Bring the violence
It's significant
To the life
If you've ever known anyone
Bring the violence
It's significant
To the life
Can you feel it?

The scene slowly fades in from black, as "Captain Howdy" by Twisted Sister begins to play. We find ourselves this time looking down at one of the older games one can purchase. On the board, is a picture of a patient. In place of his nose, is a red lightbulb, and there are openings here and there on the patient's body. Through those openings, we can see plastic pieces in the shape of bones or other internal parts. As we watch, a pair of tweezers slowly moves downward, right toward the heart. For a few moments, all is well, and then suddenly, the tweezers hit the metal on the side of the opening, a loud buzzer goes off, and the nose lights up bright red. This happens again and again for several moments, until the music fades, and the camera pulls back to reveal a familiar figure holding the tweezers.
CAPTAIN HOWDY: That gets me every time. I just can't seem to get that piece out of there.
Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't see the camera there. James Warren, isn't this what happened to you? You operated on a patient, and he basically died of a broken heart. Broken, because you made a mistake, and didn't take care of the real problem the poor guy had.
See, I did a bit of homework this time around, and tried to see if I could find out what made you tick. It was truly a tragedy that set you on the path you're on today. I can only imagine what it was like to find out that the mistake you made cost an innocent man his life. See, when I injure someone, it's not an accident. I do it on purpose. I do it to see how far I can go with someone's anatomy. I don't know that I've ever killed anyone though. Maimed, yes. Paralyzed for life, yes. Killed, not yet.
So that means I'm stepping into the ring with a murderer. Nice. You've actually managed to one-up me. Not many can say that, James. Or is it Jimmy? Actually, I don't care. What I do care about is that at Trauma this week, I get my chance to even the score between us. To that end, I've pretty much secluded myself this week. I'm not at home, as you might be able to tell. My wife, my son, and my good friend, the Mistress, are not here. Even George is absent. That way, I can concentrate on you. That way, I can plan out how I want to take you apart, to make you wish you had never set foot in the ring against me.
Of course, that would mean I'd actually have to fight you. I don't know what happened to Josh Stevens last week, but I wasn't expecting to face Nighthawk again at Mind Games. That was a bit strange to me. I won, so in the end everything is fine, but I really hate it when things like that happen.
So, Doctor Warren, as far as this match is concerned, it's just you, me, and the maniac I carry around inside me. I don't think you two were properly introduced the last time we stepped into the ring. I think we're going to have to remedy that little problem. I know he's looking forward to this match, quite a bit to be honest. I have to agree with him. Last time, you managed to write yourself a prescription for victory.
It's time for a second opinion.
Doctor Howdy says that you, Doctor Warren, are stressed. You need a break. Now, that could be your arm, leg, or possibly your neck. Perhaps even more than one part of you. It's been known to happen. But, don't worry. We understand that NCW has a wonderful medical plan. Honestly, I think we're doing you a favor by giving you a chance to find out. Just remember, we don't offer anesthesia. You're going to feel every last bit of it.
Forgive me, Doctor, for making this so short, but I have to finish this Operation before the patient expires. But don't worry, this weekend, Trauma won't only be the name of the show. No, it will be what you suffer at my hands as I go about trying to remove a limb from you so I can mount it on my wall. But hey, just think, you already know some great hospitals and doctors from your time there. So, when I decide that for you, PLAYTIME'S OVER, you'll be able to visit your favorite ones again. Won't that be fun?
See you soon, Doc. I'll even bring you a lollypop.
"Captain Howdy" starts to play once again, as the man himself laughs an evil chuckle, before taking up the tweezers once more, and trying again for the heart. The loud buzzing and bright light follows shortly thereafter, and continues over and over again, until the scene finally fades to black.
