I read Ace's and Angel's post on how they all got started in E-fedding, so maybe we could write a little about it, how our first characters went and how out first month or so went. We had the "How we got to nCw" post before, but I think people will like this alot better. Please, no spamming.
*Ahem*
I got started in April of 2006. My brother had found this place called the Xtreme Hardcore Federation, and because I loved writing and was starting to really like wrestling again, I joined up, just to try it out. I was really shy when I first got there, and didn't rp very much. My first original character, as you see him now, was Joe Everyman. He has always used the Charlie Haas pic for his base, just because I like of Haas as very average on the physique and attire. The name just kind of came to me. I was playing WWE: Day of Reckoning and was making a character, and thought of the name, and decided to make just a normal guy. Normal clothes, normal move set, normal everything. And then I decided to move him to the E-fed curcuit because I liked the gimmick and the name. But, onto my first month. I started off facing a few not too know guys of the XHF...um...Chris McGinnius (Sp) and Mike Black I think they were. I had an ok match...got my ass kicked, but it was my first match ever. I went a few weeks, and got put into a match aganist this guy named Deathtrain. He had been XHF European Champion for almost 7 months at the time...I was screwed! I got help from this guy, Johnny Vendetta. Heavy thug John Cena rip off, but he did it damn well. And we beat Deathtrain's lackies, and that was my first ever win, so I started my first month of E-fedding 1-2, which wasn't too bad if you know my overall so far. My win-loss is like .500 or less
So yeah...Ace, move your post over or something so we can get this going. Have fun.

I'm not sure when I started, I know it was 1999. My first character like I said was The Reaper, he sucked, he never had a match, and I eventually dropped him for Angel. Angel was supposed to be the exact opposite of Reaper. I used to write my rps holding a bible, and randomly putting in bible quotes. Needless to say people hated me. I won my first two matches, not sure against who, and even won the Cruiser title in my first month, though I lost it like two weeks later. Over all my first month was decent, my first loss was in month two. I did suck for quite a while, as I said bible quotes. However, Adam knows this, PWW only ever stays open for four months or so at a time, usually in the summer. After it died I joined a few others, and slowly developed Angel into what he is today. I've had two other succesful characters, Maniac, and Jon Breaker. Maniac was like HHH on drugs. His entire character was meant to piss you off, and it worked. Nobody liked that character, in and ooc. Breaker was like Cena before he was Cena. I made him be black, cause PWW never had a black character. He rapped instead of talked, before Cen started it. I only lost with him once to a guy named Plague.

Too bad Breaker had to have his record tarnished by a loss to Plague.... it's hard to recover from that.

www.freewebs.com/spikekane/efedhistory.htm^ IC info about my efed past etc (it's not complete, lol not by a long shot) It was a group ofguys at school for me. One or two o them had started wrestling training, and we always used to wrestle during break times. Then during our IT lessons one of the guys made an efed WDW. I joined like a total nOOb with the name of bonesmasher.....god it was terrible. See, i was playing FF7 at the time, so my guy was basicly Cloud but with metal hair.....his finisher was a spear, using his head..to impale the other guy! Oh...sad times. Right after that when I left WDW and my friend Ben made WDWF a blatant rip-off I "created" Spike. The name came easily, it was and still is my nickname. Kane being my last name of course, but the last name didnt come for several years. Through my 12 year efed career, I've been...Bonesmasher....Spike....Jericho (which spawned the infamous "Break the walls doooooon!" [say it in a scottish accent, it works]) ...Razor Wolf (which i turned into one of Spike's alternate personas) and Tyler Jacobs, Tyler's story is different. He started out as Donnie Darko (original huh?) in the UBAWF. Eventally he changed names, ecame the owners stooge and had a fair few battles with people like The Ace. This was due to UBAWf trying to kill off Spike. I think the only credible thing hedid was beat Dark Prophet for the Hardcore title there...but I digress. UBAWF closed, and I found the infamous XHF. With the fed closed, i banded the roster together and we stormed XHF as a big faction. It didn't work, but a few of us survived. Spike would join XHF later and team with Cosmo, only for me to leave effeding for a whole year, before coming back and kicking ass all over the XHF, however The Ace handed me my first XHF defeat (trivia knowledge for you all )

