NOTES: At Road to the Gold Roberto Verona sold his so to the Front Office of NCW and took sides with Adam and Kelly in a move that stunned the wrestling world. Now we have the fall out of that event, in a show that features many rematches and several grudge matches that arose from the biggest show of the year. Added to the mix we’ll finally see Crystal Williams and Kelly Fox square off and a No Time Limit, no Draw, there has to be a winner match between Nighthawk and Caleb Lockwood. Then finally, standing up to the challenge of NCW’s front office, is Mike Laszlo who looks to claim the World championship for his own... but the question is... can he? Can he rip the belt from Roberto Verona and his powerful supporters?

{The PPV comes live as the opening hype video begins to die down and the fans begin to ramp it up, jumping to their feet and screaming their heads off. The fans are going wild as the camera pans around the crowd to catch their excited faces before we settle in on Dave Holland and the gang.}
Dave Holland: Welcome NCW fans, we have huge night of action for you, in what could be the PPV of the year... in the final PPV of the year.
Eric Hardy: SO many great matches, I don’t even know where to begin.
Willy Carter: How about we begin with Caleb Lockwood versus Nighthawk... no time limit, no draws... nothing at all to leave a decision up in the air.
Dave Holland: Should be fantastic, these two have a ton of fght in them, I can’t wait to see who can take this one.

Grudge Match
Nighthawk vs. Caleb Lockwood
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Amber Ashe: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, with no time limit!
{The drumbeat of "Rise Above" sounds over the PA, and the sound of harsh guitars ushers in Caleb Lockwood. He smirks, bouncing on the soles of his feet and shouting at the crowd to get them fired up.}
Amber Ashe: Introducing first, from Oakland, California, weighing 185 pounds, he is the Master of Gravity, Caleb Lockwood!
Eric Hardy: This match isn’t about titles, this match isn’t about hate, it’s about one thing: pride. Both Caleb Lockwood and Nighthawk have been busting their asses to be the one that gets the decision over the other, and tonight it comes to a head.
Dave Holland: Arguably the best high-flyer and the best submission wrestler in NCW today are going at it, and one of these masters is going to be victorious. I get the feeling that come hell or high water, we’re going to see something decisive tonight.
{He fixes his gaze on the ring and grins, charging down. Lockwood leaps into the ring, kipping up and playing to the crowd. His music dies down as he moves into his corner, awaiting the bell.}
Amber Ashe: And his opponent…
{As his opponent stands in a neutral corner the lights in the arena slowly click off, one by one, as the sold-out crowd rises to its feet in anticipation of what is to come. And as the opening strains of "Holding Out For A Hero (A Small Measure Of Peace Intro)" by Emery boom out over the sound system Nighthawk walks out through the curtain and stands at the top of the ramp, hands on his hips as he looks all around at the sold-out crowd with a wide smile on his face.}
Amber Ashe: From Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 185 pounds, he is the Man of 1,000 Holds, Nighthawk!
As Nighthawk pulls his ring jacket on and heads out to the ring, he turns and finishes taping up his wrists. Speaking into the camera Nighthawk's eyes suddenly go cool.
Nighthawk: "Caleb, listen closely. Tonight, in that ring out there, this ends. This is the last time there will be a last time. When this is over, that question we've asked each other will finally be answered. We will find out who is better. I know the answer. I think you do. In a few minutes, let's see who is right."
Dave Holland: These two men are identical in height and weight, but what separates them is the way they wrestle. Both are very agile men and both can take it to the mat, but they have to concede one area or the other to their opponent. Lockwood’s best chance is to make sure he doesn’t let Nighthawk dictate the pace, and vice versa for Nighthawk.
Willy Carter: Y’know, all this cerebral, mind games bullcrap is boring. There’s a reason these suckers aren’t main eventing.
Eric Hardy: Because NCW is such a talent-rich organization that two world-class athletes like these are here by volume of top-tier matches. Never try to diminish a match again, Willy.
{Walking down the ring, shaking hands with the fans in the first 2 rows of the building and making a special effort to shake the hands and give out hugs to the kids in the front row as behind him blue-and-white Roman columns of fireworks go off, the "Wrestling Machine" finally gets to the ring and stands on the top turnbuckle while raising his left hand above his head and letting out a war cry as the crowd chants "Best in the World".}
Eric Hardy: Referee Mitch Kennedy your official for this match, and here we go!
