truly respect the man and I was glad to see him go out on top, that was of course until Kelly Knite got her claws into it all and low and behold...
After all the b.s. With the Hierarchy and the “will she/won't she” crap we had to put up with for a month....Kelly goes and uses them to her own advantage anyway and literally....LITERALLY hands the World Title to Xander Famularo. Now....it's bad enough that the purple haired emo douche who bitched and moaned about not having a world title shot for blah blah blah, which may I add was EXACTLY the same time I had my last world title shot....yeah, forgot about that didn't you? Then he didn't even try to beat Ricky!?
What a waste.
But with arguably the most dominant wrestler to ever step foot in nCw now holding a free world title.....who in the hell can stop him?
Lex Sense Vs Brad Kane– I know my brother lost this match and for all intents and purposes it seems like Lex really has retired Brad Kane, this match delivered on such a level that I can't even begin to explain. Months and months of buils up, something you rarely see anymore, with the intensity, the violence, and the emotion rising at every corner. It was a brilliant match to blow the feud off, and I know he won't like to admit it but a great send off for Brad.
Ricky Johnson Vs Trent Helms– I'm sorry but after all the bitching and moaning, all the hustle and bustle, all the manipulating and all the g'damn bullsh*t this match was such a let down, which is a shame because it will be remembered as Ricky Johnson's swan song, and the only nCw Grand Slam champion deserves much more than that. I for one, am going to miss you Ricky. Trent on the other hand.....can rot...
Ricky beating Trent.
The Tag Team Championship finally being decided.
The Masters of Horrors living up to it's name.
Adam Knite retaining.
Todd Williams is gone, for good! Yes!
Ken Davidson is the NEW X Champion!
Kelly Knite orchestrating a robbery!
Xander being handed a world title.
Jenny Williams is the gorram champion.
Falcon and I lost
Kelly Knite ruining Ricky's goodbye.
The end of Mike Laszlo's epic reign.
The “Muay Better” or “Tribal” tag team titles being stolen back by Matthews for Steve Awesome....what? I found it entertaining.
Kelly Knite. Damn you Kelly. Damn you.
My version of the fab five. The five people who stood out this last week.
5: LEX SENSE: Once again Lex hits the “All Hail” section, and it seems like this monster just cannot be stopped. Now he seems to have his sights set on someone else....already!
4: JENNY WILLIAMS: She fluked her way to a world title reign. I don't care. I hate you.
3: TEAM AMERICA I'm a humble enough man to accept defeat, and these guys pulled out all the stops to defeat The Forgotten for the second time, this time with all four of us aching for that win. I'm not going to bitch or moan, well done guys, congrats.
2: ADAM KNITE manages to defy the odds and keep his National Title in a three way dance that really could have ended without Adam being involved. It's no secret that Knite is a dominant force here in nCw, can anybody take that title away from him?
1: RICKY JOHNSON: I don't care if Xander has the title now, Ricky was a fighting chammpion even though all he wanted to do was retire and go home to his family, well it's done buddy, you beat Trent, you've done it all. God speed.
I can't believe Xander is now a two time world champion because of Kelly HANDING it to him.
Trent failed to deliver, again!
Our best wishes go out to Amy Marshall, Ricky Johnson, and I guess....Todd Williams.
Kelly Knite must have something big planned by giving the title to Xander, right?
Ken Davidson has some work to do to top the reign of Mike Laszlo.
We finally have a true set of tag team champions, whom I tip my hat to.
That's it folks! See you next time, on SPIKE TV!
