So, my son has to have surgery on his arm. There are two possible scenarios that include him either having pins that push through his skin to hold the bone in place or them having to go inside the elbow and put pins inside his body which will later need to be surgically removed.
I am unsure whether or not I will be RP'ing, it is highly unlikely because I just can't mentally do it right now. So I am taking myself off staff for the time being because it is hard to deal with him and I know I won't have the time or energy to do the job I can do.
Like I say roleplaying may happen as a release, but I can't promise things. Surgery never seemed like a big deal until it was happening to my three year old.
peace gib

That sucks dude. Good luck to your little man, but I assume with a tough dude like you as his father, he's a tough dude himself. Hope it all works out well.

Your family is in my prayers Gibby. To lighten your load around here I'm going to remove Team Italy from the tournament since Randy is willing to take your place with a team of his own. Take care of your son and take care of yourself.

thanks guys, I know a broken elbow doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you see the body of your little three year old and you think of him being put under anathesia for an extended period of time you get nervous. I just want him to be able to enjoy a full life. We have a great pediatric orthopedist so, we are going to remain optimistic.
I appreciate the kind words and AIM messages.

I'm sorry, but I'm just now reading this. Praying for your son. I can't imagine what it is to see a 3 year old hurting like that, much less your own child. Focus on him, he'll pull through it I'm sure of that...get him well and back and I'll be looking forward to seeing you back here.
