Sup guys? got a question for you all. Is it just me, or am I the only one here that really isn't into WWE anymore. I'm not really big into RAW/Smackdown! or even ECW. I can watch TNA, but usually with work I seem to always miss it. It just seems that the storylines they got going on are boring. The angles they're creating are boring. It's just not catching my attention like it was back in 97-98, or even in the old WCW days. I've always enjoyed E-wrestling, and even when I was younger I was more into this than the pros. Is it just me, or do some of you agree? lol don't hate me for this, i'm not Anti-WWE or Pro wrestling, I just think it's boring! Any comments?

THOSES AND THE MANY WARRIORS WHO CAME BEFORE US, INJECTED THE ESSEANCE OF THE WWE INTO OUR VEINS, WE GRUNTED AND SNARLED, LAUGHING THAT THE GODS HAVE ABDANDON US. I WENT TO THE GODS WHO TOLD ME TO WHIP THE ASS OF THE SLACK JAW OPEN MOUTH WORM WHO BROKE NOMAR GARCIAPARRA HOME RUN RECORD. I TAME THE BEAST THRU THE USE OF OF THE SHINING ON DVD, AND ASK HIM, WHY WARRIOR BEFORE ME. WHY HAVE THE GODS FORSAKEN US, AS i SAT ON THE TOILET OF THE WARRIOR BEFORE US, I GRUNTED AND SNARLED, UNTIL i HEARD A MIGHTY PLOP, AND LIKE THE NAMEKIANS ON EARTH, WHO WERE WIPED OUT BY THE GIANT CAN OF FULL THROTTLE THAT RUNS THRU THE VEINS OF ALL THE WARRIORS, I HEARD ANOTHER PLOP,
Translation, most of it, are a little sick of WWE, we're just tried of bitching about it, and Vince, or the wrestling industry not doing anything about it..Oh yeah, I forgot
SNARL, GRUNT, SNARL

well, due to the great creation of the internet, there is no suprise or shocking things that happen in WWE or TNA.
We are "internet-era" fans like those who can wrestle and who can entertain us. there is no "good-guy/bad-guy" era in wrestling anymore, which is exactly what WWE is trying to do. WWE is boring because you can about 90% of the time predict matches. Mr. Kennedy vs. Brian Kendrick? Yeah, sure. There is no "Big Fight" type stuff like Hogan vs. Andre.
John Cena would be ULTRA popular if this was 1992. But in this era, Cena is an overrated wrestler who is being shoved down our throats week in and week out.
TNA itself is a nice alternative to WWE, if they were ever able to really differ. The six sided ring is a start, and But the fact that they are using guys WWE used for Mid-Card as Main Eventers and guys who are famous but over the hill doesn't help them. They don't seem to be making any new stars like they were in 2004-2005, the arrival of Christian Cage was the beginning of the end of TNA's new guys, except for Samoa Joe. I see where having Cage, Angle, Sting, Booker T, and Scott Steiner in the main event helps, but How long are we going to be subjected to it?
We won't have an era like '96-'99 ever again. TNA needs to really offer something awesome for me to change my opinion. TNA could be huge one day, but it's gonna take a while, they need to get somebody HUGE or start the war with WWE with shoot promos by ex-WWE wrestlers. It would be interesting to hear Christian, Kurt Angle or Booker's REAL thoughts on WWE.

The problem with that Ricky is, wanting to here a shoot promo from thoses guy, thing is, we have already heard it in some way or another.
Angle with his weekly visits on the Bubba The Love Sponge show, and proving that he has nearly became "Warrior" Crazy.
Christian has said what he wanted to say about WWE.
VKM honestly wants to go back to WWE.
Booker, well he hasn't shred any light on the situlation but I don't really think he has too much to say, other then what we know.
My problem with TNA is just that. most of theses guy just sound like disgrunted ex wwe employees, we don't need more of that.
Plus to a extend you are right on the whole heel/face thing, except for that the IWC only makes 31 percent of the WWE fanbase, that is only 31 percent of us, Smarks, against a whopping 69 percent who don't know better.
WWE just doesn't know how to properly book things. They couldn't see the signs that Cena character was getting stale, like Hogan was getting in the early 90's, because the Superman Push is a terrible idea. Cena isn't a bad wrestler, anyone who watched early in his career know he can go, just WWE chooses to limit his moveset, to Punch, Get Beat Down, Spinout Powerbomb, 5 Knuckle Shuffle, FU, STFU. that is the typical Cena match in that order. Honestly the thing that's been needed is a Cena Heel Turn.
WWE isn't trying to cater to us, because only we don't even make a third of there fanbase, instead they try to focus on the marks. and because of that, that's why Wrestling seems so stale to us.

during the 97-99 era.....WWE had compitition. They had to make compelling storylines and big matches.....but now they dont really have anything to worry about. So they are just sort of coasting.
Plus its also our faults. We have ruined it for ourselves because of our accsess to all the secrets and backstage bull that we go and read all the time. I try to stay away from the spoilers just so when i do get a chance to watch Raw or SD or ECW or TNA, im surprised. I think if we just appreciate the product for what it is and just sort of look past all the obvious flaws then it might be fun again.

good for you! lol. When I worked at my previous job, two of my buddies there were really big into wrestling, especially one of them. When we were on the sales floor, he would either tell me to suck it, or get on the phone onto the speakers and pretend to be Edge, his favorite damn wrestler. lol got annoying. they invited me to Vengeance that went down in houston this year and turned it down. hmmm I wonder why?? lol

I haven't watched WWE properly for around two -three maybe even more years. I got into TNA around then and watche dit regligeously, through downloads, as what we get over here is like a month old.
But then TNA stopped focusing on the X-Division, they started focusing on Kurt Angle and Sting...and other people who may be good wrestlers, but are just plain BORING!
WWE was running Cena, who I honestly hate. He sucks on the mic, as in he appeals to a very specirfic demographic (i.e. Wiggers) and he can't wrestle for beans.
However, Jericho's return did inspire something in me to watch, and the man is still very entertaining...I will watch just for Jericho/Orton, it's an interesting fued and nobody can argue with: "Me. Want. Title. Match!"
