(I would put the HTML and stuff in but...nah)
The scene opens in the living room of a large mansion, where we see Charlie Velez, still in his work clothes, laying on his couch. He sighs to himself, obviously looking exhausted after a hard day of work. He’s thinking to himself, reflecting on the things he’s done and the things he’s about to do. He stares at his bandaged up hand, thinking of how to exact his revenge on Mike Machado. He just closes his eyes and lays his head back down; he’s obviously exhausted from the workday, and wants to take a little nap before his flight. In the background you see a very beautiful woman start walking down the hallway, approaching the couch that Charlie is laying on. For people who know Charlie, it’s his beautiful wife, Annette Velez. She’s wearing her pajamas and walks onto the couch, sitting next to the feet of her husband. She wiggles under his legs, so they lie on top of hers. Charlie doesn’t need to open his eyes, as he just knows who it is.
“So how’s Jonathan doing?” says Charlie. Jonathan is Charlie’s oldest son.
“He’s better then he was yesterday. He still misses her.” says Annette.
Charlie tries to get into a more comfortable position, rolling over to his side.
“That was a good dog,” says Charlie “maybe I’ll buy him a new one.”
“I don’t think he wants a new one; just give it some time he’ll feel better.” says Annette.
Charlie sighs, and Annette just leans her head back, looking down at her husband. She inches closer until she gets to his face, where she plants a kiss on his cheek.
“So when’s your flight?” Annette whispers loudly enough for the audience to hear.
Charlie opens up his eyes and turns his head, looking at his wife.
“You know I can leave whenever I want. It’s my jet.”
“Oh, good then. We can spend some time alone, seeing as you’re always on the road…” says Annette, who slowly begins to rub her hands on her husband’s chest, while kissing his ear. Charlie just smiles.
“Yeah, I think I should get some workout in before I get in the ring…” says Charlie, who begins kissing his wife, and the camera fades to black.
Fades back into an airport, where Charlie’s private Jet is ready for takeoff. You see Charlie Velez walking towards the plane, as the doors open, and the steps come down. Charlie reaches the top, but before he gets in, turns around and begins to address the camera.
“Before I step on this plane I want to address my opponents, or should I say, my next victims here in nCw.”
Charlie does his (now it seems) signature chin rub, to collect his thoughts, and speaks to the camera.
“Doc, I know I must have struck a vein when I said that you were no longer competition, or something belong those lines. Probably hurt you when I dismissed you as nothing more than just another stepping stone to my way to the top of the nCw. To keep it blunt and simple, I’m sorry, Doc. You are more than a worthy adversary, more than a stepping stone. You are almost on a level that I am; hell maybe you are on the same level as me. Your accomplishments, they should be nothing to laugh about, you’ve wrestled the opponents that I have, and you might have been able to pull a victory out that I couldn’t. You sir, rank near me on the top. But you’re not there yet, and that’s why I said those things about you. You bring up how I was a nobody trying to make it into this big, dark world, known as professional wrestling before I fought you, and then once I fought you I came to the top of the world. I was looking for respect, and the only way I would gain it was by taking you down and taking your belt along with it. You’re right, I wasn’t respected then. I beat you in the ring on many occasions, and you know what Doc? I realized something. I realized that since then, I am the wrestler I knew I was. That young hungry wrestler that you first saw; became the best wrestler in the world. You unleashed a beast, a beast so hungry for more that I would take friends and family down to become the best in the world. So I beat you I that ring. Then I beat you some more. Then I beat you over the head with a ladder until it knocked some sense into you, and you decided to be on my side. Doc, after I realized my destiny, you figured it out as well and instead of suffering the beat downs that I would give you every time we crossed paths, you decided to join me. We almost turned the wrestling world upside down until…unfortunate circumstances arose.”
Charlie shakes his head, remembering those unfortunate circumstances.
“Here’s the thing Doc. You can take credit as the man who made me famous, but I see it more as me grabbing the ball and running with it. I never got the chance, and when I did, I showed the world what I could do with it. Your ‘boyhood dream’ looks foolish in this man’s world, and I hope you know that. Hell, after I win this Friday maybe we can go out and I can buy you a beer or two and think about the old times when you were that notch about me, and then we can drink away until you forget how different things have become.”
Charlie smirks, but then turns the subject to his other two opponents.
“Severe Payne, I’ve said what I need to about you. This Friday when we walk into the ring together I’ll give you the walker you might need. Jason Evans…it seems that you finally peaked your head out and decided to say what you have to. It seems like you’re not one to take criticism boy, you seem like the one who wants to make peace and shows respect to his opponents. I can see where AJ Phoenix trained you, because if you were under my tutelage you would have that fire, you would have that killer instinct that I have, and you would rise to the top faster than any other superstar in the nCw…just to get knocked down by me. Respect, honor, that’s a thing in the past, that’s for the purist who believes that wrestling is about showing that you’re equal to your opponent. The way I wrestle, I bite the head off my opponents and don’t show them the mercy that they think they deserve.”
Charlie turns around, showing off his jet plane.
“Does this look like insecurity? I have a killer instinct, and I want everybody who comes into the ring with me to know that they can’t beat me. Severe Payne, Jason Evans, and especially you Doc, this Friday night at Suspense it’s not going to be a battle, hell this isn’t even going to be a war. This will be a massacre, because like I’ve said once, and I’ll say it again, I’m not just the best in the world I’m…”
Charlie reaches into his coat and puts on his sunglasses, smirking at the camera.
“…Money.”
Charlie walks back into his jet plane, before closing the door and the cameras fading to black.
