NOTES: A good week of Trauma action is in store for NCW fans this week. We have the debut of Josh Stevens, a huge Starlets tag team match featuring Opportunity and our Starlets champion, and finally in our main event Nathan Webb takes on the eccentric CDK in what should be a fantastic match.
THEME: "The Enemy" by Papa Roach
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{Trauma comes fying onto the screen after the opening highlight and music video, where we’re instantly whisked to Jaymie Boone and Preston Marshall ready to call the night’s action. Jaymie looks more annoyed to be here than usual tonight, and Preston is his normal eager self.}
Preston Marshall: Welcome NCW wrestling fans to another night of exciting Trauma action!
Jaymie Boone: yeah. exciting.
Preston Marshall: Come on Jaymie, cheer up. We got a good show in front of us, and right now, we have the debut of a new face in NCW.... or as you’d better describe it, a new dude for you to hit on.
Jaymie Boone: ha ha...

Singles Match
Josh Stevens vs. Seth Evans
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{Fly from the inside by shinedown plays as Josh Stevens stands with his back to the audience, he turns around and makes his way down to the ring slowly before sliding under the bottom rope}
Preston Marshall: I haven't heard alot about Josh Stevens, just rumblings, but from what I understand he is no joke....
Jaymie Boone: You know me, I have my ear to the underground Preston and this guy is something special....
{Row by row, the lights throughout the arena all go out. The music has not begun to play. During the black-out, mist has started filling around the stage. It seems to take forever, but is merely just a few seconds until the instruments of "Stand Up" by All That Remains kick in, and the lights begin to flicker until a single spotlight shines up at the top of the stage, shining through the mist to reveal Seth Evans standing there with his arms out to his side, staring out toward the crowd that is cheering for him. A smile on his face, satisfied with the cheers that he is receiving while nodding his head.}I know no one had ever dreamed that,
We were this strong, and we'd achieve this,
So long the doubt, and all believed it,
And now it's come for all to see, yeah.
{With one swift movement, he punches his fist forward toward the camera in front of him and lunges himself forward before turning his attention back out to the crowd. Walking toward the ring, ready to compete, ready to prove himself. He wastes little time to get into the ring, by sprinting when he reaches the end of the ramp and sliding underneath the bottom rope to get inside the ring. As soon as he's in the ring, he jumps to his feet and goes to the nearest turnbuckle, pointing out to the crowd and giving them a thumbs up. Just by this symbol, the crowd gives him a louder pop and he claps his hands together to applaud the fans as a means to thank them for his support. He jumps from the turnbuckle, spinning 180 degrees, and landing back on his feet in the ring, and waiting for the sound of the bell.}
Preston Marshall: Seth Evans returned last week after almost a year away from NCW....
Jaymie Boone: He kept his return very quiet and he surprised us all on Sunday night....
{The bell rings and as Seth Evans turns around Josh attacks, Seth ducks away and starts laying in low kicks to Stevens' thigh, Stevens swings wildly and Seth ducks under running to the ropes, he jumps off the middle rope and throws himself back. Josh catches Seth going for a crossbody and slams him down, Josh drops down with a knee drop to Seth's face before rolling away, he calls for Seth to get up stalking him around the ring. As Evans gets to his feet Josh runs in going for a clothesline. Seth ducks and starts laying in right hands before clotheslining Josh over the top rope. Seth runs around the ring getting support from the fans, he looks at Josh outside the ring and runs going for a suicide dive. As get goes between the ropes Josh hits him with a stiff forearm sending him back into the ring}
Preston Marshall: Seth Evans took control but ate a huge forearm
Jaymie Boone: Did you hear the shot?
