You sound like one of the people who would get stomped by Jay and Silent Bob for saying stuff about them on the internet.

Dante, was the jerky camera okay to sit through or did it eventually annoy you? How about writing up a short review? lol.
I'm psyched about this movie, can't wait to see it.
And I'm meh on the new batman movies... I didn't like batman begins very much. Batman and Batman Returns will be my faves. I simply fail to acknowledge the existance of the kiddified films that came after them, barring batman begins obviously.

True. But for movie purposes...Nicholson. False. I own the original Batman movie on VHS, made in like 1965. Cesar Romero is the Joker for all purposes. And Spike, Batman was awesome. But Burton's second take, Batman Returns, blows donkeys. Yes, it's better than Schumacher's two ****tastic films, but Batman Begins was right up there with the original Batman. Christian Bale is even a more believable Batman than Michael Keaton, primarily because he captures the duality of "playboy" Bruce Wayne and the darker side of Batman. I am stoked for Dark Knight. No matter what Brokeback jokes you make, Ledger is a solid actor that will rock the Joker.

Yeah, I know that Forever and Batman and Robin forever put a sour taste in our mouths, but I think Begins did a good job of removing us from that, because Bale played the Dark Knight character very well, more so then Keaton.
As for Ledger Joker, he is playing a entirely different joker, instead of the happy go lucky version that we say in the 1988 flim, He is playing the more serious, I will kill kids if I have too Joker from the comics, and despite him being in Brokeback Mountain, a flim I refused to see because I didn't want to see two of my favorite actors become hated in my eyes, But ledger has rocked in most other roles he had.
The best part about The Dark Knight?
No Katie Holmes...Thank God...She was the only down spot in Begins

Yeah, but she got replaced by a fugly, OVERRATED, actress in Maggie Gyllenhall. I've never enjoyed her.

I mean if you could sit thru Blair Witch, you can get thru this one easily, granted there is more action and a bit more gore on this one then the Blair Witch... Of course this one is missing the greatest line ever. I Kicked It in the ****ing River!!!

B-. Good, but not great. Camerawork was cool, Hud/Marlena were funny, but when it comes down to it the marketing was better than the film.

Remember the extensive campaign for the Godzilla Remake? Whenever they start those huge promotional deals it always seems the movie just didn't match up well.

Vice I got a question from you, when you watched that movie, did it seem like their were more then one Big Monster.
There were times it just seem that maybe there was more then one.

Umm, not really. The thing was WAAAAAAAAY bigger than I expected it to be. And there's some pretty dumb **** that the main guy does. And Trent, what did you think happened with the Marlena stuff? PM it to me.

I still think there was more then one big monster in the flim.
Spoilers The one you see for most of the movie is like the size of most skycrapers, and yet the one that kills Hud isn't really that tall
Plus there were times it seemed that the monster was in two places at the same time, or was really freaking fast.

I din't get a chance to write more, but yeah. Cloverfield was great. I've seen alot of movies since spring, and this is definately one of the best. I checked out all the blockbusters, but this one, I don't know. I don't want to get too detailed or anything, it was just feaking great.
