Good work with the PPV as always, they never disappoint and are always fun to read. Lots of good matches packed all over the place and as always I appreciate the hard work by everybody that went into it to make it happen.
I look forward to this anniversary show this week and a nice rest!

I just finished reading the whole f'n show. Time now for my review on the night that was in Boston.
WIRED:
This is the first time I've seen a pay-per-view with more than three matches on the pre-show, at least since I joined nCw.
Well, anyway, I thought I did pretty well with my predictions, getting four out of five right. I thought the six matches were pretty good in my estimation,. Now, did I expect Mercy V to win her match against Trish Newborn? Out of character, the match could have gone either way. In character: that's Vargas 2, Newborn 0. Who's laughing now? Hahaha! Oh, that would be me!
PICTURE PERFECT:
Alrighty then, it's showtime.
Taking a look back at the undercard, I really enjoyed both Grudge Matches between Kanyon vs. Everyman and Wolfe vs. Williams, with the surprise interference from Lex, on Wolfe's behalf. The Guns prevails yet again over Flashbang, and you can bet T-Will, Theodore, Theo...whatever he calls himself now can't be too happy after this. Both matches was well RP'd for by their respective handlers, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.
The Hardcore match involving Nathan Webb and Phreak had only one rule: there were no rules. It was pretty barbaric in every sense of the word, and left to their own devices, these two put each other though hell. Definitely a match not for the weak-minded, I'll tell you that. The EMTs arriving on the scene was a nice touch and shows just how physical this match really was. All is right in the world, at least for Nathan Webb who gets sweet redemption over Phreak for costing him contendership for the X Title.
Now moving on to the main event and championship matches:
What a year it has been for Xander Famularo. He won the Colisieum match, and although he lost to then-World Champion Rob Diamond at ANTR, Famularo made up for that loss here with the first of three Upsets of the Night. Robert Verona's reign as X Champion is over, and I don't think he's going to forget this loss anytime soon. In the end, Flashbang gets even with the Guns. I wonder what their reaction will be after seeing this?
Angel returns to the ring and takes on a member of the Young Guns in Lex Sense, who already made his presence known earlier in the night. In this see-saw battle and the second Upset of the Night, Sense defeated Angel in his own playground, the Death Cage, and lived to tell about it. The Guns are now rolling with two consecutive victories. Now, can the group get their hands on the National Championship? We'll find out later on. As for the NCW General Manager? This can't be how he expected his night to end.
In the lone Starlets match of the night, Mandi Matthews and Shely Taylor-Jones gave BWA a fight, but in the end, Shelly suffers her second consecutive loss after going undefeated in her first five matches, and Mandi's efforts in standing up for the roster ends in a heartbreaking defeat. Once again Rayne and Ayla St. James celebrate another victory, but the Tag Team Champions decide to, wait for it...RAIN ON THEIR PARADE! It was definitely a "No, We're Not Gonna Take It" moment for Kathleen Conway and Mercedes Vargas.
An interesting match between Kristoff Liam Bates and The Bob Pooler, and with the Honor Championship on the line, they put on a great battle. KLB retains his championship, but it sure as hell wasn't an easy task. Clearly, I saw no loser, and I hope to see Bates and Pooler continue this feud, or has it sadly come to an end, much like their brief tag team?
So, we meet again... *cue Ecstasy of Gold*
Alex Jones. Andrew Jacobsen. They share the same initials, and they both are the field generals for their respective stables. Now, they go ito battle yet again, and the National Championship is at stake with NCW's signature matches, Assault X, as the battleground. It had everything you could ask for in a spectacle such as this: Action! Drama! Near death-defying stunts! And when the dust settled, there was only one man left standing with his prize. Alex Jones retains his championship as Flashbang gets their second win of the pay-per-view, but I have a feeling that this is far from over. I think this match ears a Match of the Night.
With Spike Kane winning earlier tonight, can Brad do the same against Adam Knite in the Boston Massacre match? It certanly was a tall order, and Knite faced a very game opponent in Brad Kane. A physical battle like that takes years off of your career, and these men tested each other from the opening bell. Adam pulling off the "Game Over" in tribute to Zelda was a nice touch, and that AMG Driver from Brad to Adam must have hurt like hell. All in all, Adam wins, but to be honest, I saw no loser in this one, and you've got to love how the ending played out with Kelly Knite getting involved, a heartwarming moment in a match that earns, Match of the Night honours.
I decided to do the Three Stages of Hell match as a one-shot kind of deal, so here we go. Perhaps the first thing I can take away from the match was how Steve Awesome did the unthinkable in the third and deciding fall. He beat the World Champion when it mattered most and turned NCW on its head. This is the third Upset of the Night, and rightfully so. A friendship is put to the test, and one man's year long quest is finally over. The Three Stages of Hell match lived up to its name, and Diamond and Awesome damn near killed each other. This match ranks right up there with some of the best matches NCW has had in its four year history
Overall, Picture Perfect was another astounding success, and this may be the best one yet in the chronology of the series. Another great week of RPing all around, and I don't think this masterpiece would have been possible without the willings contributions to your PBS station from Viewers Like You.
Thank You.
Let's try that again.
Adam, you, sir have outdone yourself, and to everyone who had a hand in putting this shinding of a show togther, your efforts are very much appreciated.
Oh, and Feliz cumpleaños, NCW!

I enjoyed the whole pay-per-view from start to finish. I felt everyone did an amazing job to put together another great pay-per-view in the nCw history books! Congratulations to everyone who wrote matches and those who put out great rps. And thank you Adam for making this pay-per-view truly Picture Perfect!
