Alright folks here's the deal. Ole Craig needs YOUR help with something. I've been tasked with getting at least ten responses for a survey of my choice. It will be sports related for those who don't watch it, well, your help may not apply but you can still voice your opinions. So here's the two questions. 1. Should college athletes be paid? 2. Why? So a simple yes or no and then your reasoning. Thank you for those who help me. For those that don't? I hope Handsome Jack hunts you down.

I think, they should be paid, however not like NFL Players, but a simple, General Wage, that you give the entire team, where the Starting All-American Quarterback, makes the same as your walk-on Kicker.

Yes they should be paid, and it should be a flat rate per student for it. And they could use it for whatever they wanted. Living expenses, tuition, whatever. No matter the position or year, they would make the same. If colleges are going to make so much money off of them, they should get some back.

Yes, they should get paid because it costs a lot to go to College, they should have some kind of fund that would make that easier on these kids... what should we call it... oh yes... lets call this fund a
SCHOLARSHIP.
They are already getting "paid", unless the kid is a walk-on, then that's they're own volunteering to play the game. College is a school.. not a job.

College athletes should not be getting paid beyond scholarships, the purpose of college is to gain an education and sports are an extracurricular. If college athletes get paid, then so should college musicians and college artists.

Pay them but nothing too over the top. The athletes have no time to work and in most cases due to them being on scholarship aren't allowed to work and between practice and classes don't have time to work and should be able to get some cash to go out and do things

They shouldn't get paid...
They have scholarships and those go towards keeping them in school. Besides a college athlete has the life, they live on campus, they get paid to go to the school and to play a sport... Not academics but paid to play a sport and thus since they are getting paid to play through scholarships they shouldnt get anything on top of that.
Besides a college student getting paid with physical money would ruin the game.... Thats just my two cents.
