Mood: Focused.
Emma, I already know what you are going to say before you utter out those words. It's the same recycled words that has been said time and time again by every single body. You are going to call me undeserving, and how you've been in the ring against countless people who act just like I do. And, that you've beaten me before and you will do it again, because I'm a failure compared to your greatest. Yeah, we've faced each other before that resulted in you coming out as the winner. Personally, do you think any of those words are going to hurt me?
Do you think that those words are going to magically stop me from kicking your ass?
People have been talking crap about me for a lot longer than you have. If I didn't a damn what they've been saying, what makes you believe that I'm going treat you any different. Hell, I could talk about your recent recovery from rehab for your alcohol addiction, I could talk about how that face of yours looks like it had been mauled by pit bulls, or how you became "Women's World champion" in the first place. I should congratulation on ending Zelda Knite's championship reign, but you still haven't proved you could beat Zelda. She just handed you the title in hopes of grabbing the male division's World championship.
Your attempts at getting the championship has finally paid off but at the price of really pissing me off. You robbed me of becoming Women's World champion. I'm going to see to it that you don't leave that arena with MY championship.
What took you several forever at the dispense of bullying the little brat will all be over after Breaking Away this Sunday night. I have been sitting back far too long waiting for this chance to once again by on top of the wrestling pinnacle. Yes, what Kelly said is true. I made a huge impression after our last match. All that anger of what you caused fueled by destiny even harder. Some could say that I loss most of my matches because I lost my focus, because every time I would see you with your huge man-claws on what is mine – the Women's World title.
I cannot wait to rip that championship from you.
Sleep tight.
Patricia Newborne and Emma Danielson have crossed paths before, but they have never faced in singles competition. Their history can be traced all the way back to October 17's edition of nCw Collision, where Newborne and Danielson were pitted against each other in a triple threat that included a bright young star named Kris Titan. The match begun with the two smaller competitors deciding to take the much larger Emma Danielson out of the triple threat equation before they squared off to declare the winner. A simple and promising idea that ended up not working out and Emma was able to pick up the victory.
After having been defeated once before, Newborne decide found herself in another bout against nCw's muscular female but like before it won't be one-on-one. The match was the nCw Women's Showcase. The place was Portland, Oregon. The match would feature some of the top names in from both veterans and newcomers alike, and it would for the Women's World Championship. The current champion at the time, “The Pixelated Princess” Zelda Knite, would start the match-up locking up with Ayria St. James and over the course of minutes had seen a number tags until it was down to Patricia Newborne and Roxxxie. After the former porn star sent Ayria crashing to the floor, she was met with Newborne's second attempt at the Californian Kiss.
Patricia had landed the move successfully, and was about to pin her fallen opponent, when the much larger Emma Danielson decided to toss Patricia Newborne out of the match and take advantage to pin Roxxxie for herself. Zelda Knite just watched, doing nothing to stop the count. Emma would be crowned the new Women's World champion, and Patricia swore that she would get revenge. Now, exactly 28 days since Emma stole the victory from Patricia Newborne, the two will meet at nCw Breaking Away for the very title that was up for grabs on that fateful night in Portland, Oregon one more time...
Good Earth Café
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
The air in Canada continued its cold nature, as the scene opens downtown, as the sky had been shadowed by a few clouds within the area. It had dropped down to nine degrees since last night. People are shown walking the streets in coats and hats to prevent the warmness of their body heat to escape. We turn on 707 7 Avenue Southwest, where there's a coffeehouse and bakery called Good Earth Café. The young native from San Diego, California can be seen from the window sitting down having one of their Espresso con Panna's in her hand and chatting with another young woman, who appears 5'3”, light creamy skin, and has noticeable short brown hair.
“Oh, come on, luv. You must be kidding...”
“No Diamond, I swore I saw that bitch have a freakin' Adam's apple last time I face her.”
“Ya think she's a bloke?”
“That would explain the male features on her body. At this point, I don't care, he/she won't keep me down from going out there and proving to the world I am the real deal.. So did you finally decide on where in Florida you wanted to live yet? I still can't believe Diamond Halliwell would give up on modeling.”
“Mm-”
She muttered, as Diamond finishes her cup of Caffe Mocha and places it on the table.
“I know this wonderful place in Tampa that will be perfect. You should check it out Patricia.”
“British girl all grown up and yet still has a bit of kid inside her.”
“Shut up bitch.”
The two women share a laugh.
“I told Emma I was going to return and face her for the championship. I guess everyone will start to believe me now when I say something. You've known me since my modeling days. I don't back down from nobody. And I am sure not afraid of someone that believes you need to pump yourself full of steroids to be successful. Did you know it took her forever to capture that championship.”
“Maybe she finished The Little Engine That Could.”
“I don't know, but I plan outperform her this Sunday.”
Patricia lifts the cup closer and blows before taking a drink, the whipped cream surrounds her mouth and leaves behind it's trace that suddenly Newborne wraps clean with a paper napkin.
“You still gonna use that plan for Thanksgiving?”
“What, go eat out around here and then start my works? Of course, but after I call mother and Dennis before they start harassing my cell phone like last year. They still can't fabricate I am professional wrestler. Hell, they still believe me for allowing Roxana to marry Eric, I didn't have a damn thing to do with it. Remember me calling you after that happened? I got left at the altar for my slutty ass step-sister. It still pisses me off.”
The vixen's eyes stares into space thinking about that moment until Diamond breaks the spell over her as she stands up.
“Well luv, I think I'm going to the strip you want to come with?”
“I'm just going to finish this before heading to the gym for some warm ups.”
“You sure? Okay, we still on for tomorrow morning?”
“Won't miss it.”
Patricia puts down her drink and gets up. The two women hug and Diamond gives one last smile as she starts heading out in the winter weather. Meanwhile, Patricia is left waving to her best friend before sitting back down. Her lips begin to sip the espresso as the scene ends.