{Josh slides back in the ring and grabs Seth by his arm, he pulls Seth to his feet and kicks right under Seth's armpit, he pulls him back up again and does it again before kicking Seth in the ribs each shot causing Seth to scream in pain. Josh pulls Seth up and hits a standing dropkick before getting to his feet and climbing to the second rope the crowd booing loudly as "let's go seth" chants break out. Josh drops down and waits for Seth to get up licking his lips like a hungry animal, he runs and slams into Seth with a clothesline causing Seth to backflip and land on his face, Josh drapes himself over Seth arrogantly for the pin 1...2...Seth kicks out}
Jaymie Boone: Seth Evans refuses to stay down!
Preston Marshall: The kid always had heart
{Josh pulls Seth to his feet, Seth shoves Josh back and hits a few rights and lefts fighting the bigger man off as the crowd gets behind him, Seth runs to the ropes and hits a spinning heel kick taking Josh down as Josh gets to one knee Seth steps off his knee and hits an enzuguri Seth goes for the pin 1...2...Josh kicks out, Seth rolls off and gets up running at Josh again who ducks and spins hitting a snap powerslam to Seth he goes for the pin 1...2....Seth kicks out}
Preston Marshall: Seth Evans again kicks out
Jaymie Boone: The kid has balls
{Josh pulls Seth up and puts him on his shoulders in a firemans carry, Seth slips down behind Josh and as Josh turns he eats a superkick. Seth falls to the ground with Josh before pulling himself up slowly he goes for the split legged moonsault, Josh rolls out of the way but Seth lands on his feet and as Josh goes to get up Seth runs and hits the killjoy flipping piledriver! Seth pins 1...2....3}

Nighthawk vs. Caleb Lockwood

MATCH TWO
Singles Match
Nighthawk vs. Caleb Lockwood
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{An expectant hush falls over the crowd as the lights dim, and Amber Ashe steps to the center of the ring as the classic microphone descends from the rafters. Grabbing it with a flourish as the sold-out crowd buzzes in anticipation, she steps forward and intones in a high soprano voice, “This next contest is scheduled for 1 fall with a 30-minute time limit. The referee assigned is Johnnie Lei.”}
{The drumbeat of "Rise Above" sounds over the PA, and the sound of harsh guitars ushers in Caleb Lockwood. He smirks, bouncing on the soles of his feet and shouting at the crowd, shaking his head. He fixes his gaze on the ring and grins, charging down. Lockwood leaps into the ring, kipping up and playing to the crowd. His music dies down as he moves into his corner, awaiting the bell.}
Amber Ashe: “Introducing first, from Oakland, California, weighing in at 185 pounds please welcome the ‘Master of Gravity’ Caleb Lockwood!”
Preston Marshall: “Last week, they ran out of time at 15 minutes. This week, Kelly Fox decided to give them thirty. The question is this: Has Caleb Lockwood learned any lessons from what happened to him last week?”
Jaymie Boone: “He better have. Because if he didn’t, and he comes in here with the same game plan that he came in here with a week ago, he’s going to get disassembled again.”
{As Caleb Lockwood stands in a neutral corner the lights in the arena slowly click off, one by one, as the sold-out crowd rises to its feet in anticipation of what is to come. And as the opening strains of "Holding Out For A Hero {A Small Measure Of Peace Intro}" by Emery boom out over the sound system Nighthawk walks out through the curtain and stands at the top of the ramp, hands on his hips as he looks all around at the sold-out crowd with a wide smile on his face. Walking down the ring, shaking hands with the fans in the first 2 rows of the building and making a special effort to shake the hands and give out hugs to the kids in the front row as behind him blue-and-white Roman columns of fireworks go off, the "Wrestling Machine" finally gets to the ring and stands on the top turnbuckle while raising his left hand above his head and letting out a war cry.}
Amber Ashe: “And his opponent, also weighing in at 185 pounds, comes to us tonight from Chicago, Illinois. Please welcome the ‘Man of 1000 Holds’…. ‘The Wrestling Machine’ Nighthawk!”
Preston Marshall: “And this is the interesting part if you’re Nighthawk. Do you stay with what you did so well last time, or do you consider venturing outside what you did so well last time to try and skin the cat a different way?”
