TMZ is reporting that NCW star Will Washington was suspended for one week immediately following his unprovoked attack on an un-licensed performer last Sunday night. Regarding the attack, we’ve also learned that the recipient of the beating, Rick Jacobsen, suffered a concussion, two cracked ribs, and a knee injury that has been described as “kind of like a stinger.” We wish him a full and speedy recovery.
No one from New Championship Wrestling management could be reached for comment, but Will Washington had this to say regarding his suspension:
“Apparently I’m too dangerous to be on NCW TV. That has to be the explanation, right? Why else would I be suspended for something so inoffensive? Unless Andrew is too afraid to be in the same building as me for fear he’ll end up in the hospital next to his big brother, so he complained to Kelly. Either way, I’ll be back next week and it’s only a matter of time before I rid NCW of the Jacobsen plague once and for all.”
Tune in this Saturday and Sunday to see all of the action as it unfolds.
