Ok, so it's been renabled, but on the basis that you guys use it correctly.
If you like somebodies OOC post or roleplays then give them good karma.
If somebody does soething bad in a roleplay or OOC, or is offensive, give them bad karma.
Don't just give bad karma because you don't like someone. LEt's try and do this properly this time around.

Yeah...we just decided, without talking to each other to "e-gang" Vertigo.
The truth is, at the same time we just got tired of his ****. By pure coincidence myself and RJ managed o post within minutes of each other. If you wanna make "jokes2 but then can't take any back, don't make any.
Lance, I personally don't care what you think about the situation, you alway back Vertigo no matter what and quite frankly I'm tired of it. If he's "mature" nough to run his mouth and try and diss people because he's getting laid, then he can take the backlash.
All of us have been through ****, thats why we're here. It helps us deal with all the crap we have to go through. It's an escape and quite frankly some of us need it. Seeing stupid, irritating and mindless posts is like a shot in the rings taking away from something we love.
Vertigo, you know I have nothing against you, but people made valid points last night. I'm tired of this feel sorry for me crap. People have real situations going down, look at Tret for a major example! Your 14 man, you'll come across many many girls. That doesn't mean every post has to be manic depressive, or about getting laid.

Vertigo- If you don't want somebody to rag on you then I'd suggest listening to some of the advice that is given to you. You become defensive every time somebody tries to give you any words of wisdom on these boards if it's not what you want to hear, sometimes even after you ask for the advice. When you ask for advice, then prepare to take the answers you get.
So what "you're 14" age is no excuse, you can't ask to be treated like a man and equal from everybody here then turn around and say "I'm 14" and use it as a get out of jail free card. Life doesn't work like that, if you want respect then treat others with respect and when somebody offers you a helping hand, then take it. If you want to be treated like an immature 14 year old then by all means revert back to the original Vertigo.
You've broken the rules or pushed them to their limits more times then anybody else. Yet I let them slide because you're just a kid and I figured you'd learn from it. I let you slide when you directly did something after I told you not to (you know what I'm talking about). Tell me, what boss anywhere in the world would let that slide in real life?
This is the exact same thing I told Dr. Pepper, if you're having problems with how you're being treated and you think some people's comments aren't just for jest then tell me. Don't let it boil inside until you explode.
Spike- You're a very important part of this fed, without your dedication it'd be very hard to keep this place floating. However, you're an admin Spike, that isn't a "I write matches, I vote on matches and I can do/say whatever I want" badge. The biggest part of an admin's job is keeping the peace, if somebody does something wrong let them know, if they break a rule harsh enough punish them, but don't engage in name calling and bully tactics, that doesn't look good for the fed and more importantly doesn't put you in a good light either. If something happens you have to be the mature level headed person in the argument, or whatever the situation is.
Lance Ryan- I value your opinion on everything around here. If I need an opinion or some level headed thinking I come to you because I trust you. Yet I must say you've acted the same way the people in this thread have before too. When it was you being the target of Dr. Pepper's whining you were all about the egang raping of him. You even begged me to not delete an official bash Dr. Pepper thread you had made. Vertigo points at Spike as the major reason why he's feeling ostracized around here and you're all for jumping to the defense of Vert, however when it was Dr. Pepper pointing at you and saying the same things, you had no problems with the personal attacks.
What you said in this thread should be read and taken to heart by every member of this roster, you make some great points. However, you must also look at the situation that led up to this. Vertigo wasn't the innocent white lamb here.
In closing everybody needs to cut it the hell out. The situation is over and done with. This is a game it's meant to be fun, so lets get past these stupid little arguments and get back to having fun around here.