Jaymie Boone: “I think if you’re Nighthawk, you have a healthy respect for what Caleb can do. You have to assume that he has been watching tapes of their first match, and that he’s going to have an entirely different game plan for the challenge that is in front of him.”
{As Nighthawk and Caleb Lockwood step into the center of the ring the referee checks both men for foreign objects before signaling for the bell to ring. Bouncing on the balls of his feet around the perimeter of the ring Caleb quickly feints for a knucklelock and then uses that feint as an opening to hit a wraparound armdrag and then quickly into a backspin armdrag, Caleb clearly wanting no part of the slower pace of their 1st contest. Rolling back to his feet, shaking his hands out even as a smile begins to cross his face, Nighthawk stretches out for a moment against the near ropes before walking back into the center of the ring. Raising his left hand above his head for a knucklelock challenge the Chicago native immediately goes to work on trying to transition into some kind of wristlock but is instead taken over with a knucklelock armdrag, Caleb again wanting no part of any close-range wrestling. Beckoning Caleb in Nighthawk backflips him over the ropes, taking a moment to exhale. But as he does the screams of the crowd cause him to turn around only to see Caleb standing there to springboard in with an outside-in satellite headscissors that takes Nighthawk to the floor. Pressing his advantage Caleb runs towards the ropes, faking a suicide dive, then performs a no–hands handspring back into the center of the ring beckoning the “Wrestling Machine” into the ring.}
Preston Marshall: “And this is exactly the sort of match that Caleb Lockwood needed to wrestle in their 1st meeting. He had to have realized that he wrestles a more fast-paced style than Nighthawk does, and if he keeps things at exactly this tempo, he’s got a great chance to win this match.”
Jaymie Boone: “We said it in the 1st match, and it’s true here. This is the speed Caleb needs to wrestle at. And if he can take to the air on a regular basis, we will see some tremendous innovation. The question: Can Nighthawk figure out a way to slow him down? Because right now, right at this moment, he has no idea what is going on in front of him.”
{Standing on the floor for a moment, trying to get his bearings as well as figuring out the best way to handle the problem that is in front of him, Nighthawk finally slides back underneath the bottom rope. Exhaling he steps into the center of the ring and quickly takes Caleb down to the mat with a back heel trip, grabbing a toe-and-ankle hold as he works through his mind on the next best course of action. Quickly picking up on the position that he finds himself in Caleb feeds his other foot through and uses that to maneuver himself back up to his feet where he backflips his way out of trouble before wagging his finger at Nighthawk as if to tell him that he’s not going to get any of that done today. Crouching down low the Chicago native re-fastens his gloves as he again tries to think of the best way to deal with the challenge in front of him.}
Preston Marshall: “For a smart wrestler like Nighthawk, this has got to be a strange experience. He, with the exception of that toe-and-ankle hold, can’t get out of the blocks. Everything he’s tried isn’t working.”
Jaymie Boone: “But, Preston, as we have said Nighthawk has been around the world. He’s had to have nights where his A game just isn’t there. What is he going to do? This is where he earns the ‘Wrestling Machine’ moniker right here.”
{finally getting up, again using the ropes both to stretch himself out as well as to continue to think about the strategy that he is more or less coming up with on the fly, Nighthawk this time shrugs his shoulders and whips Caleb into the ropes, leapfrogging over Caleb on the way by and then ducking down as Caleb flips over the top. Elevating Caleb into the air with a shoulder block Nighthawk runs up the turnbuckles backwards before doing a perfect headstand on the top turnbuckle, forcing Caleb to rush in so that he can counter into a sunset flip that gets a long 2-count. Continuing to play at Caleb’s pace Nighthawk rolls right through into a prawn hold that gets a long 2-count. Quickly popping up to his feet Nighthawk hits another back heel trip and then gets another running start before being monkey-flipped over the top rope to the floor where he lands on his feet, turning around only to see Caleb hit a reverse triple jump moonsault. Perching himself on the guardrail, basking in the cheers of the crowd, Caleb comes off the guardrail with a split-legged corkscrew moonsault. Rolling Nighthawk back in the ring Caleb follows him in with a slingshot somersault senton and then a double springboard rounding somersault senton, before covering and getting a long 2-count.}
Amber Ashe: “10 minutes have elapsed in the match. 20 minutes remaining.”
