So I just got a new Dell Inspiron, 8.9 inch monitor laptop thingie.
Now I am trying to figure out the best way to get stuff on it, because there is no cd/dvd rom drive on it.
Should I get a memory stick or an external cd/dvd drive?
Can I connect it to my computer using USB cords?
Any help is appreciated, I am a laptop newb.

I'm takeing it your useing a router of some sort? You can just transfer your files via the network just right click on the folder you want pick the option for shareing and follow the prompts that's the easiest way to get your files

An external CD drive and USB stick wouldn't be bad investments either.
