People still play the Wii? Adam is ganna rape you >.> And yes, I play it all the time. I have Super Mario Bros. 3, all three Donkey Kong Country's, a couple Kirby games, a couple Metroid games, Pokemon Snap, Mario Kart 64, and a few others. Sad thing is that an N64 and a SNES are sitting less than a foot away, and I already own all of those games

No, I already own a gamecube. The Wii VC doesn't sell Gamecube games, the actually Wii console plays the discs.

The Wii is awesome and the VC on the Wii is also awesome. I have Mario Kart 64 and the Donkey Kongs and Adventures of Lolo cause that game was the ****! I've also been on and off playing Super Metroid cause I never got around to it when I had an SNES.

ROMs are awesome, don't get me wrong, but the feel of using a keyboard just ain't the same. It just ain't the same.

Yeah, I've still got my SNES and N64, so I don't buy any games I already own. I wish I still had my NES, but my mom sold it many years ago cause it was old and I didn't use it that often. That made me very sad.

I understand the twos since there's two of you, but why three GCs?

I understand the twos since there's two of you, but why three GCs? Well, one got a pop spilled on it so it stopped working completely, the second one died when a shard of a broken disc when right into lens. Ironically, Gauntlet: Dark Legacy was the last game played in both Gamecubes, as a shard of it went into the lens. The third one is our current one that works great. We've had back luck with them >.>

Gamecubes are pretty rock solid, I used to throw controllers at mine when I got angry and it is still going.
I've had my 64 since cira-1999. My first on fell to a power surge with no surge protector.
I have two Genesis's that work, but the dc converter broke, so they are useless right now. The Dreamcast I found in a dumpster is almost at the end of it's life aswell.

Yeah, Nintendo makes some sturdy stuff. My SNES and 64 are both my originals. I did have to buy a second GC, but only cause my first one was stolen. You've got to try to break Nintendo products. Like Joe did.

Yeah, I've dropped my DS, open, more times than I can count. And both GC deaths were freak accidents, also a good way to "try and break it"

actually going back on topic (shocker, i know)
I soft-modded my wii so i can burn gamecube games and download VC games for free, play emulators on it for games that aernt on the VC, and alot of other crap. Honestly i'm amazed i diddn't destroy my wii with my lack of mod intelligence.
yeah. i'm going away again. see you all later.

I will never get a Wii. The Gamecube, I only bought that to play Super Smash Bros. Melee... which I will proudly say that I will kick anyone's ass at that game! About the SNES... my grandma sold that, as well as over 200 games, for $20... have to love grandmas who don't know a damn thing about video-games, and runs to your house to run your yard sale when you step inside to pour yourself a glass of lemonade.
Back to the point... I will never get a Wii.
