Does anyone know what happened at Summer Slam? My internet was down at my house and I am at work and they have that stuff blocked out. If someone could supply me with this info I would greatly appreciate it.

it wasnt that bad. it was just what you would expect for a huge return, triple h had more spots to work in for cheers so for a while it seemed onesided. but i never got the impression that booker was being squashed

I clocked it, about two minutes of offence for Booker in a 7 minute match, out of nowhere, the pedigree, end....ridiculous

Ending a title match with a DQ on the second-most important PPV of the year... just to keep strong, a guy who's over 7 feet tall? This is why I don't watch anymore.

There's a lot of reasons I don't watch anymore. I still try and catch up on what's been going on some and I do see some things as enjoyable. But for every angle I hear/read about that looks interesting there are atleast 3 or 4 that sound stupid.

I've been a WWE fan since I was a little kid, and I'm talking like 3 or 4. I "grew out of it" around the age of 12, and then got back into it when i was about 15/16 thanks to effedding. I've been effeding since 96, and watching wrestling on and off since. Being in the UK, we don't exaclt yhave the best way to watch wrestling we get WWE, and if we get anything else it's barely advertise.
So it got to a point where I got fed up, of WWE repeating storylines, spending 30mins of a two hour show watching women attempt to wrestle, jeez, if I wanted to watch porn, I'd watch porn!
Luckily for me...I stumbled across TNA, god I was free, I could actually watch wrestling! BUT, then that started to piss me off, Kurt Angle this, Kurt Angle that, fúck Kurt Angle. So I just lost interest, the only match I was really looking forward to at Summerslam was Punk vs Morrison/Nitro, and of course I'd heard on the grapevine that Cena was to lose to Orton, as he's off to make another movie. Orton is a wrestler I actually like, and my hatred for cena is no secret.....boy was I fúcking dissapointed.
Overall, Summerslam was an ok ppv, WWE still have a lot of work to do...but I think they're slowly getting there. Get rid of Umaga and Khali, and I'll watch regularly again.

Minus the occasional TNA and the opening of ECW(to see if they'd do it right... answer=no) I haven't watched in 2 or 3 years. It was back when Triple H was champion, I told myself and a friend of mine if Triple H won this match I was never watching wrestling again..... of course Triple H squashed whoever he was against and I haven't really watched since.

I very rarely watch any wrestling show. To be honest i'm not a big fan of wrestling on a whole now. Makes me wonder why I enjoy efedding lol. Guess it's the writing challenge and interaction.
