Tonight we started a new tradition of watching action movies on Xbox Live and commentate on them. While I know some people don't have Xbox Live you are still free to watch them along with us on AIM, Twitter, FB. Just in some manner to join in on our destruction of these action movies.
TOnight we watched Hard Target which was Gib's selection. Next week is Drop Zone, picked by Adam. If you have any ideas please suggest them below but it kinda needs to be on Netflix.

WWE should bring Busey in, and they can do a Swagger-Busey twins angle, where they switch during a match like the Bella Twins. It will work until Busey actually snaps and bites someone's face off.

My rankings from worst to best (excluding The Big Lebowski, which was more of a "we just wanted to watch this movie together, so we did" pick.)
Adam's Random thoughts on the movies we've watched so far:
Red Scorpion - It seemed like the only purpose of this movie was to slowly strip Lundgren of his clothes.. and to be a complete waste of time. I'm finding it hard to think of what I said about this movie in the chats at the time because it's so bad and I tried to block it out. I still have no idea what it was about.
Valcano - If I had any idea what Red Scorpion was or if it hadn't been so GD long this would probably be the worst movie on the list. It was retarded, example: Ann Heche is a geologist... she goes underground and finds a pile of rocks that with steam pouring off of them... so she sticks a thermometer in them to determine that they are indeed hot.... steaming rocks.... I don't need a thermometer to tell me that it's probably pretty friggin hot.
Also: Newscaster: "something is pouring from the ground that can only be described as lava.".... Me: "BECAUSE IT IS LAVA!"
Punisher - Wasn't as good as a remember, but still one of my favorite super hero movies.
Face Off - Good movie... but three things...
1. first off the premise of taking another man's face to infiltrate his criminal gang? I mean... they didn't see anything wrong with this plan?
2. That doctor who redid that surely millions of dollar procedure was an idiot for doing so... did he not think that the man was going to do something terribly wrong with an FBI agents identity at his disposal? Take one for the team... you were going to die anyway you idiot.
3. I think it's probably a little harder to remove a face than just cutting along the dotted line and picking it up with a suction cup.
Troll Hunter - I was shocked by how good this was for some foreign indy flick in subtitles. Hoppy picked it because he was trying to pick the stupidest thing he could find and found this actually pretty good movie. Also: It was really fun saying this movie was about some dude chasing Craig in the party chat all night.
Paper Man - If not for this... Troll Hunter would have been the biggest surprise... but dang this movie was good. I looked it up and it got some negative reviews and I honestly don't see how. It had that fun awkward comedy, and was heart warming at the same time. I'm still shocked by how good this movie was. Note: I've been ribbing Todd since we watched this about how he doesn't understand the concept of our movie night by picking a really good movie.
Extract - Who would have thought casting Gene Simmons as a lawyer would have been such a perfect choice? I mean that was the best part of the movie in my opinion. Other than that... it was pretty forgettable and kinda dumb. Plus... never went anywhere.
Drop Zone - Wesley Snipes sucker punches a woman... who just kinda no sells it and laughs it off... then later in the movie fights off like three dudes with his fighting skills. How am I supposed to believe he's that good of a fighter when his female skydiving instructor laughed off his sucker punch? It was comical how much of an evil dick they made Busey, like he was a cartoon character who was just evil because he was supposed to be evil.
Hard Target - Started my tradition of calling every older black man we see in these movies Danny Glover. Also... JCVD punches a snake... PUNCHES A SNAKE! How cool is that?
Double Dragon - I never thought a movie that showed a large amount of Alyssa Milano's butt and jiggling boobs would be bad until I saw this. Also: Robert Patrick was clearly just screwing around with this movie, he was going to make it fun somehow.
Demolition Man - How does the mass murdering psycho path who killed a bus full of innocent people get "paroled" before the cop who supposedly caused the bus full of people to die by accident while capturing the mass murdering psycho? Furthermore: To over analyze this movie for a minute. Who in their right mind would think freezing somebody was a way to reform the person? Think about it... you're freezing them! Meaning they haven't aged a day, and their brains haven't been active, when they are unfrozen it's going to be just like waking up the day after the day they were frozen... that's not reforming somebody, and not even really punishment, it's ridiculous on every level.
Tommy Boy - Was much funnier as a kid, still ok... but certainly lost some of it's luster over the years. Chris Farley is still hilarious however.