{Caleb steps to the middle of the ring, offering a handshake. Nighthawk takes it, shaking, and they exchange a few words before walking back to their corners. The bell rings and immediately Caleb charges at Nighthawk, looking for a leaping clothesline. Nighthawk drops down and Caleb rolls to his feet, running again only for Nighthawk to go for a Japanese arm drag. Caleb backflips out of the move, ducking his shoulder as Nighthawk runs for a back body drop. He elevates the Chicagoan, only for him to roll down Lockwood’s back instead and hook his leg for a roll-up! Mitch Kennedy drops down!
1!
2!
And a vibrant kickout by Lockwood, leaping to his feet in one fluid motion!}
Eric Hardy: Fast back-and-forth action to start us off here, with Nighthawk almost catching Caleb off guard there.
Dave Holland: It’s that tempo game I was talking about. Nighthawk’s adapting to working at Caleb’s speed, so Caleb’s going to have to do the same or he won’t have much chance.
{Nighthawk reaches out with one hand, still on the mat, and trips Caleb onto his face, floating over and cinching in a front facelock. He maneuvers Lockwood to his feet, transitioning to a standing wristlock on the left arm. Caleb winces, trying to struggle against it. He looks around the ring quickly before grinning. Lockwood delivers a swift kick to Nighthawk’s left knee, prompting him to loosen the hold slightly, and runs to the ropes, springboarding off and breaking the Wrestling Machine’s grip as he spins back around and delivers a scintillating hurricanrana, sending Nighthawk flying!}
Eric Hardy: And now Caleb working out a counter to one of Nighthawk’s moves with judicious use of the ring.
Dave Holland: It’s hard to adapt to a guy who knows so many styles like Nighthawk, but Caleb’s doing a good job of it. That parkour influence in his wrestling style means he’ll use any part of the ring to help achieve victory.
{Caleb presses the advantage, running the ropes and springboarding for a moonsault to the grounded Nighthawk. Lockwood gets to his feet, pointing to a corner as he glances back at the rising Nighthawk. He runs to it, leaping up to the top turnbuckle in one fluid motion, and backflips off, looking for a moonsault body block! Nighthawk gets hit, but somehow manages to roll through and lift Caleb up on his shoulder! He takes a deep breath, getting a running start and nailing a vicious shoulderbreaker on Caleb’s left shoulder!}
Willy Carter: Y’all start getting fancy in that ring, you gotta worry about getting caught. Lockwood got too flashy too fast, and that Nighthawk made him PAY!
Eric Hardy: That’s actually pretty accurate. You would think he would know better than to underestimate a man like Nighthawk.
{Nighthawk holds onto that arm and slides into position, leaning back and locking in a vicious cross armbreaker! Caleb hollers in pain, trying desperately not to tap out, as Nighthawk hauls back on the hold, applying continuous pressure. Lockwood tries to reach for the ropes with whatever limb he can, but he’s too far away, Nighthawk being in between him and the nearest set of ropes. Caleb closes his eyes, gritting his teeth, and rocks back onto his shoulders, seemingly preparing to kip up. Mitch Kennedy counts one, and Caleb falls flat again, groaning in pain. He continues to squirm, rolling over so that he’s facing down on the mat with the hold still locked in.}
Eric Hardy: What…is he doing?
Dave Holland: I don’t know, but I’m intrigued!
{Nighthawk gives the hold another pull, and Caleb gets his feet underneath him, standing and levering his opponent backwards! Mitch Kennedy begins to count as Nighthawk realizes what he’s done!
1!
2! Nighthawk releases the arm!
KICKOUT!}
Eric Hardy: Whoa! What an innovative counter to the cross armbreaker!
Willy Carter: Using his own body against him. Now that’s a clever guy.
{Nighthawk stands, offering a brief nod to Caleb, and begins stalking him, ready to shoot in. Caleb shakes out his arm, testing the water with a few feinted low kicks. Nighthawk dodges the first, the second, and after the third he drops and spins for a sweep kick. Caleb jumps over the kick, immediately jumping again and tucking his legs for a standing shooting star press! Nighthawk gets caught across the back trying to stand, and both men roll away clutching themselves! Mitch Kennedy looks between the two of them, shaking his head, and when neither man is immediately back up, he begins to count.
