I'd like to first and foremost issue an apology, not just Mike Laszlo, but to really anyone who's had to face me since I returned back in (I want to say) September. I have made it a really nasty habit of RP'ing at the last possible moment and the last thing I've wanted to be is a deadlining, sandbagging, douchebag... but it's clear that that's also become my M.O. in recent months and you guys deserve a lot better than that, which leads into my next point.
I can make a million and one excuses for why I RP so late, or in the case of recently, not at all, but really only one stands and that's the fact that I'm just not interested in this game at this time, and probably for the forseeable future. I probably haven't been since I returned, but I didn't really want to admit that to myself. For that, I owe Adam and the staff here a simultaneous thank you and apology for having the patience to deal with me when it has been very clear that I haven't been putting forth the effort that this fed deserves...
And I'd like to stress that last part. This fed deserves a lot of credit. All the nCw talent are solid rp'ers. I have said this many a time, and I say it again: E-fedding against all of you is like going against a Murderer's Row of talent. There is no such thing as an easy match here. Everyone here is ****ing amazing. I feel privileged to have been apart of it.
With that said though, nCw deserves amazing e-fedders who want to do it and have that desire. I haven't had it for some time, and I don't want to waste the staffs time any further by half-assing it when there are guys here who are dedicating themselves fully to it.
A few things I do want to say to some people individually...
Mike Laszlo: You beat me this week. There is not an rp that I was capable of putting up that would have beaten you. Do well with the title reign.
Jacobsen: You're an amazing dude and definitely someone I enjoy just shooting the **** with about any topic under the damn sun. Also thank you for letting me vent on so many occasions. You're on that line to being big, if not there already.
Craig: Between you and Jacobsen, I can discuss indy wrestling all day with the both of you. Hopefully the next season of CHIKARA will be amazing.
Jason Evans: I owe you a much better match than what I've given you and I'm sorry that I did not give you that.
Mark: Please ****ing beat Breath of Fire already. If I can request a game, I'd like to see... 7th Saga.
Trent: I'm sorry that the Projekt Mayhem reunion isn't going to be happening anytime soon. I still need to catch up with you though. You're one of my oldest friends in this game, easily.
Nathan: I really owe you a much better conversation than what I give you online. I'm sorry for that. Next time you want to talk, I'm all for it.
Jenny: What can I not say about you? You've been my one of my closest confidants when it comes to nCw and one of two people I've ever actually entrusted my character to. For as much as I might have hated my own personal life in recent months, you at least made Ander's life decent. You're a wonderful person without any question or doubt and I'm happy to call you my friend.
Adam: You and I hardly talk, but I feel that you deserve a big thank you for keeping this fed running. You put in a lot of work, and I can tell you that I did appreciate it, even if I was not the best guy in your company to have.
If I left anyone out, I apologize. This is just off the top of my head. I probably will be hanging around the forums and c-box (if Adam will let me) as I do enjoy the conversations here. I hope to talk with many of you again. It's certainly been a pleasure.
