Act 1: Are we really going in there?
The scene opens on a dark and eerie place somewhere in Richmond Virginia. The moon was hidden behind dark clouds that floated in the sky, and the sound of sirens off in the distance could be heard. Crickets chirped, while a lone bullfrog sang from a little swamp somewhere on the property. The building had once been a place of healing and care, was now cold, silent and loomed over the city of Richmond in the darkness. As the camera pans over the area we see that two figures were walking towards the wrought iron gate that kept the rest of the city out of the area. Cleo and Stacy stand by the gate, watching the others pace the area trying to find ways in, just in case their great leader got into trouble... which was what Cleo was hoping for. She looks at the watch on her wrist and sighs. It had only been a few minutes since Lord Dominicus and a few henchmen had entered the building, and yet there were no screams of horror and terror.
Stacy: We're not going in there are we ma'am?
Cleo: Of course not. Are you crazy?
Stacy: What is in there ma'am?
Cleo: One of the good doctor's little experiments.
Stacy: It wasn't Mr. C was it?
Cleo: By the Gods no! It would have killed me and everyone else around it, as soon it got loose. No what is in there is much... smaller... sort of.
Stacy just looks at her with wide eyes, knowing what had been set loose within the confines of the old building. It wasn't exactly the biggest creature but it was still dangerous.
Stacy: You mean one of the little things in your cosmetic testing? The one that had the bad temperament to begin with?
Cleo: Yes. The good Doctor borrowed it for an experiment and well... It's a bit worse than it was before.
Stacy: They won't survive against something like that.
Cleo: That's the plan Stacy. Hopefully it'll work.
Stacy: What about your match this week ma'am? You haven't even really started training for it.
Cleo: Don't worry Stacy, I'll be ready for my match this week. Danielson, and Rayne have already spoken out of turn, while Roxi has done the smart thing and kept her mouth shut! I need you to run back to the hotel for me, and make sure everything is ready for my arrival. After this I know I'll need a hot bath. Just standing here makes me feel dirty.
Stacy: Yes ma'am. Just be careful ma'am.
Cleo: I'll be fine. Now go.
Stacy bows and walks through the open gate and hails a taxi up the street a little ways, leaving Cleo on her own. She watched as flashlights lit up the building, going through each room in search of the little white creature. If they found it, she would know all in good time. She turns back to face the main building, and starts to walk around the grounds, as the others watched on in wonder of what was going to happen within.
Cleo: Emma, don't you ever get tired of hearing yourself talk? I know I do. You see you can believe what you want to believe about who I really am, or what others see me as. I have thousands upon thousands of faithful followers who believe I am the great Pharaoh reborn, and know it to be true. You and Rayne are nothing to me, and Friday night, I will prove that to the world once again. Sure I had a shot at the Women's Title and blew it, but do you think I really care? No! Do you know why that is Emma? It's simple really... It's because I got closer to having that title, then you have. That means I'm better than you, and always will be. I'm not afraid of your little speeches, or anything that you claim that you are going to do to me on Friday night in the ring.
She walks over to a very large tree that reached to the sky. The bare branches gave the look of death, and neglect. Cleo ran her hand along the bark and just smiled to herself, feeling the ancient bark wondering how old the tree was.
Cleo: Do you know what I see when I look at this tree Emma? I see strength, not decay. I see life, not death. This tree has stood against the test of time Emma and yet it still stands against everything. The weather, time, decay... In a way this tree and I are alike. Underneath this frail frame of a woman I am strong, and can take a lot of damage, even against the test of time. Friday night you can try everything you want to put me down Emma, but I shall not fall. My time in this fed has just begun, while yours is going to end on Friday night at my hands. You say you are going to destroy me, put me through hell and back, but can you stand behind your words, or are you just trying to make yourself look tougher than you are? I know what you're going to say already... You've heard it all before and are getting tired of it... Well after Friday night you won't have to worry about hearing anything. I grow tired of our little game and now it's time to finish you off, end you career with a big bang in front of thousands of people, chanting my name while they watch in awe and wonder of your demise at my hands.
