I lost my job today. I don't know where I'm going to find another one. I don't know how I'm going to pay my rent this month, to keep from getting evicted. My life has officially gone to ****.
I'm gonna try to hammer something out, at least one RP, for this week, as I'm already booked. But I'll need the next week off... at least. Trying to find a new job, and a new place to live.

Well, it's obvious that since I'm the new guy, nobody gives a **** about me... nothing on my feedback threads, and nobody replies to this message about my life coming apart. But here's an update whether you like it or not. I go to the unemployment office on Monday via mass transit... until then, I just wait. And that's the hardest part.

Well, it's obvious that since I'm the new guy, nobody gives a s*** about me... nothing on my feedback threads, and nobody replies to this message about my life coming apart. But here's an update whether you like it or not. I go to the unemployment office on Monday via mass transit... until then, I just wait. And that's the hardest part. Hey man, don't let this get you down. If you need to talk somebody's ear off my messenger names are listed in my profile, and I'm always on all 4 of them. Just let me know if there's anyting I can do. Also the reason I haven't replied to your feedback threads because it's pretty clear what I think of your talents. You did win the Xtreme title in your debut match. You're quite honestly one of the best RPers I've seen. Again I hope everything works out for you.

I'm newer than you are and have a different outlook on NCW but apparently I've got it all wrong. I thought the NCW staff and locker room have been warm, responsive to my questions and otherwise just really nice in general. Guess I've been dreaming. I'm going through rough times like you right now with employment and my living situations. The only thing to do is keep your head up and ride it out. S*** happens dude. It happens everyday. I feel for you and sympathize but the last thing you should do is come on here and insult people by trying to get some sort of pity out of them. Don't take that offensively, take it as advice. Stay strong dude. Your situation will turn around eventually. -Ghost-

I gave a speech at my graduation last December...and in my speech I talked about how I went through tough times the entire year. I told them of a quote that I live by daily by Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Joe Morgan....he said this calling a game on ESPN. "Tough times go away, but tough people don't." Eventually you'll be back on track, somehow someway even when you think there is no way possibly. You'll always stay strong and stay committed and that's a guarantee things will work out for you. An efed should be the least of your worries...my goal has been pretty straight forward from my return to the nCw..and that's to have as much fun as possible. And if you feel efeds should be personal and everybody should adhere to your needs...then you probably shouldn't be rping. That's just my opinion though...but ranting on a forum or whatever isn't the way out. Send messages to staff members and voice your concern instead of making them public is the best thing to do. Good luck and take care. Shaun

Well, here's my little update, Spike Kane be damned.
First off, I do want to thank everyone for their support.
Second off, I just came back from the offices... so there's nothing to do but wait, now tha tmy application is out there. Just pounding the pavement locally, waiting for the 5-7 days it'll take for food stamps to start coming in, and the 14-21 days before unemployment starts rolling in. The waiting, I think, is the hardest part. Thank God, my mother is willing to pay my rent for a couple of months while I try to get back on my feet... but she's postponing a back surgery for that, and I feel like **** about it. Nothing I can do, however... I can only do a few hours worth of work a week putting in applications and the like, and after that... it's just the waiting.
A little more on why I asked for this week off. First off, I didn't know, when I put the request in, that it would have been a PPV week. I tried to write an excuse into the last RP I wrote... being a writer by trade, I'm as concerned with IC fitting as OOC demands, not leaving plot holes, etc. I probably could force myself to do one RP this week... but then I realized that this is a PPV. It'd be better to sit this out, get my **** together personally, and save up for a grand RP, than to hammer out a ****ty RP for such an important event. Again, I apologize.
So, I'm waiting for the paperwork, I'm waiting for the government to get back to me, and I'm waiting on the applications to be read... the ****ing waiting, that's what gets me.
Maybe this is the type of stuff I should put on my blog.
Thanks, again, for your continued support. I'd list you guys, but there are too many to mention, so I'll just say everyone except Spike.

This kinda stuff is fine DP, I have no problem, it's ranting and stuff I have a problem with.
But on a plus side, I know you'll sort stuff out soon enough, I've been through the unemployment/bills to pay route before and it's not nice, aswell as extremely depressing. At first I was annoyed you had the ppv off, but personal shít ALWAYS comes first, and as long as you return to us safe and sound, there's no bad anywhere.
Glad your keeping yourself together dude.
