I am Trent Helms, well of course you could tell that by the account name, as you know, I control Trent and Mercedes, and some of you also know, I am also Dante Cross and Bukkake Man.
Anyways, The staff was informed, that I was going to the hospital, I had been coughing up blood and having huge headaches for awhile now, and last night, it all swelled up. I really didn't tell them much, just that I was going to the hospital.
Anyways, I spent all night there and got a MRI done, or whatever it is.
some of you knew I had lung cancer, which wasn't terminal, well it seems that it became active again, which would be the reason for hard time breathing and the coughing up blood.
I also learnt that I have a tumor as well, which isn't really that bad, but I have lung cancer, and they are giving me a life expectatance of about 2 years now, they wanted me to under go chemo, something I refused to do when I got cancer the first time around when I was 17, I agreed, but asked for it to be delayed, so that I could spent perhaps the next few months, still being apart of this family, I already told Adam this, and decided to address it to the entire roster.
It would explain the ending to the whole Ortega/Trent match as well, since I try to base that character closely off me as possible, and felt that was the way it needed to go, Adam agreed to it.
I'm still going to be around for 3 months, after that, I can't promise anything what so ever, because i'll be spending alot of time in the hospital following that time, I'll keep you all updated.

Dude...I don't know what to say, but it sure as hell puts my problems in perspective...
I hope to still see you around, I'm always on AIM as you know...and let's not be all doom and gloom, you may live longer than you think, especially if its still relatively early...good luck dude, you are in my prayers...

 Wow. Dude that sucks. You know when I first started playing this game when I was like fourteen or fifteen I thought that it was all about winning the world championships and claiming that you were the best. But thats not the case at all. This game is all about people who come together with a general love of wrestling and being creative. But most of all its making friends with people that you would never meet had you never started e-fedding. And Trent....dude.....you are one of those friends. I wish you the best dude...and cant wait to see you come back full force.

I'm not one for prayers, or any of that. I have made a lot of friends on here. Helms, you are one of them. You are one of my good friends, outside this whole efed thing. I believe we can talk about a lot of things, and not just ''could you believe he wants a title match''
I'll always be here for you man. Anytime you want to talk about anything, but..I don't believe it. You are Trent Helms..a fighter. I believe you will walk this earth well over the expected two years. I believe you will be with us for a very long time.

I thank all of you guys for the support and I'm not going to give up fighting. Hopefully I can overcome it for a second time.
Adam remembers when i original got it in 2002, I was given 3 years, which meant I should of been dead 3 years ago, I'm sure i can find a way to overcome it, I hope.

Dude you can kick Cancer's ass. I've had my share of medical scares in the past, and I've overcome them. I aint had cancer, but my mom's friend has had Ovarian Cancer for like two years, they gave her two months. So you can kick it's ass, doctors always try to guess **** based on what they've seen before.
We're all pullin for ya.

I haven't told anyone, but i prayed last night for the first time in a very very long time that you'd be ok. You and me have collided once or twice around these boards, it means **** amigo, because we keep this mothertrucker running. We work hard to keep these people pleased, help Adam with anything he needs, and roleplay our asses off. It's all been said, and by people who deserve to say it more than me. I hardly know you really but that doesn't matter.
Just remember man, the mind is a lot more powerful than people think. You let something beat you there, it will beat you. If you believe, and I mean truly *** damn believe you'll make it through and you will, look at Spike with the Heart Op.
So yeah, don't give up hope, don't let it beat you, and remember that all of our prayers are with you.

such an evil vile thing cancer is and it angers me that we can spend billions on a war for oil but not spend that money on finding a cure for cancer.

I haven't been here that long, or really gotten to know anybody. But my mom had cancer, kidney cancer, I know how scary it can be for the family. But she won out, and so can you, like everyone said, you just gotta believe it.
