--Intro--
Well fans, another exciting nCw event has come and gone, I’ve gotta say except for the terrible commentary from my replacement, Chuck Watson, it was a great show. Every match was packed full of action and the fans were on their feet the entire night. If you’ve never been to a live nCw event you have to see it to believe it.
--Recap--
Joe Everyman vs. The Ace vs. ShowTyme
This match really set the tempo for the entire night! These three men totally beat the crap out of each other just to pick up a win, and in the end it resulted in a no contest. If I wasn’t a complete douche like Ruston Bourne I would have booked a rematch for this weeks Collision but I’m sure the GM had his reasons for not making it. I like all three of these men, they have bright futures ahead of them here in the nCw.
The Burning vs. Inferno
Well the big bore picked up another win, breaking his winless streak. However I’ve gotta say, I wasn’t impressed. Burning still showed why he’s at the bottom of the nCw talent barrel as he had a tough time putting Inferno away. I’ve said since Burning first stepped into an nCw ring that he was gonna have to find a way to inject himself with some serious coolness, and last night he took a step in the right direction even though…. It was also a stupid move in one way. Boring has decided to align himself with No Warning Shots…. Which was nice and all, but insanely stupid. There may not be any warning shots but when they face the Empire they’ll just be shooting blanks anyway so what does it matter? Boring should have used his brain on that one…. Well what brain he has.
Reckoning vs. Ricky Johnson
The White Rapper has again managed to impress the nCw staff. This time however he has also become the #1 contender to the nCw Xtreme Championship while doing so. Very impressive by Reckoning because Johnson gave him all he could handle and more, great match here. Reck may have walked away as #1 contender but I’ve gotta believe that Ricky Johnson will get his shot sometime in the near future, he has plenty of talent that’s for sure.
John Anthony vs. Dave Holland
Well there’s no one I’d rather see beat a member of the Empire more then Holland. There is nothing to be ashamed of when losing to this man. Holland right now has to be considered one of, it not the best wrestler to not hold an nCw championship. Both of these men will see nCw singles gold around their waists before their careers are through here, it’s just a matter of when will they get their shot. I could even see two nCw World Champions coming from this match. They are both that good… book it.
Dr. Pepper (Mr. Pibb) vs. Kevin Slater
Kevin Slater was at a huge Disadvantage here. Pibb was in his element, he was at home with weapons and no rules. Slater did his best to keep the match technical but Mr. Pibb’s antics where just too much to deal with in the end, as he sprayed the mist and then picked up the win. Kevin Slater won’t be the last person to fall to that fate, mark my words. So he should come out of this match holding his head high, he was wrestling out of his style and was wrestling the champion on top of that. Slater has a bright future, as does Pibb, who I can see holding his belt for a very long time as long as he can hurdle Reckoning next week.
Davey Ortega & Spike Kane vs. Jack Manson & Lance Ryan
Ha ha, match of the night, specifically because it featured me getting in on the action! Man that was great, and it was even better seeing Spikey jack up the world Champion for the win. That was won of the biggest pinfalls of nCw’s short history right there. Kane is going to be crowned a champion around here very soon, you can book that!
Well there’s my reviews from last week, I hope you enjoy. Again, I personally thought it was a great show. Now this brings me to my next subject…. nCw incase you haven’t heard the news has expanded and added another show to the lineup Saturday Night Suspense. Seriously, what’s better then having two nCw shows in two days? It’s freaking incredible I tell you! The only downside is that a certain Mr. Chuck Watson will be doing the commentary for the show… which totally blows, we all know who the A-List commentators are, and of Eric “Who’s your daddy” Hardy and Kelly “The Queen of nCw” Fox! Boom baby!
--Preview and Prediction--
Suspense
Sexy Jason vs. Refugee Mike vs. Silencio Asesino
Well this promises to be a very good first ever match for Saturday Night Suspense. Hopefully these three will be able to stay in the ring and not get counted out like the guys from last week’s Collision.
Winner: Sexy Jason
Because: He’s just too sexy baby!
“The Xtreme Deadman” Mark Evil vs. Shawn Wilson
An “Xtreme” “Deadman” what in the name of jimmy cracks corn is that supposed to be? I was under the impression that being Xtreme and being a deadman were two complete separate acts. I guess we’re all wrong sometimes. I honestly don’t see how a dead person could win a match…. Just makes no sense to me.
Winner: Shawn Wilson
Because: He’s NOT dead!
Kevin Hardaway vs. Christian Kane
Is this “Christian Kane” any relation to The Empire’s Spike Kane? If so it should be an easy match. A no brainer even. Hardaway should pack his luggage now….ok I’m done…
Winner(a): Christian Kane
Because: If he’s related to Spikey, he’ll dominate.
Winner(b): Kevin Hardaway
Because: If Christian is not related to Spikey the next logical choice is that he’s an imposter trying to get glory using Spike Kane’s surname.. which is not cool!
Frank Slater vs. “The Idolizer” Brandon Idol
Rumor has it that Frank Slater spent over a decade of his life in federal prison for murder, and hate crimes. Now he’s in the ring with Brandon Idol…. Yikes folks this could get ugly fast. Hopefully these rumor’s are false but who knows.
Winner: Brandon Idol
Because: The “Ghost Costume” Frank Slater wears to the ring will make it very hard to breath late in the match.
“The Self Revolution” Reckless Jack vs. “Texas Red” Johnny Craven
Well Johnny Craven was a popular choice of mine before he was injured… will I go back to picking him or will I swing sides and say Jack picks up the win. Well seeing as how Craven is too good to accept a great thing like joining the Empire then I’m led to believe he’s a fool and fools simply don’t last long in the ring with Reckless Jack…
Winner: Reckless Jack
Because: He’ll use Craven’s built in stupidness against him to pick up the win.
