I tell you, looking down or flushing the toilet never hurt so much.
Yes, there's something wrong with my back, or more specific kinda where your arm, back and neck meet. At first I thought it was just a trapped nerve as a result of sleeping funny, but beginning to get increasingly worse, so much so that I left college early yesterday and haven't gone in today.
I'm going to see the doctor later on today and hope that he has some magical healing ability to make this go away, it hurts, downright motherf*ucking painful. I phoned the doctors 1 minute after they opened and the best appointment they can give me is 5pm!?!?!? F*ckers...
Anyway....oww...and, let's hope this doesn't effect my roleplaying and the like.

Nearly the same thing happened to me when i was helping my brother push his car about two months ago.
I spent about three days just lying down

Doctors are useless with back pain. Unless there's numbness or paralysis they couldn't give a flying ****. Seriously they'll say "take some painkillers and lie down until the pain ****s off"
Of course I'm paraphrasing... they probably won't bother telling you to take painkillers. I look forward to seeing how accurate my doctor diagnosis is.

I've screwed up my Trapezius muscle...
(• Trapezius
This is a large triangular shaped muscle that runs from the centre of your back up to the neck, running across your shoulder blade.)
The doctor is completley baffled as to how this happened, or why and yes...he said it should fix itself sooner or later...but because he knows it's so painful he (as Sam rightly said) gave me painkillers. Co-Drydamol (sp?) oh well.......so much for being Drug Free.
On an even more serious note... I go to the hospital on Friday, finally the first step in my major heart operation is taking place, I'll be going in to talk to the surgeons and hopefully setting a date for when my operation (Pulmonary Valve Replacement) will be taking place.
Thank f*ck I'm not a pessimistic guy, because it depresses the f*ck out of me enough as it is...
Oh well. Least I can type.