1!
2!
Both men are stirring, Caleb getting a palm underneath himself.
3!
4!
Nighthawk gets to his elbows, wincing as he inadvertently arches his spine.}
Eric Hardy: Neither of these men want this to end in another double count-out.
Dave Holland: Absolutely not.
{5!
6!
7!
Caleb gets to his feet in one corner, as Nighthawk gets up in the other corner. Caleb charges again, and Nighthawk drops down, anticipating a move. However, Caleb has him scouted, and instead leaps for a somersault double leg drop to the small of Nighthawk’s back! The Wrestling Machine holds himself again, and Caleb quickly grabs his legs, hauling him to the center of the ring before guiding him back into an elevated Boston crab! It’s Nighthawk’s turn to be locked into a painful hold, with Caleb trying to haul back as much as he can! However, before much damage can be inflicted, Caleb falls back, letting go and holding his left shoulder.}
Eric Hardy: And that looks to be one big weapon taken out of his arsenal, with that shoulder bothering him. I don’t know if he’ll be able to get Nighthawk up for either the Whiplash or the Royal Flush.
Dave Holland: But that still leaves the incredibly effective Skyscraper Press in his finishing arsenal, plus a whole bevy of signature moves. Don’t count him out just yet.
{Caleb curses, massaging his shoulder. Nighthawk pushes back to a vertical base, seeing Caleb distracted, and runs in, wrapping him up in a headscissors and spinning multiple times before flipping into an armdrag that sends Lockwood halfway across the ring! Caleb holds his shoulder tightly, and Nighthawk moves over towards him. He delivers a knee drop to Caleb’s shoulder, prompting the Oakland native to roll onto his stomach, still in clear pain. Nighthawk reaches down and grabs at the arm of Caleb, trying to pry it out from under him. Lockwood resists, struggling, and his right arm shoots out, delivering a punch to the back of Nighthawk’s right knee. He buckles, and Caleb pushes himself to his feet, ducking back and hitting the ropes before coming off with a Shining Wizard! Lockwood rolls into a cover, hooking the leg with his right arm!
1!
2!
KICKOUT!}
Dave Holland: That was a brutal Shining Wizard, but Lockwood’s definitely got that arm out of commission. Nighthawk could still take this one home with the right hold.
{Nighthawk gets to his feet again, and Caleb runs in, delivering a headscissors that he spins through into a DDT, hooking Nighthawk with his right arm specifically. The Man of 1,000 Holds bounces off the mat, and Caleb shakes out his arm again, trying to force some feeling back into it. He goes to the corner, taking a moment to catch his breath before hauling himself up the turnbuckles as Nighthawk slowly stands. Caleb reaches the top rope, and Nighthawk frantically scrambles over, driving himself back-first into the turnbuckles. He lets out a shout, and Caleb loses his balance, falling backwards. Nighthawk reaches up and grabs him, hooking him into a running sitout powerbomb! He holds on for the cover!
1!
2!
3! NO! KICKOUT AT 2.9!}
Eric Hardy: How in the hell did Caleb Lockwood kick out of that powerbomb?!
Willy Carter: He looked like he was done for, but pride makes men do a lot of things. He reppin’ everything he cares about, man, and you do NOT give up just like that!
{Nighthawk stands again, shaking his head and taking deep breaths. He grabs Caleb’s head, pulling him up. Caleb drops to his knees, and Nighthawk grabs his arm, hauling him up fully. Nighthawk delivers a hard Irish whip, sending Lockwood towards the corner. He runs after him, but Caleb is able to jump at the last second, springboarding back and delivering a thunderous roundhouse kick directly to the skull of Nighthawk! He slumps to his knees, Caleb landing on his feet. Lockwood senses a rare chance and rushes over, back to Nighthawk as he underhooks both arms. Caleb swings him around, lifting Nighthawk up and gritting his teeth as he maneuvers Nighthawk into the Royal Flush!}
Eric Hardy: What incredible resilience from both men! Nighthawk took that kick and almost dropped to the mat, and you can see the exertion on Caleb’s face as he wrenches that Royal Flush submission hold!