Cleo looks at the camera with her dark eyes glistening in the bright light from the moonbeams that drifted to the earth's surface. Her shadow seemed to appear different behind her somehow, wearing a long flowing robe, with a tall crown upon her head. She just smiles slightly, only to have her cell phone ring. She answers it and sighs.
Cleo: Hello?
Stacy: Ma'am... I have word on Rayne. She just did a promo and it's not pretty. You and Emma were her main targets this time around ma'am, since Roxi has yet to say anything. Would you like me to send it to you via...
Cleo: Give me the link to the NCW website... I'll look at it myself. I don't want to miss a thing here.
Stacy: Yes ma'am.
Stacy: Yes ma'am.
Cleo's phone soon beeps, and she answers it once again. She is soon watching Rayne's promo, and a rage starts to build within her once again. Rayne had unleashed the rage and hate within Cleo, and the match on Friday night wasn't going to end well.
Cleo: How dare you insult me Rayne! How dare you?! You have brought something out in me, that I haven't felt in a very long time, and trust me it's not going to end well for any of you that are going to be in that ring on Friday night. You have 2 centuries under you, but what does that really matter? Do you really think that I'm afraid of the likes of you? Friday night you will see a true Goddess standing in front of you, and you will understand why I am feared by those that have crossed me, and why my name is whispered among them when I walk by. I have taken on people like you, that are so sure of themselves. I can see that you are getting ahead of yourself and already considering yourself the winner of this match, when we haven't even stepped into the ring yet.
She looks up from the little screen in front of her, as her eyes catch the dim light, they give an eerie glow.
Cleo: You show Emma respect, even when she's threatening to beat the holy hell out of you. You see I show respect to those that show it to me. That's why Ayla and I get along so well, but this isn't about her, or anyone else for that matter. You're grasping at straws that aren't there, and saying anything that comes to your mind. Do you actually think that I haven't heard everything you have said about me more than half a dozen times since I've been here? Hardly. I've heard it all, and Friday night, everything that has been said about the "so called Goddess" will be quieted, and finally ended.
She begins to pace a little quicker, letting her anger rise more and more as she thinks about the words that Rayne had said.
Cleo: Rayne I want you to bring everything that you have to the ring tomorrow night, and show me that you are more than a little bitch that doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut. Show me that you are more than an average wrestler, show me what you can really do, and prove to me that you should be even standing against a Goddess! Friday night everything will be settled between us, and we'll how long you can stand against me.
Cleo just smirks, as she looks up at the camera, moving back toward the front entrance of the building. The lights from the flashlights had disappeared from the windows, and the sound of voices could be heard. They were still in search of it.
Cleo: Roxi, you I have saved for last. You have yet to stay anything, and that makes me wonder if you really are scared to step into the ring with me once again. The last time we met I put you to the mat with a Mummification, and walked away with a small vial of your blood. I tried to help you Roxi, but you turned me away, and now you have to face my wrath. Tomorrow night you will see what it really means to be put through hell and back. I know that you have a lot on your mind right now, with Ricky being totally devastated by Seph, but I want you in your right mind in that ring this week. I don't want you to give it a half assed try... But then again... Maybe I do. You have always been weak Roxi, and now you have proved it to me. Being quiet hasn't helped you at all Roxi, and you will be the first one down, the first one to feel thy wrath to see the edge of death only to be pulled back, and forced to live knowing that you lost to me once again. If you show up at all, then it would really surprise all of us I think. If not, it just goes to prove that you will are what I always said you were... WEAK! And not worthy to even stand in the same ring as myself! I am the Golden Queen, the Golden Goddess, the Queen of Kings, and the Queen of the Nile! But most of all... I AM EGYPT! See you soon.
Cleo just laughs, as she closes her phone up, glancing up with her long hair hanging down in her face. She flicks it back, and just smiles evilly, as the sound of screams could be heard from deep within the building. Cleo just looks at the camera with a Cheshire Cat like grin, and folds her arms in front of her.
Cleo: Oh good... They found it.
Cleo just looks at the building, and smiles, as the screaming continues, as the scene fades to black.
