*OOC NOTE: Couldn't access my Bushido account so I had to post it on this one.*
Time had passed and Bushido, well... Bushido hadn't been the same since The Internationals parted ways. Bushido blamed El Dragon de Valor for the injury he sustained at his drunken stupor's hands. Since, he'd been rehabbing his knee back to health, contemplating the limited options for a comfortable future. The thought of wrestling became less and less prominent until one fateful night, Bushido watched as Dragon made his grand return. The absence of visible guilt on his former partner's face caused Bushido to disregard a comfortable future in search of vengeance.
Miranda: Is this really what you want? To fight a man that used to be like a brother to you?
Bushido: ...
Miranda: I just don't get it. He made a mistake and he's apologized for it. We use to be a family...
Bushido: We use to be. Key words.
Tension had grown between Miranda and Bushido since he decided to attack Dragon. The Internationals were world renowned and their unbreakable relationship was legendary but as the world came to find out, nothing's unbreakable.
Bushido: *speaks Japanese*
Subtitles: There was once a time when this all mattered to me. When being in the ring with legends defined my standing in a wrestling company. But now.... Now I really don't give a ****. My life was destroyed, shattered by someone who was like a brother to me. I was left without a knee to stand on while this "man" drank his life away. The world seemed to care about his rehab, his alcoholism while mine was nothing but overshadowed. The fanfare was aimed towards his direction while I laid there thinking the worst.
He sat on a stool in the middle of a wrestling ring. Bushido held his wait up by crutches, his knee still taped.
Bushido: *speaks Japanese*
Subtitles: The doctors told me I'd walk with a limp for the rest of my life. They said I would never wrestle again. I had accepted this fact. I even forgave that dirty son of a bitch for what he did to me. I looked to Miranda for hope and she gave it to me. Together we would find some other way for me to make a living. It wasn't until I witnessed for myself Dragon's not so triumphant return to NCW... Just in time to say good-bye to this great company. And I could no longer accept defeat.I HAD HONOR ONCE AND I LOOK TO TAKE IT BACK!
The unusual outburst was followed by Bushido throwing down his crutches and forcing himself to his feet. A leg kicked back and sent the stool flying out of the ring.
Bushido: *speaks Japanese*
Subtitles: And I will do just that with your blood Dragon. The Internationals don't exist anymore. They died the minute you let that devil drink consume you. I was the victim of your uncontrollable vice and I was left to die while you are out there doing what I love. There is no tag match that will occur at NCW's final Collision. I would apologize to the tag team champs but I don't care for apologies. I don't care who stands across the ring from us. I don't care if this is the final Collision on NCW. I only care to repay the favor, Dragon... By kicking in your kneecap.
The Japanese warrior stares into the camera with fiery vengeance as it fades to black.