Preston Marshall: “In stark contrast to how this went last week, Caleb is perhaps wrestling his perfect match. The question is this: Can he keep it up?”
Jaymie Boone: “I think he can, Preston. In the air Caleb is at home, with an almost-limitless array of things he can do. He legitimately is one of the most spectacular high-flyers that I have ever seen.”
{As Nighthawk crawls towards the ropes, trying to figure out a way to get his bearings again, Caleb sees this coming and ties him into the ropes before getting a running start and hitting a dropkick to the middle of the back, sending him collapsing through the ropes to the ring apron. But as Nighthawk tries to pull himself up to his feet Caleb meets him with a textbook inside-out springboard back elbow to the jaw, allowing Caleb to run to the other turnbuckle and hit an inside-out springboard dropkick to the jaw. Following Nighthawk to the floor Caleb comes off the top turnbuckle with a no-hands bullet tope through the ropes. Rolling him back in the ring Caleb cues up a springboard hurricanrana but gets caught with a running palm strike right to the face, allowing Nighthawk to hit a gorgeous tope con hilo before slumping against the guardrail as that burst of offense clearly took a lot out of the “Man of 1000 Holds”.}
Preston Marshall: “One mistake, Jamie. That’s all Nighthawk needed. Caleb took a second too long to signal that springboard hurricanrana, and Nighthawk took advantage of it. The question is: Will he go to work on the arm?”
Jaymie Boone: “I don’t think so. I think he realizes, even in the state that he’s in, that the arm might be out of play. Either that, or he thinks that with the damage he did to it last week, he doesn’t have to work on it that hard for the Hangman’s Clutch to have maximum effect.”
{Rolling Caleb back in the ring Nighthawk hits a springboard clothesline that he calls the Air Pillman. Wiping sweat out of his eyes as the strain and effort of the contest are clearly showing Nighthawk quickly hits him with a standing moonsault, following that up with a Liger Bomb that gets a 2-count. Running his thumb across his throat as a sign that he wants to end things now the Chicago native lifts Caleb up into a fireman’s carry and then throws him down into a perfectly timed soccer kick to the left arm, quickly ascending to the top rope and coming off with a hurricanrana that gets a long 2-count that sucks some of the air out of the arena. Staying on the attack Nighthawk goes for a crossface chickenwing but finds it countered as Caleb walks backwards up the turnbuckles and finds himself on top of Nighthawk for a long 2-count. But as Caleb gets up, checking to see if he got a three count, Nighthawk is right there to blast him with a superkick and then hit a bridging fisherman’s suplex for another 2 count. But as Nighthawk gets up both he and Caleb knock heads and collapse to the mat as if shot, neither man able to get back to their feet at the count of 10.}
Amber Ashe: “Referee Johnnie Lei counted to 10 and both men were unable to answer the bell. Therefore, the result of the match is a draw.”
Preston Marshall: “What are we going to do now, Jamie? This rematch was signed with the express idea that Caleb and Nighthawk would settle this thing once and for all. They haven’t. Not even close. What are we going to do now?”
Jaymie Boone: “I honestly can’t tell you the answer to this, Preston. If you’re part of NCW management, what do you do to deal with this? You may have no choice but to sign another rematch. Nothing has been settled here.”

Curtis D. Kanyon vs. Nathan Webb
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{ Rage in my heart Webbing the forest riding my black horse
AWebb the valley along the river where the hot blood flows.
Over the lakes and over the hills I follow the call of the wind uphold the legend and for my princess I will fight and win
"Lord of the Thunder" by Rhapsody hits the speakers as Curtis D. Kanyon emerges from the curtain. He has a sledgehammer slung over his shoulder.