Dave Holland: He’s gutting through it, and a move like the Royal Flush, if he’s got it locked in right, and he certainly appears to, isn’t one many can stand for long even at 100%. Nighthawk’s either got to counter out or tap out.
{Caleb wrenches on the hold, locking it in tight as a snare drum. Nighthawk is being stretched in multiple directions, but he continues to fight and struggle, trying desperately to get him to break one of the locked holds: his arms, the arm hooked under Caleb’s leg, something, anything. Caleb is noticeably in pain as well, but he lets out a loud war cry, bearing down on the hold even more. Nighthawk continues to hold on as much as he can, but finally Mitch Kennedy asks him if he gives up and all Nighthawk can do is nod his head. Kennedy turns and signals for the bell, and Caleb releases the hold, both men dropping to the mat in exhaustion.}
Amber Ashe: Here is your winner by submission, Caleb Lockwood!
Eric Hardy: What a war between these two men. They gave it everything, and Caleb Lockwood gritted through the pain to come out with an incredible submission victory here tonight.
Dave Holland: That last-second adrenaline burst was exactly what he needed, and it provided an emotional closer to what’s been a simply breathtaking series of matches between these two. Hats off to both of them.
Willy Carter: Aww man, Caleb! Don’t spoil this by being sportsmanlike!
{Indeed, as Willy complained, Caleb is staggering to his feet. He sees Nighthawk struggling to stand and offers a hand to him. Nighthawk eyes it for a second, then takes it, Caleb helping him to his feet. He shakes his hand before turning and raising it. Caleb points to Nighthawk, grinning, and bows to him. Nighthawk bows back and turns to walk from the ring, rolling under the bottom rope. Caleb celebrates in the ring, looking around with a grin on his face. He takes a few deep breaths, hopping out of the ring and playing to the crowd as he walks to the back himself.}
Eric Hardy: From one grudge match to another here, as next up we have a feud that pits former friends turned bitter enemies against each other!
Willy Carter: Ahem…KAT FIIIIIGHT!
Dave Holland: No. Just no.

Grudge Match
Kathy Conway vs.Mercedes Vargas
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Amber Ashe: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first…
The lights in the arena start to twinkle with the chorus of 'Skyfall' by Adele. Kathleen Conway appears on the stage with one hand on her right hip, and the other in the hand of her husband The Ace as he is beside her. She kisses him before the couple continues to walk down to the ramp, hand in hand, Kathy with a smile on her face. She gets to the ring and climbs on to the apron with her back to the ropes, she drops to one knee. She holds onto the ropes behind her as she flips her hair to the side before standing up and climbing through the middle rope into the ring. She walks to the middle and flips her hair again with a hand on her hip as the lights return to normal and the music fades.
Dave Holland: This woman has been through a hell of a lot recently caused by her opponent and some extracurricular activity.
Eric Hardy: That’s true Dave, but tonight, she has a chance to put it all to rest.
Willy Carter: Nobody cares about the personal crap. We’re about to see two hot bitches throw down.
Dave Holland: You’re lucky we’re on Pay Per View tonight. Someone else might hear you though.
Willy Carter: Whatever. He’s got more important crap to worry about.
Amber Ashe: And her opponent…
"Face to Face" by Siousie & the Banshees starts from the PA system as Mercedes appears on the entranceway, hand on waist.
Amber Ashe: Making her way to the ring from Buenos Aires, Argentina, weighing 135 pounds...MERCEEEEEDEEEES VAAAARGAAAAS!
Cheers, boos and catcalls soon greet her. Oblivious and yet satisfied with their reaction for several seconds, she flips her long hair, then makes her way to the ring. As she goes up the steps and walks along the ring apron, she straddles the top rope, facing the crowd before she walks the rest of the apron and climbs to the turnbuckle, then looks down at Kat before looking out towards the crowd.
Dave Holland: This woman has started something she may not be able to get out of.
Eric Hardy: Some have called her an attempted home wrecker these past couple of weeks.
Willy Carter: She can wreck my home any night sucka.
The referee signals for the bell and the two women walk toward the center of the ring. There’s a little bit of trash talking and the voices of the two escalate, the fury of Kat being audible as she finally has had enough and slaps Mercedes right across the face, hard enough to send Vargas to her knees.
