The scene opens with a complete shot of the clear sky. There isn’t a cloud in sight, as the camera pans down, across the sleek spruce trees and eventually to the jagged rock cliffs. All is serene, as we listen to the sound of peaceful running water; the sound of it splashing upon itself. Suddenly, as a rapid waterfall comes into sight, showing signs of erosion, as we view the rock face that has been dimmed slightly by the water.
The water is purely glinted by the bright sun, reflecting back into your eyes. In the sky we see large bird glide into the shot, and then quickly out. All is at peace within this place that could easily embody nature, the camera continues to pan across the rocky scenery, eventually hesitating as the figure of man appears.
The figure of JackHammer. Even with the sun continuing to blaze down, he stands fearlessly, gazing into the sky. Dressed kind of incompatibly; he’s attired in a long-sleeved black denim shirt with matching jeans. Without any noticeable signs of expression, we can only guess what rushes through his mind. The camera finally closes in, and we hear him unemotionally mutter something.
JackHammer: It’s peaceful here.
He squints slightly, as if having suddenly come to life; he blinks again and looks at the camera.
JackHammer: And coming here now, after having been away from the NCW for a week, I was rusty. And well, it’s taught me something.
JackHammer points his head down, as if ashamed of what he has to say.
JackHammer: People might ask me, why JackHammer? Why do you go out there week after week and wrestle, when you could easily kick back and spend the rest of your life living in paradise?
Looking back up at the camera, there is a flare in his eyes, which changes our minds of his tone.
JackHammer: Well it’s simple. I’m far from done here in the NCW, and I’ve still got a long path to trudge down until I get anywhere near what I feel I’m capable of doing. So, for those who wanted otherwise, I’m not going anywhere apart from up the NCW ladder. You can bet on that.
JackHammer turns away from the camera, looking back up and admiring the cliffs, across the chasm where water flows. After this short pause, he moves on.
JackHammer: This Sunday, it’s gonna be me facing off against Bob Grenier, Jason Evans,Jimmy Novak,Freakke and Disdonn in a showcase match for the number one contendership for the NCW Honor title. I will walk into that match and kick everyone's a*s in their and then walk out of that match as the winner and the new number one contender to the NCW Honor title.
He flashes a smirk, and then looks away from the camera in an arrogant manner.
JackHammer: So, we’ve got Jason Evans. Hey, remember that time you beat me? Yeah, you sure you do, don’t ya Evans? And you also remember how I kicked your a*s too in matches. So don't get too cocky there now Jason Evans, cause if you do I won't hesiate to kick that smirk off your face.
Bob Grenier I heard you talking about me and how you're gonna win this match and also end my career. What the fu*k you think you're talking about you crack smoking dope fiend. If you think you can even come close to attemping to end my career, you got another thing comming there son. You are not big enough nor man enough to do it. The last person who was your size you said that ended up getting an Earth Shatter off the top of a Hell in a Cell and having his career ended instead. Think you best better wake up from your little wet dream there Bob before you get hurt.
Now looking back at the camera, JackHammer appears to be satisfied as he goes on, now in a more serious tone.
JackHammer: And of course, how could I forget the wack job in Freakke. You couldn't cut it as a rodeo clown so you instead decide to become a wreslter. After I'm done with you Sunday, maybe you can apply for the circus.
Looking sternly into the camera, he appears to ease off somewhat, as he shrugs his shoulders and continues in a lighter tone.
JackHammer: Now, I respect you guys in this match a little. But like I said, I’m not going easy. You can mentally stick me in the same league as these kids, but trust me when I say that’ll be your own downfall.
I have been itching for a good old fashion match like this and will be ready for it when the bell rings on Sunday. And after the smoke has cleared, the ref will be raising the hand of the Chi-Town Terror as the new number one contender to the NCW Honor championship. Everyone else will be just another victim.
The camera pans round to the front of JackHammer, getting a head on shot as he glares balefully into the camera. We see his face start to glow red, as his body tenses up and a few spots of sweat shine as they slip down his heated face. It was like returning to reality. The Chi-Town Terror is ready!
The scene ends. Fade to black.........................
