Weekly Observations:
This show was incredable as we show the formation of the unnamed stable that decimated the main event. We saw Ricky Johnson and Roxi as a winning team and even crowned a new Xtreme Champion!
The show also saw Joe Everyman step up to the plate and suprise the world by beating Milo Holland one on one. I swear the crowd at ringside dropped their jaws in shock the second the refs hand hit three. It was an amazing victory that showed what hard work and dedication can do. However, he's still a little whiney baby, so take the win with a grain of salt.
This new faction, the midcard uprising as I'm calling it, could take nCw by storm. If I was a member of the nCw roster I'd take notice because this faction looks to be on a collision course with the top stars in this federation. They've already targeted "The Dude" and "The Maniac", that makes people turns heads there.
Now lets get to this weeks Collision predictions. We have a great lineup before the PPV and the show should be a great one.
Predictions:
Taft Vs Angel Vs Xavier Williams
This should be a great match. All three of these men are trying to rise through the ranks of nCw and all have a good chance of taking the first step in doing just that. I know Taft and Angel from PWW and both are outstanding competitors both having held the top singles titles in their respective weight divisions. However I've seen Xavier Williams here and he is an incredable athlete in his own right.
Winner: Angel, by pinning Taft. These two know each other from PWW and I have a feeling they'll be at each other's throat this whole match, but they better watch out, if they take their eyes of Williams, they could find themselves at the losing end.
The Fox vs. Sexy Jason
The new Xtreme Champion Sexy Jason takes on the wrestler everybody is pinning as the next big thing, The Fox. This should be a great match, I'll be keeping an eye on it, espcially with Sexy Jason in the ring.
Winner: Sexy Jason- The Fox is going to be great in nCw but today is no his day, Sexy Jason has been sky high the past few weeks and I see this momentum continuing.
Mark Evil and Joe Everyman Vs The Brothers Holland
These two joined the mega stable last week and now this week they have the task of trying to down the Hollands which nobody has been able to do in months. Everyman stepped up to the plate with an amazing victory last week but this week he has both Hollands.
Winner: The Brothers Holland- I'd love to pick the underdogs here, but I just don't see it. Everyman's cinderella story ends this week.
The Ace Vs Christian Kane Vs Ricky Johnson Vs Lance Ryan
The Ace, Christian Kane, Ricky Johnson, and Lance Ryan... wow, how in the world could you ask for a better match then this? We have probably the top four world title contenders in this match, you gotta love it.
Winner: Christian Kane- I'm going to pick one of the underdogs for this match. Christian is going to send a message to his brother this week before their PPV showdown. Book it!
Spike Kane Vs Shaun Wilson
The World Champion versus the X-Division Champion, a battle of wrestling styles and philosophy here. Plus it was Shaun Wilson who joined the Midcard Uprising and was a part of the attack on Kane. This should be a great match and if Spike isn't careful he could find himself losing to Wilson.
Winner: Spike Kane- Wilson has been on an incredable run but Spike Kane isn't the World Champion because he takes matches lightly, he'll be prepared for Wilson and he'll take care of business.
Close Encounters of the Awesome Kind (Trent Helms and Steve Awesome) Vs The Upper Echelon (Jack Manson and Davey Ortega)
Close Encounters shocked the world with their attack on Upper Echelon last week and now the two teams square off in what could be the match of the night. Jack Manson takes on Steve Awesome at the PPV for his National Title and Davey Ortega takes on Trent Helms.... these teams are getting to know each other fast.
Winners: Close Encounters- They showed in past weeks they'll do whatever it takes to win and this show I have a feeling they'll do just that.
So fans there are my predictions for this card. Make sure to tune into Collision this week because we have a great lineup and will be an amazing show before Cross Roads.
Hot Topics:
This is where I'll hit on three hot subject material and give you my opinions.
3. Backstage Rumors: There has been a backstage rumor circling for a couple of weeks that one Trent Helms has been getting calls from a rival promotion. All I've got to say is back away guys because Trent Helms may be an outer space mastermind but he's a loyal outer space mastermind. He has a bright future in nCw and he will be staying.
2. The Upper Echelon: So many people ask me every week what do I think about this tag team? I joined the Empire solely for Mr. Ortega and now he teams with a former NWS member that we fueded against. Well fans, I've gotta say I love this combination. I always knew Manson had a little Ortega in him and these two will take the tag team division by storm.
1. The Midcard Uprising: Wow... this megastable is on a path of complete destruction. They've attacked five of the biggest stars in nCw and they could add some more gold to their aresenal with a Steve Awesome win at Cross Roads. I can see them going places and I think this is a great move. They desperately wanted nCw to take notice of them, and right now. Everyone is... mission accomplished in one week of work.