Willy Carter: DAMN!
Dave Holland: What a shot by Kat Conway.
Eric Hardy: Remind me never to get on her bad side.
Vargas gets back to her feet rubbing her cheek before again getting in the face of Conway. The two shove each other back and forth before getting in each other’s face again. Kat goes to slap her again, but this time Mercedes blocks the strike and plants her knee into the gut of Conway.
Willy Carter: Fool me twice…
Eric Hardy: Yeah, yeah. Now the real match gets under way.
Vargas grabs Conway by the hair and throws her into the corner where she hits a back elbow followed by another knee to the mid-section of Conway. Vargas then shushes the crowd before standing Conway up in the corner with a hard backhand chop that echoes throughout the arena, then extends her leg placing her boot right into the throat of Conway as the referee starts his five count, Vargas breaking at four as to not be disqualified as she turns to the crowd to a resounding amount of boos.
Dave Holland: Mercedes has taken the upper hand here guys.
Willy Carter: She’s so flexible…
Eric Hardy: Knock it off. We have a match going on and that’s all you think about.
Willy Carter: I’m a warm blooded male, OF COURSE THAT’S ALL I THINK ABOUT!
Mercedes turns her attention back to Conway and tries to raise her back to a vertical base in the corner, but her hands are swatted up and to the side by Kat who begins to fight her way out of the corner with a few forearm shots to the face of Mercedes, backing her up and the duo out of the corner. Kat grabs hold of Vargas and whips her into the ropes and goes for a vicious clothesline upon return, but Vargas ducks it and heads into the opposite ropes. Conway is quick to spin around and upon arrival, pounces on Vargas with a Lou Thesz Press followed by a fury of fists before getting to her feet and letting out a loud primal scream.
Willy Carter: Talk about vicious, how does the Ace handle that in the sack?
Eric Hardy: Uncalled for.
Dave Holland: It was a rather bad remark, but in other news, Kat Conway has just taken over this match.
Mercedes has rolled to her stomach and tries to get up, but while on all fours, Kat sends a stiff boot to the side of her head that nearly knocks her out. Kat goes for the first pin of the match…
1…2...kickout!
Dave Holland: Mercedes showing some resolve after that hard kick.
Kat pulls Mercedes to her feet before lifting her in the air and executing a picture perfect scoop slam near the corner. Kat then heads to the turnbuckle before ascending the corner. She leaps backwards into the air looking for a Moonsault, but Mercedes is able to roll toward the corner, avoiding the impact.
Eric Hardy: And that’s why they call it high-risk.
Willy Carter: Crash and burn. I wonder if that’s what The Ace experiences after sexual encounters.
Eric Hardy: What the hell does that have to do with this match?
Willy Carter: You ass! Everything I say has something to do with this match!
Dave Holland: Stop you two. Call the action and don’t make me turn this announce booth around.
As Dave restores order at the commentator’s position, Vargas is to her feet and grabs hold of a kneeling Conway and plants her into the mat with a DDT looking for a victory of her own…
1…2…Kat gets the shoulder off the mat.
Dave Holland: Both women showing resilience tonight.
Vargas gets to her feet and sees Kat still prone, now on her back. Mercedes grabs hold of both of Conway’s legs and falls back, shooting Kat into the ropes which pushes her back onto the knees of Vargas.
Willy Carter: Ouch.
Dave Holland: Nice backbreaker by Mercedes.
Eric Hardy: Conway might be in trouble.
Mercedes keeps hold of the legs then rolls back into a pinning combination…
1…2…NO! Kat breaks out of the attempt and slings Vargas forward through the middle rope and out of the ring to the floor below.
Eric Hardy: Now Kat has a little time to recuperate.
Dave Holland: She doesn’t look to be using it for that.
Mercedes is slow to her feet as Kat goes through the ropes to the apron. Looking behind her, gauging distance, Kat springboards to the top rope and leaps off backward hitting Mercedes with a Asai Moonsault!
Dave Holland: WHAT A MOVE BY KAT CONWAY!
Eric Hardy: She’s pulling out all the stops. I heard she had some extra training this week but that was amazing.
Willy Carter: We have gifted female competitors here in NCW. We don’t just hire for the tits and ass…though that is a bonus.
