Convinced Saren to Kill Himself
Saved the Counsil.
Made Udina the Human Representive

All Squadmates survive (Had to do it several times to get it right)
Originally Thane and Legion died on mine, but reloaded and saved everyone.

Wiped out the Quarians.... Because Geth > Quarians except Tali. And She's dead... so **** them.

Actually that mission might be the most badass thing to happen so far in ME3 for me. Shepard rolling with Geth Primes... untouchable.
