Saturday 17th of November
My mom called the hospital and my dad was awake and was responding to squeezing the hands and stuff. They are going to remove the tubes and stuff today. So good sign so far. You don't know how much it has meant to me for you guys to put my dad in your prayers. Words can not describe it.
Thank Tommy (Sexy Jason)

Sunday 18th of November: Just got back from seeing my dad...they took all of the tubes out of him. They are keeping him in icu another night. He may get to go to his room tomorrow. If everything goes well he should be out a week from today.

taking tubes out.... I'm no doctor and I don't even have any knowledge of serious illness or injury... but to me that sounds like a good thing. Like the body can take care of itself suitably to not require help from machines.
Glad to hear it dude... here's hoping it all pans out as expected.
