{Opening up inside of the training facility where we can usually see Seth Evans, we aren't disappointed... as we see him sitting on the bench just outside of the ring, and a television stand in front of him with a 51" Plasma HDTV on top of the stand, and a long extension cord to plug it in. It's revealed that he's playing! Drum roll, please. SKYRIM! We hear the roar of a dragon coming from the game, and Seth Evans is tilting his controller as his character on the game charges at the dragon and uses a powerful strike to stun it.}
Seth:
"Yeah! Yeah! Eat it! EAT IT!"
{Getting excited over the game, Seth stands up due to the duel that he's having with the dragon. When... suddenly... Alex Jones comes up, and takes the remote control, and turns it off.}
Alex:
"Back to training."
Seth:
"But! But!"
{Before Seth can just pause the game, even without being able to see what's happening on the screen, Alex Jones leans over and turns off the Xbox 360.}
Alex:
"You're getting in the ring with Doc this week... you've got a huge task ahead of you."
Seth:
"I... I..."
Alex:
"I know, you can't believe that you're getting in the ring with Doc. Of all people."
Seth:
"I DIDN'T SAVE!"
{Alex Jones lifts his hand to his head, and shakes his head as Seth Evans is just staring at the screen in disbelief. While still in disbelief over this, Kiela approaches him and pats him on the shoulder.}
Kiela:
"Focus, Seth. You wanna capture the World Championship... someday... this is what you have to go through."
{Seth lifts his head and sets his controller down, calmly. He nods his head to her and slides into the ring and Alex Jones looks astonished.}
Alex:
"How... how the! He listens to you, but not his trainer."
{Kiela just shrugs her shoulders as Alex Jones turns to focus on Seth Evans' training and the scene fades to black.}

Today, we give thanks...
Today, I would like to give thanks to my entire family. For supporting me from the very first day that I stepped into the ring.
I would like to give thanks to the friends... From the ones that I grew up with, and knew every single day of my life --- to the ones who introduced me to the world of professional wrestling, and helped me get to this position that I'm in. Your sister. I know, I know. I've brought her up already, and I know you aren't impressed that I can call you by your first name because that's how I know you.
Personally, I prefer to go by the first name... it allows me to knock myself back into reality. It allows me to remember that you are just a man! Like me. A living legend, an icon, a lionheart, if you will. But a man. I don't call you by your first name to impress anyone, I don't even call you by your first name to try and let the people know how close you are. I call you by your first name to live in reality.
I consider you a mentor, I consider you a friend. I have named you as one of the greatest wrestlers to step into the ring, and... truth be told... I model my style after you. It's a dream to be in the ring with you. In fact, that's just one more thing that I'm thankful for. The opportunity to step into the ring with you, and prove that I can be, that I am, the future of this industry. That I am the next.
Doc.
Back to giving thanks.
I would like to give thanks for the woman at my side. Kiela. Without her, I wouldn't be where I am... I wouldn't be in the position where I am. I would have given up fighting a long time ago and allowed my career in professional wrestling to fade into an abyss. Because it was nothing that anyone would remember. With her, I came back and I did plenty that would make people remember me.
The last thing that I'm thankful for...
My career. I'm thankful for being given, not a second chance, but a third chance. A third chance to step into the ring. A third opportunity to step inside of the ring. And to go after the biggest prize in professional wrestling, today! The nCw World Heavyweight Championship. A third chance to earn my spot in the nCw Hall of Fame. A third chance to prove to the world that I am the best at what I do.
Am I the next Adam Knite? Am I the next Charlie Velez? Much more than that, am I the next Chris Docherty? My answer. None of the above. I respect what people like Adam Knite have done in the company, what Charlie Velez has done time and time again, proving himself to be one of the greatest. From the bottom to the top, and earning every step of the way. Or even being like you, Doc, where I never... quite... get the biggest prize in the game, but people know that I should.
I'm going to be better.
There's nothing that I can take away from them, but this is about evolution...
We get better with age.
You don't like my words, Chris? Fine with me. But don't ignore the facts! You're trying to say that I'm not trying to pick myself up from my devastating loss one week prior to Road To The Gold. When I made it all the way to the finals just to lose to Xander Famularo... I went on the next week to face Gjenrei for the vacant X Championship, and I failed. Again. But don't you see what's happening?
I'm still f*cking standing!
I know that you got hit pretty hard on the head, the penis helmet speaks for itself, but I went on to defeat Ricky Johnson! No matter what you say about him, he won every single title up to the National Championship. He was close... inches... away from winning the World Championship. He could truly be named one of the top contenders for the World title, and is the number one contender for the National Championship. Hot off his win against Jimmy Zane, another man that I have the utmost amount of respect for, I defeated him. I went on the next week to team with Jason Evans... you heard me right, Jason Evans. To defeat Joe Everyman and the new Honor Champion, Ander Carvetti.
Because my match with Roberto Verona last week was removed due to my failure to show, because of the sheriff! I'm suddenly told that I need to pick myself back up because I haven't done it...
What in the world are you paying attention to?
It doesn't matter. I know the truth of the matter, and you fail to accept it... you would rather sound like a veteran and tell me what I need to to fix myself. To fix my career. Why do you think I'm getting annoyed with the veterans as of late?
This is my career, Doc. Do not tell me what I should do. Let me live it... let me handle it...
My way.
