the first rp was a good intro to the char but didn't have much exactly toward the opponent. Hopefully you can do that in the 2nd and it'll work a bit better.
Other than that, the structure and character looks interesting enough, so just add a bit about your opponent explicitly by name in the future rps and you'll be good to go.

Thanks man. I tend to wait for the second RP until I get to the match at hand, but I know exactly what you are trying to say haha, I have seen so many people dish out RP after RP (In the case of no RP limits) and would say nothing about the actual match, just all character development stuff.
Thanks for the feedback man and I shall take what you say into mind when writing future Role plays.

My first major issue with this rp (of fairly few major issues) - Carly's color is pink...it does not read well on the board standard color of medium gray. make it a darker color if you use her again sometime.
Also, some of the beginning gets too wordy before he even speaks, I know to some it's a personal preference from me, but I have realized that too much setup sometimes means that getting the same "meat" as for promo material takes a lot longer to do, making the rps longer.
Perhaps just a tad bit more on your opponent next week, it wasn't a whole lot of "direct aggression", mostly an observation.
On Positives: I like how he interacts with Carly, I don't entirely buy the "at a house show backstage" or pre-show backstage thing of the rp much, but it works.
I also find the odd guy you got with Glen kinda like the comic relief, and he works in just the right ways.
His point of view, given partially in some of those long paragraphs of details, is somewhat interesting, setting him up for a more loner type of career (at least to start) in nCw. That gives him a sort of direction to work from.

I'm loving the Glen character and fear having to eventually face him.
