I have to say Resident Evil 5 is one of my favourite games I've ever played, contrary to my love of "running and gunning" The fact that you have to stop whilst shooting makes sense, nobody and I mean nobody can run and get a headshot, it's just un-natural, so ok...maybe Trent Helms could but my point stands! Single player it sucks balls, as Yahtzee pointed out quite a lot, but co-op (with somebody remotly competent) it's an awesome game. Plus it actually tries to make sense of the Resi story, and the best thing it did was distance itself from the ****ty movies! I would happily say that Resident Evil 5 is at very least worth a rent. That's like saying 'Find 5 nice Corvettes now find 5 more', because you can play ALOT of the original N64 games on the Wii. They are all Nintendo, comparing them is just stupid. Plus, the N64 has had a life time so far that is over triple that of the Wii, so you can't compare it yet. |
