Silence burning, hold your tongue
Keep us separate, sullen, dumb
Hiding in a darkness under
Boiling to the surface, stumble, fall

The scene opens up inside of the Joe Everyman household. Joe, Melanie and Aurora are all sitting on the couch, facing the camera. Joe has a very stern look on his face. Melanie and Aurora look less serious, but are trying to focus with Joe.
Joe Everyman: Now normally, I don't try to come out here and just bash someone's entire promo process because of the things they said. I try, but sometimes, it has to be done. It's for the good of the people seeing us preform every week. We don't want one of the wrestlers just blindly lying about the other and getting away with it. Especially considering the time of year it is, this needs to be done. And I think it's funny that you say that if Romney is elected, I will suffer the most. Funny, because in my eyes, you are exactly like a one Willard Romney. And I am like Barack Obama. I actually want to help the country. I want to help people and move forward. You will just bash people, lie and cheat your way into the presidency... I mean, title pictures. And I will not stand for that! For starters, and this is a big one...
Joe leans up and reaches towards the table, pulling back with him four Joe Everyman action figures.
Joe Everyman: My action figure box is not empty! I have FOUR different ones! Two of which come with the National Championship! How many of yours come with a National Championship belt? One? HA! Please. Come to me when two of your figures do! Secondly... I've been married once. And I currently have a fiance. I don't think I need to go hit on teen moms, I'm not Falcon! And I already have one child, with another one on the way... that whole shooting blanks thing. Could have researched that one a little more there, Mit- ...I mean, Xavier. Nextly, I don't have any cats. I don't have any pets. Again, research next time. Oh, and one last thing... I make more than you.
After Joe finishes, Melanie scoops up Aurora and they walk off camera. Joe then leans up on the couch and puts his arms on his knees and looks at the camera.
Joe Everyman: What happened to you, Xavier? You used to be a big threat in this company. You used to be a big man with an even bigger future. But instead, you have to fall to the depths of those like Will Washington. I remember back when you were a dangerous threat in this industry. I mean, the only reason you have the National Championship is because Leonard Fox refuses to give you a good opponent. You must have nude pictures of him doing something bad to get this treatment. Either way, Xavier... you know it's true. I'm not just talking out of my ass here, either. I'm actually speaking the truth. You are not your former self. You are... well, as you so strongly put it... you're the man you believe me to be. You are the one who has flashes of brilliance, but at the end of the day, are nothing. My formerly broken career is exactly what you are leading towards. National Championship reign, and as soon as it's over... you fade into the black.
I've been there. It sucked. But, I made it out alive. And do you know why? Because I have the heart. I had the heart to fight through it all and make it out alive. You simply don't. You don't have the smarts, you don't have the strength and you definitely don't have the heart. And as soon as your National Championship reign ends, to let's say... me... you will just fade into the black until you are forced to retire for the sake of your mental health. I was there once... but instead of being like Xavier Cross or Will Washington, I decided to persevere and become strong and feared again. And that's exactly where I am now. And considering Will Washington continues to duck me, I can get new tasks on my plate. Maybe I'll go for the National Championship again and rid you of MY championship. Or, maybe Lex and I will strike up the band and go for the gold again. Or, maybe I'll make amends with an old enemy and become best friends. I just don't know about the future. But, the present is quite clear.
My present is to prove everything true that I just said about you, Xavier. I already know it. My fans know it. But, I want your fans to know it, too. I want them to realize that the messiah they are following is a fraud! I want to see the man that they support is nothing more than a failure, a fake and a fluke. Xavier, you are truly nothing. I would say that my daughter could dress up for you for Halloween, but I don't want my daughter dressing up as a pile of ****. No, instead, my family is going as Iron Man, Captain America and Black Widow. We don't have to separate ourselves with Marvel and DC! We can decide! Unlike your family. But, I digress. All I want is for your lies to be exposed, Xavier. And I have my chance tomorrow night. I have my chance to step up and shine that spotlight all over you. Because let's face it, Xavier... you stand no chance against me. And I just WISH that the National Championship was on the line, so I could go ahead and ruin your entire dream of being on top all in one swoop. As soon as you can man up and give up, we can move past this. But until then, I'll have to come out Saturday night and give you a little trauma of my own. Because at the end of the day, I will shine, and you will rust. I will move forward, and you will always go in reverse...
And my hair looks fine!
Joe then stands up, grabbing his action figures off of the table and walks off screen as the scene slowly fades to black.
