Family Business….. Long Distance Phone Call.
The scene fades in as we see Stephen Kingsley sitting at a table in his hotel room. His cell phone was open and sitting on the table. We hear a voice coming from the cell phone, so we assume he is talking to someone on speaker phone.
Male’s voice: Business is booming. The police watched us for a while once you were let out of prison, but since you went to the States, they stopped watching us.
Stephen Kingsley: That is good news. How is everyone?
Male’s voice: Everyone is doing great. They wanted me to say hi for them.
There was a pause in the male’s voice. Then he begins to speak again.
Male’s voice: I did not get to thank you for saving my life and for keeping me from going to prison. I did a foolish thing trying to be as great as you . It almost cost me my life and it ended up putting you in prison. I am thankful that you just happened to be there.
Stephen Kingsley was quiet for a bit. He was shaking his head in a yes motion.
Stephen Kingsley: I am glad that I was there to help you.
Male’s voice: How are the Sheila’s in America?
Stephen Kingsley: They are strange. They are beautiful but strange.
Male’s voice: What happened? You have never called a Sheila strange. Have you gotten a unit yet?
Just as Stephen was getting ready to answer we hear a knock at the door.
Stephen Kingsley: I have to go now.
Stephen closes the cell phone and it disconnects the call to Australia. He stands up from the table and we hear another knock at the door and Stephen walks over to the door and opens it and there stands…..
Stephen Kingsley: Carly! What are you doing here?
Carly Robins: Are you going to invite me in or do I have to stand in the hallway?
Stephen motions Carly in as Carly walks in, he closes the door. Carly sits on the edge of the bed as Stephen stands over by the door that leads to the bathroom. Carly looks up and down Stephen noticed that he is not wearing his corked hat but he does have on his vest with no shirt under it and he has on tight jeans. Carly still had on Cyrus’ shirt.
Carly Robins: Went to see Cyrus. Why haven’t you called? Why Cyrus would say that it was better that I had not slept with you?
Stephen Kingsley: I had that “Special Night” all planned out. A great dinner and a beautiful night were planned. You did enjoy the meal and the dancing?
Carly Robins: Yes I did! I never knew that you were good at dancing. But…..
Stephen Kingsley: But what?
Carly Robins: When you wanted to get nuddy and you were in bed all I could think of was NO! That is why I did not get nuddy with you. That is why I left in a hurry! I think you are great looking guy and I love to listen to your stories, but to have sex with you at this point…. I am not for sure. My body says yes but my mind is confused. My mind is telling me to take it easy and not to get hurt again.
Stephen Kingsley: Do you trust me? Is it because of my criminal background that you might be thinking that I will hurt you. Do you think that I am that kind of person that will do a quickly and then drop you?
Carly Robins: I am not for sure. I mean I tried to call you and you would not answer your phone. Why would you leave me hanging?
Stephen Kingsley: I did not answer your calls because I was not for sure how you felt. Leaving the room like you did, I had no clue what was going on. To tell you the truth I am not used to that kind of reaction when it’s time to have naughty.
Carly Robins has a smile on her face. She looks straight at Stephen as he tilts his head to the right.
Carly Robins: I know what you mean by “naughty.” So why would Cyrus be glad that I did not sleep with you?
Stephen Kingsley sits down next to Carly.
Stephen Kingsley: Our first Pay Per View as Criminal Intent. A match where there are no rules and all four teams are at each other throats. Assault X reminds me of life in prison except the belt in prison is surviving. A fight in prison could be over a pack of cigarettes. A fight in prison could be because someone was a snitch and that kind of a fight usually ended up in the snitch not breathing anymore. Assault X is right up our alley and Team America and The Forgotten should know to watch their backs against us. There is another thing that you should know.
Never count Criminal Intent out!
Just because we are the new team, we are still dangerous! We have not back down from anyone. Our first match of the Tag Team tournament we came out the winners. Even in single competition, I ended up with a win over my opponent. We are two for two and we plan on making it three for three. Reborn is our first ppv and just like the other things we have done for the first time and we came out as the winners, so the results for Reborn will be the same. We will be the new Tag Team Champions. We have a shot at the nCw Tag Team Championship belts. We are the underdogs in this match and I am sure that no one expects us to become the tag team champions except for Cyrus and me.
Carly: I expect for Criminal Intent to be the nCw Tag Team Champions after Reborn.
Stephen Kingsley has a smirk on his face. He knew Carly would make a comment about wanting Criminal Intent to become Tag Team Champions.
Stephen Kingsley: Cyrus believes that you are a distraction. He wants me to remember things that happened in prison. We know that Team America and The Forgotten and The International have experience of being champions. People are forgetting that we have experience also. Not the same kind of experience that the other teams had, but our experience dealt with life. Criminal Intent will show why the Assault X match is just right for the criminals.
