It's that time of the week fans, time for another Fox Report. To recap this weeks happenings, and to give you a small preview of what to expect this week. Also this week we will be unveiling a new addition to the article..."The Fox Line" where I will answer all of your pressing questions. Well how about I go ahead and get this thing started.
Recap
Last weeks Collision turned out to be a very entertaining show if I say so myself. We had some good action as AotR took on the team of Dave Holland, Spike Kane, and Davey Ortega. However this action ended abruptly as Spike Kane shocked the world and turned on his fans and nCw, by joining Age of the Revolution.
Another amazing match saw Dark Prophet leave the comfort zone of his ultra violent matches and he took on JFK in a standard rules match. Prophet showed a lot in this match and proved that he isn't the one trick wonder that so many pundits had labeled him as. He indeed handle himself in a technical match. However, when JFK started to get the upper hand he was quick to revert back to his old ways and if it wasn't for Sexy Jason getting the save, Prophet may of stolen the match. Karn, proved in this match that he is definitely a top contender in this federation.
There was plenty of backstage action as well, Angel has made it obvious he wants Legion upon his return from injury. John Antony aslo made it painfully clear he wants the Joe Everyman and his National title when he confronted JFK.
Hot Topics
1: Spike Kane
Once again Age of the Revolution tops this list. This time not so much because of their bastardizing my federation but because of the big news that they have been joined in their plot by Spike Kane.
Spike Kane, that two timing slut of a man, betrayed every single fan in that arena. He was beloved, nobody didn't cheer the man when he was in action and what does he do to repay them? He slaps them in the face. He's pathetic and a coward, instead of joining the fight and taking on AotR head on, he joins them in their attempts to destroy the very foundation of nCw.
I promise all the fans, and all the wrestlers still loyal to the nCw way, he will not be forgiven and neither will AotR. Reckless Jack and his crew that includes the World Champion and my daughter.... they will be taken down. The cogs are already in motion, this old dog still has some tricks left to teach this band of hooligans.
2: The Masked Team
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't have several reporters or wrestlers on the roster who don't come up to me and ask.. "who are these two?" Well fans, I do not know, who they are.
"But Leonard how are they wrestling matches if you don't know their identity" you may ask.... well they are not technically signed to nCw contracts. Right now they are currently on a per show payment basis. When they wrestle they get payed, when they don't.... they don't get any money.
Also, I'd like to mention that we will not tolerate their actions of stealing one half of the tag team titles. No amount of lobbying or threatening will get them closer to the tag team titles without earning a shot. AotR ... regretfully are the number one contenders.... and their Iron Man match at A Night To Remember will go on as planned barring some kind of injury. No "ifs" "ands" or "buts" about it.
3: National and Xtreme Title Situation
Another question that seems to keep coming up is what is going on with the Xtreme and National titles.
Well as it stands right now, Dark Prophet is still number one contender to the Xtreme championship, as he earned his shot by the way of winning it in a match. Falcon is currently the number two contender as voted on by the board of directors, because of his insane performance in the cage match with Angel at Sovereign. As it currently stands Prophet will be given his Xtreme match at A Night To Remember, but these plans are not set in stone.
As the National title stands, there is currently no number one contender. Joe Everyman will defend his title at the next pay per view, who it will be though is left to be decided. The front runners are John Anthony and JFK obviously, however who will be getting the shot has yet to be decided, or if they will indeed be the ones to receive it. This match at collision will go a long way at determining just who could walk away with the shot in hand.
Preview
This weeks Collision is shaping up nicely. In a dark match Reckoning will return to nCw after several months of hiatus. We will see Angel taking on the former X-Division champion and even the Masked Mystery Team will be in action against the Callaway Brothers. Our Main event is a six man tag team match, pitting the Age of the Revolution against the tag team champions and Davey Ortega. This will be a can't miss show.
Matches to Watch
The Main Event:
Obviously. It features the newest member of AotR, the World Champion and the number one contenders to the tag team titles taking on the tag team champions (The Smokin Aces) and the man who has constantly been in the World Title picture since joining nCw (Davey Ortega). The AotR have mowed down every person who has stood in their way, and this team of the champs and Ortega will look to avoid the same fate.
Six Man Tag Match:
With all of the tension surrounding these men I decided it would be best to force them into a match together, forcing them to cooperate. Xtreme champion and the top two contenders for his title versus the National Champion and the top two contenders for his title. Also, there has been a special stipulation added... the teams must work together, I will not tolerate somebody going through this match half assed to try and screw his partners.
Dave Holland vs. Jamie Ryan
Before he takes on Lance Ryan at A Night To Remember, Dave Holland will square off with Ryan's son. This match has the makings of a good one. Will Jamie Ryan actually try to win this match, or is his soul purpose to harm Holland before he takes on his father? Dave Holland better watch his back.... that's all I've gotta say, I do not trust this AotR.