Well I started fedding back in the summer of 03'. I was just surfing the net and came up on a fed called the UWA. I checked it out and was intrigued by the whole role-playing wrestling. So I joined. Using the same character I've always used......in Shaun Wilson. I won my debut match, simply because it was a no-show. But from there on I went on a tear of UWA going completely undefeated and winning the US title. The fed closed down for a brief moment and again I claimed the US title all while still going undefeated.
I lost the belt in a fatal four way match to Mongoose. And right after that the fed closed down for good. Spike was the man around there and I knew I was gonna get my chance at the "MAN" but it never came to fruition. But it was a great run. That's about how I got started efedding

hmmm.....I think back in 98 I started up in on a website called bolt.com. Man that place was the place guys I kid you not. What it was was sort of like myspace before myspace existed and it had all these different type of forums and what not. Well during this version of Bolt you were able to create your own group and it was able to have its own forum, so thusly there were always an efed or two to sign up for. But there was at least two big feds. One was called SWA and the other was called EWO. Plus there was a main forum made by the bolt website specifically for efedding called the BWF (bolt wrestling federation).
I bounced around all three as pretty much a curtain jerk with rediculous gimmicks. But my first character was a weird mix of Dude Love and Shawn Michaels named "Dude to the Cool". There was a disco ball in every promo and the only cool thing about him was that I called the TKO the "Dude's Day Device".
Eventually Bolt decided that it needed to change into some new version that completely alienated us e-fedders with the elimination of the group forums. So one day when I was looking for CAW's online for one of the SD games, I came across CWA. And that eventually transformed into TXA. I pretty much went through my efedding puberty there and began to develop my skills with everyone involved in that. Then when TXA went down I ended up in XHF.

I started in spring of '02...I think it was April. I was a member of a Taker fan messageboard at the time, and this guy came in recruiting for this fed, PWA. I went and joined, thinking that it'd be all fun and games and s**t. That's when DP started, way back there. He was basically a mix between Taker and Eric Draven. PWA blew, I mean, we had to write the match as our rps...and it's hard enough to write a match, let alone have to try and strategize s**t before it happens. I was there a few months, maybe six, before I joined up in UBAWF where Spike took my first title from me. And yes, Spike I still remember it.
Edit: ****, forgot to mention that after UBAWF closed I joined the non-XHF fold for a while. I was in DBW, and didn't join XHF for the first time till sometime mid to late '03. I think I left and returned something like four times. Honestly, DBW was where DP evolved into basically who he is now.

I started in the summer of 2004(wanna say it was June or July) for this fed called WCE(has been known as both World Championship Entertainment and WrestleCrap Entertainment).
The fed itself was probably the most fun I've had at an efed because it wasn't very serious. The characters I started using were the Sports Nutz(George Dunpork, Craig "Senior" Mueller, and their manager, "The Excellent Gordie" Gordon Heath). I had read some of the roleplays that were posted, and writing was always a favorite hobby of mine. A year before I joined WCE, I wrote a parody that satired how a local Dallas radio station, Live 105.3 FM, was always ripping off another local Dallas station, Sportsradio 1310 the Ticket. The parody was that 105.3 would change their format, with the name of the station being The Stub, and hiring new personnel who all had names similar to the guys at the Ticket, but the kicker was that they all had the opposite character traits. So fast forward back to the summer of '04, and I decided that I was going to do something with some of the characters in said parody. So I decided to use George Dunpork, Craig "Senior" Mueller, and Gordon Heath. I stayed true to Dunpork and Mueller being the opposite of Dunham(silent 'h') and Miller. However, "The Excellent Gordie" was going to be a 500% exaggeration of "The Great Gordo" since Gordie was going to be heel. If I had stuck with Gordie's opposite traits of Gordo, it wouldn't have worked because that would've made Gordie a face. My first month in WCE, they put the WCE World Championship on George Dunpork. I decided to use the sports-related gimmick because that had never been really successful in real life wrestling, plus I knew I could pull it off seeing as that these guys were ripoffs of guys that work at a sportstalk radio station. The Sports Nutz are more or less a satire on snooty sports columnists and reporters who belittle pro wrestling.
Matt Margera got his start at GWX in early 2005. I was going to use the name I use when I do the play by play for XCW Wrestling, Matt Shannon. However, there was someone there by the name of Matt Stanson. Since those two names would've sounded too similar, I decided on Margera because I was really into the Tony Hawk Underground 2 video game. My early RPs as Matt Margera were parodies of the cut scenes in that game. Matt Margera has been the most challenging character for me because it's easier(for me at least) to play a heel, and Matt(for the most part) has always been a face. After watching old tapes of DX, and seeing the recent DX sketches from 2006, I decided that I'd make Matt Margera more of a goofball type who likes to pull wacky hijinx, since I consider myself a bit of a goofball(so it's easy to pull off).