Collision
Logan Quicksilver vs. Inferno
Hmm is this nCw’s first rematch? Quicksilver better show something to the nCw staff this time because word is he might be on his last leg if he doesn’t.
Winner: Logan Quicksilver
Because: He’ll step up to the nCw Staff’s challenge and really impress… if he knows what’s good for him that is.
Joe Everyman vs. Leviathan
Word on the street is that Leviathan has pulled a groin muscle during a private work out this week. Everyman, who was impressive in the draw, might come into this match with a clear advantage from the start and may never look back.
Winner: Joe Everyman
Because: If the rumors are true then he should have no problem with the big man.
"Rock Star" Ricky Johnson vs. TVO
The janitor of nCw makes his return to the ring… isn’t that special. LOL. This should be interesting I wonder if Victor is going to bend over and shine Johnson’s shoes too? Maybe just for fun Johnson can walk outside step in some dog poo, walk to the ring, and make TVO mop it up after the match!
Winner: Rickey Johnson
Because: How could you lose to a janitor?
ShowTyme vs. Ace
The other two members who were “kissing their sisters” last week. They did look very impressive in that draw, but ShowTyme might just be too much.
Winner: Show Tyme
Because: He’s the whole FN show.
John Anthony vs. Kevin Slater
Both of these men have being nothing short of very good since their respective debuts. Kevin Slater, like Reckoning a few weeks ago, has nothing to show for all his hard work though, so I’m inclined to believe that he’s more desperate for a win. However I can not pick against an Empire member.
Winner: John Anthony
Because: Anthony is in the Empire… what else is there to say?
Scar vs. Dave Holland
Scar was very impressive in his debut, so much so that management decided to pit him against one of the best singles and tag team wrestlers in nCw.
Winner: Dave Holland
Because: No offense to Scar, but Holland has just been too good since arriving in nCw.
Mister Pibb (c) vs. Reckoning
Mr Pibb has been unstoppable in Xtreme matches since Road to the Gold, and Reckoning has been putting the best nCw has to the limits every week, this should be one heck of a match up.
Winner: Reckoning
Because: Reckoning has been gaining more and more momentum every week and he’s the one that still has a goal in front of him, he’ll simply just want this win more.
The Boring w/The News vs. Davey Ortega w/Kelly Fox
Don’t you just love the billing I got t his week… I like the sound of that baby! Davey Ortega… WITH Kelly Fox! That right there has shifted the tide in Ortega’s favor, book it!
Winner: Davey Ortega
Because: Because nobody beats Kelly Fox! Oh yeah….Boring is still very very boring.
Jack Manson vs. Spike Kane
Last week Spikey pinned the World Champion…. Now this week he squares off against the national champion!? I only see one way Spike Kane loses this match and that’s with cheating from his team mates, which I fully expect to happen.
Winner: Jack Manson
Because: Jack Manson’s little buddies will not allow him to lose, and they’ll blatantly steal a win from Spike Kane! Those bastards….
Well that’s it, predictions for both shows, as I looked back and read what I typed I simply thought to myself wow…. nCw is full of talented stars and is still growing every week. Two shows may not be enough to handle all this growth which is a good thing. I’m looking forward to being at the commentator’s booth for Collision and being at the Arena for Suspense… they both should be exciting shows.
--Weekly Awards—
From now on this is where the official nCw weekly awards will be placed, thanks to executive order from my wonderful Daddy! WOOT! Now on to the announcements.
Wrestler of the Week: Spike Kane
Spike Kane pinned the World Champion to give his team a win last week, if that doesn’t make him wrestler of the week I don’t know what does.
Promoer of the Week: The Ace
Even though Ace didn’t win his match, he was very impressive with his promos this week, and the entire nCw staff looks forward to seeing more from him.
Match of the Week: John Anthony vs. Dave Holland
This was a tough call, but in the end this match narrowly beat out the Tag team main event. Holland and Anthony both showed why they are top competitors here in nCw.
Quote of the Week: “Rockstar” Ricky Johnson
“I have only heard a hardful of rappers rap for 5 minutes or more. why? because hearing people talk for 5 minutes is boring. Who cares if they're rhyming. Talk is talk, and talk is cheap.” (Re. Spect. Rock.)
--Random Thoughts and Rumors--
Because of an executive order and poor ratings, the Chronicles of Knucker television program has been cancelled. To this I just have to say…..WOOO! It’s about time, how many times can you say “Kelly is a whore” before the shtick gets old? Maybe if they would have focused less attention on me and more to actually producing a good program they’ll still be around, but oh well. I used to consider Knucker a close friend and I wanted his program to do well, but he just had to keep bashing me, which really hurt, oh well at least the fans will no longer have to be tortured with their slandering of my good name.
Rumor has it that, there might be an nCw original program that will take the place of Chronicles of Knucker on the Monday night lineup.
Like I mentioned above the rumor is that Leviathan has pulled a groan muscle during a private work out. However reports are that he will be there to wrestle his match, however I just don’t see how he could win. I think he should stay home, heal up and not risk further injury.
There has been reports of a mysterious individual who has been sending emails to the nCw Roster saying he’s the “Living Legend” and is coming for them. My dad and GM Ruston Bourne have said they have no idea who the man is but a couple of my sources have told me that the mystery person might be non other then Logan, multi time WCF World Champion who signed a contract with nCw but was released after suffering an injury.
--Final Thoughts--
Between Chronicles of Knucker being cancelled, the debut of a new nCw show, and another exciting Collision this week should be a great one for me. I hope it is for all you fans as well and I hope you enjoyed this weeks Fox Report.