Holy flame burn again for eternity burn my heart to win.
The holy war is awaiting another fiery king
Curtis pounds his chest with his fists then raises the hammer in the air. He walks down to the ring, nodding to the fans. He grabs a sign from a fan in support of his cause, and shows it to the camera!
Lord of the thunder please be my guide
before and after my last ride
I'll be your soldier serving the light
riding forever alive and proud
Curtis then climbs into the ring and goes to the turnbuckles. He climbs a turnbuckle and pounds his chest, then screams "The archangel is here! Prepare for the glory of battle!" He points to the crowd with his hammer, then hoists it straight up into the air and yells "BANG!" He then gets down and awaits the match to start. }
Preston Marshall: Curtis has a very….unique view on life at times but he is still an absolutely tremendous competitor.
Jaymie Boone: He can BANG me any day of the week.
{ "Forever Shamed" by Godsmack blares through the arena loudspeaker which is them simultaneously accompanied by a wall of pyro. After the pyro goes down Nathan is shown standing on the entrance ramp along with Rose Acantha standing at Nathan's side. Both proceed down the ramp at a methodical pace (if the opponent is in the ring Nathan will motion to him and then either shape his fingers into a gun and pretend to fire or put his thumb to his throat and making a cutting motion aWebb his throat). If the opponent is not in the ring Nathan will move into the far corner and sit on the turnbuckle while Rose moves to the outside and takes her place waiting for the opponent to reach the ring. }
Jaymie Boone: That girl is a little bit too creepy for my liking.
Preston Marshall: These two have hardly made themselves too popular with management since their return.
Jaymie Boone: Owner’s do not like being kick in the balls oddly enough.
{ As the crowd begins to settle and the referee rings the bell the two men suddenly lunge at one another, locking up as they struggle for the upper hand and an early advantage. As soon as the audience had just begun to quieten down however Nathan manages to get Curtis in a headlock before dragging him over his hip and sending him crashing down to the mat on his back with a great display of strength, causing the crowd the cheer as Webb lays a boot into Curtis’. The referee pushes Nathan away as Curtis grabs his jaw but before he has time to regroup Webb is straight back on him with another vicious boot this time to the spine causing Curtis arch his back as Nathan circles him plotting his next line of attack. As Curtis gets to his feet Nathan grabs his head, thrusting it below his armpit before delivering a DDT as he rolls on top of Kanyon and begins to deliver a series of punches into the former X-Champion’s face. }
Preston Marshall: The Cold Spider on top early against the Archangel who regularly speaks to Thor. Don’t say we never bring you variety on this show.
Jaymie Boone: I hope Curtis is ok, he took a nasty knock to the face there.
{ The referee pulls off Nathan who nods his head, pushing him aside gently and walks towards Curtis who has crawled towards one of the corner to recollect his thoughts, delivering a boot to the ribs which knocks the wind right out of Curtis. Nathan continues to stomp a mudhole into Kanyon who progressively falls down each turnbuckle with the strikes from Webb. Nathan is once again pulled away by the referee who is slightly concerned about Webb’s assaults, Webb this time deciding to listen for his own good as he nods along in agreement a little more sincerely this time. As the referee backs away Nathan paces a few steps back as he lines Curtis up before charging and delivering a running knee to the face which nearly takes Curtis’s head clean off, leaving him laying underneath the ropes as Nathan paces the ring, pumping up the crowd. }
Preston Marshall: Nathan is bringing some serious offence early on here to try and keep Curtis down, but will it work out?
Jaymie Boone: Is it really right to beat up a man who is several cookies short of a cookie jar?
