Kelly Knite is still a Fox.
Adam is forced to rely on his wit, charisma and talent for victories.

So Adam, what are you trying to prove to yourself?
Is it that you really are the only man in Kelly’s life who has a stake of her affections?
Is it that nobody, and I mean nobody, can manipulate her as well as you?
Is it that ultimately, you really have no respect for the abilities of the woman you purport to love?
Or is that you really can still hang with the rest of us in 2012?
Don’t get me wrong Adam, I can sit here and debate with you the rights and wrongs of what you and the Hierarchy wish to achieve all day long, but when you scratch the surface for you, this isn’t about morals or ethics, this is about your strange little insecurities about your wife and your lot in this company.
You always knew that one day, daddy in law would hang up the pitchfork and pass the company on to your wife, but you also knew that he loathes every fibre of your being. Deep down, you realise that whilst Leonard may be happy to pass the torch on to his own flesh and blood, he was going to do everything in his power to make sure that you were nowhere near the top of the food chain when he did because he would rather die than watch you hold any sway in the upper echelons of the company.
That is why you had to strike, wasn’t it Adam? You realised that if Leonard got what he wanted, you’d pass away into insignificance whilst men like me reached the top of the food chain and you were left to feed on our scraps as we carve out legacies that will far surpass your own. You panicked, you realised that your only option was to put Kelly in that hot seat whilst you could control her.
Whilst you could manipulate her to achieve your own ends.
You care so much about being “the man” that you are willing to use the woman you love to get what you want because you’re so insecure about your abilities that you are afraid that if you let her run the company her way, you could be left out in the cold. For some reason, he love alone is not good enough for you because it conflicts with your need to be a star. You’d rather bask in the glory of meaningless achievements gained by nepotism than simply cherish the love that woman has for you and accept that maybe, just maybe, it is time for you to take a step back, have pride in your career and to settle down.
Somewhere along the line, your relationship fell into second place behind your need to be loved, not by Kelly, but by the adoring public who, love you or hate you, respect everything you have done for NCW.
Now you can what you want about me, I am thick skinned, but you Adam….you have decided that you need to prove that you wear the trousers in your relationship because if you don’t control Kelly, she may take away the one thing in your life that has given you a sense of validation. Like me or not, at least I would never manipulate the people I love to stay at the top.
Is it really worth abusing the trust of the woman you love to prove that you’ve still got what it takes to be relevant around here? Is it so important to prove that whilst Kelly’s name may be on the door of the CEO’s office, you can pull her strings and make her dance just because you can?
You claim that you’re in this to make Kelly happy….
Yet all I can see is a man who is so desperate to cling to the last vestiges of fame he can that he is willing to spite his own soul mate to get one over a co-worker he fears might take his spot. I’ve seen men crushed by drugs and I’ve seen guys left crippled for life by this business, but I have never seen a man screw his own wife just to keep his name in lights for a few more years at the expense of a man who ultimately, has no desire to break you two apart.
You see, my dealing with Kelly are strictly business, Adam, this isn’t a rehash of a Steve Awesome steals x’s girl angle that terrifies married men backstage everywhere. Yet for some reason, you’ve decided that this is somehow personal, that I am competing for your wife’s affections and you’ve decided that you need to flex your muscles and prove that you’re the man in your relationship by putting little Kelly in her place and back under your thumb.
Is all this really worth it Adam?
You see at best all I have to lose is a bit of pride, but you….you could lose everything.
Make no mistake, I will not stop until I have removed the Hierarchy from this company because like it or not, I am not stupid enough to be blinded to the reality that you’re all in this to keep power “in the family” and yourselves in the limelight, which makes everything you’re doing far more dangerous than you imagine.
When I win Adam, and mark my words, I will, you were only on track to lose your guaranteed top spot at the head of the table but the more you manipulate your wife….you’re setting yourself up to lose everything you’ve got. You’ve got ability Adam, so losing you top dog spot would only be temporary if you applied yourself but losing your wife and child, all because you couldn’t bear to be out-witted by another wrestler, that will be permanent.
And without her, would you really have the stomach to regain your spot at the top of the billing?
Without her, would you really even care?
Because the problem is Adam, you’re so sure that you can control Kelly and make her dance to whatever tune you play that you can’t even see what you’re risking in this little venture to get one over on me doesn’t weigh up with what you are capable of gaining.
If it is…. I actually feel sorry for you Adam.
If beating me and keeping your name on everybody’s lips means more to you than your wife’s love, trust and companionship then by all means, go right ahead and keep up this little game we’ve got going on because win, lose or draw in the grand scheme of things, I have nothing to lose at this point. If you beat me, I will dust myself off, polish my ego and come back swinging until I achieve what I want.
If you lose….you may end up losing everything. Even if you win, it may be nothing but a pyrrhic victory because the way you’re going, you won’t need me in the picture, you’ll just need Kelly to wake up and open her eyes quick enough to see what you’re doing to her.
Do yourself a favour and ask yourself, is this Hierarchy worth losing your wife over?
If the answer is yes Adam, then I needn’t say anything more about you.
Because nothing I say will hurt as much as the inevitable result of your actions.

