In case some of you didn't know, Todd is having his bariatric surgery today. I had it over 3 years ago and its been the greatest (And at times the worst) thing I have ever done for myself.
For those of you who have never been fat, the weight carries with it more than just the lbs. It carries depression, fatigue and a lot of times, shame, with it. It's a heavy burden to carry (no pun intended) and can cause some serious problems health wise. Bad hips, knees, back, etc....
I hope all goes well with Todd's surgery today. I have been there, done that, and I wish him success and happiness with it. Todd, when you read this, if you have any questions, or want to talk or anything, hit me up on AIM, holmes. I got your back!