{ Nathan returns to the prone body of Kanyon, grabbing his ankle and dragging him out of the ropes and into the centre of the ring, leaving him for a moment before leaping into the air and planting a picture perfect standing moonsault much to the delight of the crowd who sound their appreciation. Nathan rolls over quickly and goes for the cover, 1….2..NO! Nathan sits up before picking himself up and delivering another boot to the face for good measure as Nathan is dominant in the early stages here. Curtis rolls over as Nathan begins to follow him from behind but as he leans down to grabs Curtis by the head the big fella delivers a sturdy elbow to the gut which causes Nathan to bend over. Taking his opportunity Curtis staggers to his feet and drops another huge elbow, this time to the back of Nathan’s skull who kneels down clutching his head in pain as the sound of the impact resonates around the arena. }
Jaymie Boone: There’s my boy! Go Curtis!
Preston Marshall: You have a strange taste in men.
Jaymie Boone: So do you.
{ Curtis shakes off the cobwebs as he races towards Nathan, delivering a big clothesline which forces Webb to rollbackwards, but Curtis doesn’t give him time to recover as he launches himself into the air and drops a headbutt to Webb’ face. Curtis grabs Nathan’s head and lifts the champ up, whipping him against the ropes before hitting an elbow to the chest which sends the challenger down to the mat with a sickening crunch. Realising he can’t give Nathan too much time to regroup Kanyon turns and plants a big solid boot into the face of Nathan who has just sat back up, sending him crashing back down to the mat, his head whipping against the mat. Positive he has time to plan his next move Curtis walks alongside the ropes for a few seconds. }
Preston Marshall: Webb’s head hit the mat a little bit hard there.
Jaymie Boone: Maybe it knocked a little Kanyon in for once?
Preston Marshall: That’s a little harsh don’t you think?
{ Curtis turns around and begins to pace around Nathan who is slowly getting to his feet. As he turns around he is met with the flying fist of Kanyon who catches Webb on the jaw, sending him staggering across the ring towards the other side. Kanyon gives chase, following Nathan and grabbing him by the shoulder, only to be met with a vicious uppercut from Webb who turns and plants his own fist into Curtis’s jaw. Nathan begins to deliver a series of punches to Kanyon who is sent backwards with each shot before he is forced into a corner. Nathan turns and walks a few steps before charging at Kanyon, leaping into the air and hitting him with a running knee to the head. Curtis steps forward groggily clutching his chest as Nathan backs off again and runs at Kanyon, landing a tackle to his midriff sending him back to mat. Nathan notices that Kanyon is laid in a perfect position for a high risk manoeuvre and he begins to climb to the top rope. Steadying himself Nathan launches himself into the sky, landing a whisper in the wind to the prone Kanyon. Nathan goes for straight the cover again, 1…2…NO! Kanyon just about gets a shoulder up whilst pushing Webb off violently. }
Preston Marshall: What a move by Webb, showing his aerial ability with a fantastic display there.
Jaymie Boone: Somebody is going to get hurt if this carries on like this. Awesome.
{ Nathan doesn’t waste any time at all, getting up and bouncing off of the ropes to deliver a running dropkick as Kanyon sits up momentarily but is sent right back down. Nathan rolls over and gets back to his feet and brings Curtis up with him, whipping him against the ropes and spinning round to catch him in the face with a jumping knee which sends Curtis down. Nathan grabs Curtis’s arm, lifting him up, and whips him into the turnbuckle but instead of staying where he landed Curtis hobbles back out and is caught with a bulldog as Nathan simultaneously bounces against the ropes. Nathan quickly flips over and delivers a quick punch to Curtis’s face before getting up again and hitting a few more knees to the chest and spine of Kanyon who grimaces. The referee steps in and Nathan pleads his case but the referee ignores him makes him to step away from Kanyon who begins to pick himself up. Nathan pushes his way past the referee only to be met by a BANG!.....but he manages to dodge it as Curtis stumbles forward with his momentum. As Curtis is prone Webb grabs him and hits a Three Strikes before going for the cover. 1….2….3! Webb picks this win up tonight. }
Jaymie Boone: I hate it when I miss out on a surprise bang.
Preston Marshall: A great match up here, though it is Webb who comes out as the winner!