Adam Knite defeats Jake “The Ace” Conway to become the NCW World Heavyweight Champion.
Kelly Fox rushes to be by his side as he holds the world in the palm of his very hands.
On that night the fans chant Adam’s name in euphoria to congratulate him for earning his spot at the head of the table.
Little did they realise where his career would take him.
Little did they realise that only 2 years later the man they idolised would betray them all to serve his own self-interests.

Little did they realise where his career would take him.
Little did they realise that only 2 years later the man they idolised would betray them all to serve his own self-interests.

So this is the part of the promo where I stand here, make some thinly veiled threats, big myself up and sell our match tomorrow night, right Adam?
Wrong.
Roberto Verona vs Adam Knite doesn’t need a go-home pre-hype to wet the appetites of the masses.
It sells itself without either of us pouring anymore fuel on the fire. Thousands will pay good money to watch me beat your antiquated ass all across Arizona and just like me they will enjoy every *** damned second of it.
No, instead, I am going to take this opportunity to make something very clear to not only you Adam, not only the group of egomaniacal power hungry vultures you associates yourself with, but the entire of the New Championship Wrestling roster.
Ever since I walked into NCW one thing has been abundantly clear.
This federation is populated by arrogant, spineless sycophants, whiney self-loathing wastes of potential and ego-maniacal veterans who think the world owes them something. So many of you wander around aimlessly backstage politicking and bitching about going nowhere, blaming everyone but yourselves as you try to validate your existence and convince anybody willing to listen that you deserve better.
Sit your asses down, open your ears and shut the **** up.
None of you are owed a damn thing.
You’ve all been far too happy, for too long, to just coast along whining like school children demanding something, for nothing. So many of you have demanded a better station in life yet none of you have got off your asses, knuckled down and made people take notice.
No, you’ve been content in your lot because you’ve been afforded the air time to bemoan your situations instead of improve them.
And why?
Because you’ve done nothing to change a system that does nothing but encourage this whiney, self-centred behaviour. You’ve all been happy to “play the game” rather than change it because deep down, you all fear what change may bring.
Some of you fear for your position, some of you fear for your credibility and some of you are just scared that if you really were given the chances you crave so much you do not have the talent to back that opportunity up. Deep down, you know that you’re not good enough to headline for this company, but because the way this business works, encouraging bitter little pissants bemoaning their luck, you’ve been far too content to just keep calm and carry on because it suits your needs.
That is why so many of you are hoping that Adam Knite shuts me up this weekend.
Ever since I entered a NCW ring there have been people willing me to fail, because they are scared that I will take them out of their comfort zones.
Why?
Because deep down they know that pound for pound I am the best professional wrestler in New Championship Wrestling. I don’t need a piece of metal around my waist or a catchy slogan on my back to prove it because I have done it where it counts.
In that ring.
But it isn’t just that I am a better wrestler than the rest of you that makes you cross your fingers for Adam, it is because you’re scared that maybe, just maybe this one man revolution might actually succeed. You’ve sat on your asses and listened to my message and for months you were content to believe that I was just some loud mouthed little malcontent pushing a gimmick to get in the spot light, but now I am proving that I’m very, very real.
You know that if I succeed, and there’s every chance I will, then the system will no longer pander you your over-inflated self-worth and some of you are going to be forced to sink or swim.
So, with that in mind, let me make this abundantly clear.
I am here to change NCW for the better. No longer will you be able to rest on your laurels and sit comfortably in the knowledge that your name alone, or your friends, will get you ahead in this company. Those of you with the talent, and the self-belief to utilise it, will be rewarded instead of held down by the egos who run roughshod over the locker room.
The rest of you?
You’re going to end up opening the show for those who deserve to headline it…..or worse.
You’ve enjoyed the security the system has afforded you and you’ve ripped off fans for far too long. I am here to rid this company of the parasitic filth who send buy rates plummeting and who are only where they are because of who they are, not what they are.
I know that there are plenty of you who are secretly hoping I fail, and there are those of you who openly declare your contempt for who I am and what I stand for.
But then there are those who know I am right.
So this is a message for those of you who are sick of the bull**** men like Adam Knite and Xander Famularo are peddling. Stand up and make your voice heard, stop sitting there bemoaning your luck and start demanding more for yourselves. You’re no better than the vultures who are feeding of the decaying corpse of this federation if you keep your mouths shut.
In this business everybody wants something, for nothing.
It is time for people to starting earning what they want.
