You still just don’t understand do you?
This isn’t about what I’m hoping to accomplish, this isn’t about my ideals or my goals, no, you see my friend, you’re the one who came out and claimed that the Hierarchy was evil. You’re the one who came out and instantly got into Kelly’s ear and was telling her not to give into my wishes, to not forgive what I did... you see, the burden of proof falls to the person who is pointing their fingers, to the person who is screaming foul. You. I don’t have to prove myself to anybody, I don’t have to go into a lengthy synopsis of my grand goals in NCW, because I have no reason to. It’s you who has to prove tot he world that what I’m doing is wrong, it is you who has to prove your case.
What are you going to scream? That we took Leonard Fox out of power? Yeah, fine... wasn’t that exactly the soul purpose of your little group with Doc and Pooler too? Wasn’t that exactly what you had planned? Maybe you weren’t willing to go to the measures we did to achieve that goal, maybe you didn’t have the balls to force him out of power with your two hands, but we were. Don’t get all mad and pissy that we beat you tot he punch. You have nothing here. If you’re the good little boy scout because you stood up and cried out about how corrupt Leonard was, then what does that make us that we were able to actually not cry, but instead act?
Tell me, where does that make us the bad guys? Where does that show that we’re only in this for ourselves? Xander was already world champion, I’m already in the Hall of Fame, Zelda has held every single championship that she can possibly hold and very well will likely be the first woman in the hall of fame, so it’s not like we had a ton of momentum to gain by taking out Leonard, it’s not like we were at the bottom of the barrel and was just looking for a click flicker of fame for our actions. No. We’re already the top wrestlers in the world, we’re already the best around, we’re already a family of wrestlers turned into NCW Legends. We didn’t need any extra spotlight, we did this for you, the little guys who needed a way to work up the NCW ladder, the guys who tried their hardest and Leonard wouldn’t let prevail. You should be thanking me, not threatening me, you should be on your knees praising our names, not fighting me.
Verona, I just honestly think that you’re nothing but a huge hypocrite. You claimed you were fighting for NCW, that you only had the entire roster’s best interest in mind, but yet when we do everything you were saying you were going to do, we’re “bad”. You turn your attention on us, you act like we are demons for what we did. I fail to understand your thought process with this, if we were willing to do everything you threatened, then where did we go wrong? Where did we screw up, because I’m seeing instead of your group accomplishing every one of your big plans to rewrite NCW, another did.. and now supposedly we did it the “wrong way”, I guess? You’re just jealous, jealous that you couldn’t get the job done, that’s what I think. Because you go forgotten after we took Leonard out...
it was because you were losing some of your spotlight, it was because you were fading intot he scenery, admit it, that’s all this is about.
Come out and say it Verona, just admit it to yourself that this isn’t about good or bad, or about the right or wrong way it’s about you getting your precious little my little pony girl feelings hurt when we didn’t include you in our plans. It’s because you didn’t get to be known as the one who rid NCW of Leonard Fox, you didn’t get to be the savior of the company, we did. We walked in and took everything from you and now you’re just hanging onto this feeble little idea like it’s made of pure gold, when in actually you just haven’t realized yet that you’ve quickly become the laughing stock of this company.
Everybody is laughing at you for your failed attempt at a stable, everybody thinks your a joke by holding out your finger and pointing at us as the NCW cancer.
You have a lot to learn Roberto, first you should really find out when and where to pick your fights. Fighting the King of NCW, fighting the Hierarchy, right out of the starting gate getting on our bad side, shows your great deal of inexperience... you can’t see that right in front of your face that we’re your allies, we share your same beliefs, it’s just you’re too pissed off to notice that because we stole your thunder. Furthermore... come on, really? Like I would think for a second that you would stand a chance with Kelly!? If Steve Awesome, the man who has slept with more women than you’ve changed your underpants over the last year, couldn’t take my wife from me, then why would I think for a second that you stood a chance?
Please, give me more credit than that. I’m more insulted by the idea that you would think that I thought you were trying to steal Kelly, than if you actually were trying to steal Kelly from me. Why would she choose a little peasant crying int he streets because of “misjustice” when she could have the King sitting on his thrown? Why would she pick you, the man who has never been an NCW World Champion or Hall of Famer, when she could have one of the biggest names in wrestling according to all the world? I’m only 31 years old Verona, I’m not some over the hill balding guy who doesn’t know the difference between an armbar and tuna fish sandwich, I still have plenty of gas left in this tank I don’t have to go down to the level of attention seeking by attacking an hold man. I took Leonard out because it’s what needed to be done, plain and simple, we can both agree on that right there, that Leonard had to go. You can’t deny it because you flat out have been saying it for months. That’s is. No other reason, Leonard had become an overbearing egotistical monster that even kelly has admitted to on several occasions. He wasn’t that man who first brought me into this business, he wasn’t the man I considered my father, he wasn’t the man who taught me everything I know about this sport, he was something else, he was a self centered cancer who was only looking out for his best interests.
The End. That’s the extent of my hatred for Leonard... pure love for a man, without whom I wouldn’t be here today, who I respected more than anybody on this planet. Hurting him was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but like you have pointed out on so many occasions it was truly and honestly something that had to be done sooner or later... I was strong enough to pick the sooner where you were content on sitting back and waiting. you were hoping for a chance, I did something about it in the here and now.
Just give it up Roberto... there is nothing for you to fight for here, there is nothing for you stand up and rebel against, it’s over, it’s done, it’s finished, just accept it already.