I don't even remember when I started. Seriously. I think it's been generally accepted as 2000 but I'm not even sure that's right.
It all really started with No Mercy. Yes, the N64 computer game No Mercy. I'd been playing a few of the games up until then usually making leather clad biker looking types called 'Bad Ass'. No mercy's where I actually branched out a little and decided to make a giant guy like Kane and Taker and a smaller guy based on Shawn Michaels. When I transferred to e-fedding at my friend's (Triple D) behest, I only brought one with me.
Started with the big guy called Bahamut. He was never that great really but people seemed to like him. Kinda borderline biblical/excessively violent type character. Basically take Undertaker but with less imagination and you'll get where I started. I pottered around the HaRdCoRe titles for a bit until I won the Intercontinental title at this place... and I look back at the **** me and my opponent (XCon) did and frankly, neither of us deserved to win. It was poor... very poor. It was also around this time that I brought in my second character, ladies man called 'Diamond' Dave Holland. Everyone hated him.
As the years rolled by changes came into being. Bahamut gained an actual name (That's Milo in case you've not realised) I switched to the Tag Division and from there.. actually we also developed the story of the orphanage and conrad jones in there too. It was loosely based around FF8 originally but hey, it's developed into something else now. On a side note, myself and Spike are planning to actually end the story some point this year, so keep an eye out for that.
So.. where was I.. yes.. not a lot else changed. Milo was still my main guy with the firey biblical violence... and everyone hated Dave. Until Joss Whedon came about with Serenity. I'd taken a couple years out at the time and as soon as I saw the film Dave and Milo instantly got new picture bases and new characters too. I learned not to worry about sticking to the gimmick and just say what you want to say. I joined XHF with the new characters and rocked their tag division. It was during this time, thanks to Ace actually, that Dave became my main character and strangely, no one hated him anymore. Odd huh?
So yeah... that's the short version. If you search the e-wrestling wiki for my characters you'll find more on there.

I started back in the dim and distant days of 1999. A group of friends I had at the time (and still have) were all into wrestling, and we started cutting promos on each other via emails. Myron Fox (who some of you know) and I then decided to develop these into regular shows, giving each of our friends a character and developing storylines with them. That was the first fore-runner to an e-fed I was in. The shows were monsters, with the PPVs taking a good 130 pages of A4.
My first real e-fed was a place called the RWF, which I was asked to join by my cousin, Matt Campbell. I went into that doing a character that was part Undertaker and part Jake the Snake, with a little Cactus Jack mental instability thrown in. We won the tag belts together, and then the owner of the fed pretty much fled and left the place to us. Matt and I relaunched the RWF as the original HKPW, and that was where I developed the basic incarnation of the Soul Reaper character. HKPW was successful for a couple of years before Matt and I both had to leave for various reasons, and I dropped out of e-fedding for a while.
Someone then directed me to a page on the CWA site where people were being very kind about me and about HKPW. I read some CWA stuff and was very impressed with it, so I decided to join the fed, and take the character further. I consider the CWA to be where I really became an e-fedder, because the tortured dark entity the Reaper became came out of the various dealings there when I was lucky enough to work with some very good people.
CWA became TXA...etc etc.
