What are you Thankful for?
“The Sexy One” Jason Evans was sitting on the edge of his bed in his hotel room. He is shirtless and he flexes his pecs.
Jason Evans:
This is the time of the year to be thankful. There is always a question that is being asked. What are you thankful for? Have you ever thought about that question? Have you even answered that question? Well I took the time out of my busy schedule to think about that question.
“The Sexy One” Jason Evans stands up. He walks over to the table. He pulls a chair away from the table and sits down.
Health and being Alive.
Being able to get up in the mornings is a blessing. Having this magnificent body of mine is also a blessing. Having good health is essential in Professional Wrestling. We all have injuries at some point in our careers. So when we do get hurt, we can bounce back. Unfortunately there have been some wrestlers that have lost their lives.
Friends:
Made some awesome friends here in the United States and around the world. Some we may not see eye to eye on things. For example Jack Hammer gets pinned by Dragon de Valor of The Internationals. JackHammer your size was once a factor but after last week Collision I think you have nothing.
Thankful for being in the Showcase Match:
We all know the saying “The bigger they are the harder they fall.” To me that saying fits the opponents in this Showcase match. There are some strong opponents. You have six wrestler's all shooting for one thing and that is to win and become the number 1 contender for the Honor Championship. Only one wrestler will win this match and the other five will have suffered bigger lost. I am sure that everyone will say that they will be the winner of the match. All I can say is May the best man win. Because who ever wins will be the best.
“The Sexy One” Jason Evans is now standing at a mirror. He is admiring himself. He continues to speak with his back towards the camera.
Whoever wins the Honor Championship match at Break Away all I can say is this Keep an eye on “The Sexy One” Jason Evans. I don't care whether it is Joe Everyman or Ander Carvetti who is the Honor Champion after Break Away. My goal is to be the number 1 contender for the Honor Championship. I plan on working hard to achieve that goal.
Bob Grenier, JackHammer, Jimmy Novak, Freakke, and Disdonn there is only one advice that I can give to each one of you. As we enjoy this Thanksgiving enjoy your time that you spend with your family. Enjoy the great food whether it is sitting down with the family at the table and having a great big dinner or whether it is having a frozen dinner. Cause the Sunday after Thanksgiving it is all business. To be the best you must want it badly and be really to work hard. How bad do you want to be the number 1 contender to the Honor Champion. How bad do you want a shot at a title? I know the answers to these questions and each one of you will find out during the match what my answer was.
“The Sexy One” Jason Evans cell phone begins to ring. He looks at the number and decides to answer it by placing it on speaker phone.
Jason Evans:
Hey mom.
Jason's Mom:
Will you and Sasha be home for Thanksgiving?
“The Sexy One” Jason Evans loves his parents to death. He does talk to his parents on a weekly bases. But there are some things that you don't tell your parents. Some might think that I am not telling the truth by not letting my parents know what happened to Sasha.
Jason Evans:
I have a big match to prepare for on Sunday. Sasha, well I am not for sure what she will be doing for Thanksgiving.
Jason's Mom:
Is there a problem? You are always putting your career in front of family. You know that is not the way we raised you. It's God first, then your family is second and then your career.
Here we go again. My dad is the one who taught me good work habits and I appreciate it. Not only good work habit but also good workouts in the gym.
Jason Evans:
Yes mom I remember what you taught us. I still believe it. It's just this is an important match coming up at Break Away.
Jason's Mom interrupts him. Which he hates being interrupted but it is his mom so what are you going to say.
Jason's Mom:
Well you make sure that you are home for Christmas. You did not even come home for a vacation this year. I have to get off the phone. You come home when you can. I love you and miss you.
Jason Evans looks at the camera. The cameraman is smiling. So in a soft voice
Jason Evans:
Love you too and miss you. I see what I can do about coming home for Christmas.
Before Jason could hit the end button you hear his mom blowing some kisses to him. The cameraman begins to laugh as Jason hits the end button.
Jason Evans:
What are you laughing about?
Cameraman:
Does your parents watch nCw?
Jason Evans:
My parents does not like Professional Wrestling. They wanted me to be a Police Officer.
Cameraman:
Which you were at one point.
Jason Evans:
Yes I was before becoming a Professional Wrestler. It broke my dad's heart cause I changed careers. Which I believe was the smartest thing that I did.
With that statement the scene begins to fade out as "The Sexy One" Jason Evans flexes his right bicep.
