So apparently he's leaving. July 17th is his last night in the WWE and its a title match. Boo hoo for us. But here's something to think about. He's been posting stuff on his twitter like this... "I knew I was gone at the beginning of the year. I just woke up one day and I knew. That's the way I work a lot of the time." and... "I think it's creepy too, but it's really helpful. I knew I'd be history by July. Come say goodbye on July 17th." and finally... "Come say goodbye on July 17th. I promise to go out with a bang. Trust me. XxX" But then read this LiveJournal post from his supposed last date with RoH when he had a title match against Austin Aries. cmpunk.livejournal.com/15096.htmlSo either he's working the internet which is very possible or they're rehashing his Summer of Punk angle from Ring of Honor. It's an interesting angle just don't get all assy if you think Punk's leaving is a sure thing.

That's almost word for word. I kind of suspected it was an angle when it was announced on TV. He's a bad guy, he's supposed to lie to us. Also, Cena needs to heal from injuries so he can fight the Rock next year, who better to beat him than CM Punk? Or Punk could be working the hardcore internet fans by re-doing the start of the angle so we think he's not leaving but he actually is. That is totally something I would do.