As both women are down and the crowd chants “THIS IS AWESOME!”…replays of Conway’s leap of faith are shown on a split screen, one in real time, another in slow motion to show the hang time she achieved. Kat is first to her feet and rolls into the ring and back out again, breaking the referee’s count at seven. She grabs hold of Vargas by the hair and rolls her slowly into the ring, following her and going for another cover…
1…2…NO!!!
Dave Holland: Somehow Mercedes got the shoulder off the mat before the count of three!
Eric Hardy: Incredible no quit attitude!
Kat sits up on her knees and runs her hands through her hair in disbelief. She gets to her feet and stalks Mercedes who is slow to her feet. Kat under-hooks the arms and goes for the Katastrophe (Verta-breaker), but the move is blocked by Mercedes who pushes Kat into the ropes and upon return hits her with a Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker followed by a Neckbreaker!
Dave Holland: DOUBLE JEOPARDY!
Eric Hardy: A quick counter by Mercedes out of the Katastrophe.
Willy Carter: COVER!
1…2…NO!!!
Dave Holland: This time it’s Conway showing her resolve kicking out of a trademark Vargas maneuver.
Eric Hardy: These two women plain hate each other. Nobody is going to give in without being knocked unconscious.
Willy Carter: Coincidentally, that’s the only way Eric can get a woman in his bed too.
Eric Hardy: I hate you.
Vargas measures Conway and lifts her belly up onto her shoulders looking to hit her with the Black Rose Overdrive (Reverse Death Valley Driver). Mercedes flips Kat off her shoulders but Kat lands on her feet and hits Mercedes with a swift DDT floating into the cover.
1…2…NO!!!
Kat smacks the mat in frustration as she grabs hold of Vargas and sets her up for the Kat Nap. Before she can drop though, Mercedes fights out of it and pulls her head free, headbutting Conway before getting back to her feet, spinning the dazed Kat around before hoisting her into the air and nailing the Black Rose Overdrive (Reverse Death Valley Driver) this time around close to the ropes. Mercedes pins…
1…2…3…NO! The referee, a split second before the three sees Kat’s foot on the bottom rope.
Willy: Wasn’t that three?
Dave: The referee is saying that Kat Conway’s foot was on the bottom rope.
Eric: Lookout!
Conway sneaks up behind Vargas who is arguing with the referee and rolls her up for a cover…
1…2…NO!
Vargas reverses it into a school-girl type cover WITH HER FEET ON THE ROPES AND A HANDFUL OF TIGHTS! So much so that Kathy’s rear end is exposed to the crowd.
1…2…3!!
Vargas gets off the ropes and lets go before the referee has a chance to see anything leaving Kat and The Ace on the outside in shock as Mercedes celebrates her victory.
Amber Ashe: Here is your winner…Mercedeeeeeeeees Vargaaaaaas!
Willy: That sure was a fine piece of ass right there.
Eric: You need to find a log with a hole or something.
Dave: Per usual, I’m the only one who cares about the match. Mercedes wins but in a questionable manner.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Grudge Match
Davey Ortega vs. Spike Kane
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{''Back in the Saddle Again'' hits the speakers as the fans have a mixed reaction. Davey Ortega comes from the back and stand on the entrance way looking to the ring, then eying both sides of the crowed. He walks down the ring with confidence, making his way up the stairs to the apron, he walks to the middle of the apron and turns to acknowledge the fans, raising his hand for a photo opportunity before he gets into the ring and waits.}
Eric Hardy: We are set for another chapter in the Kane/Ortega fued.
Willy Carter: Man this seems to have been going on for like five years now...
{The arena lights go out and some lights flashe in time with the guitar riff as "My Curse" hits the sound system, strobe lights flashing with the drums as they kick in, the video showing wide shots and arching shots of Spike Kane, before the lone bass drum and guitar riff play the lights black out.}
"YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH-ALRIGHT!"
{The lights turn back on to nothing. No one is coming out and Davey looks perplexed. He quickly turns around, expecting Spike to come from the crowd or from under the ring. Though no, Davey smlowly smiles then even starts to laugh as he realizes what is going on. He walks to Amber Ashe and holds out his hand, wanting the mic as Amber slowly hands it to him. The music cuts off}
Davey Ortega: Ladies and gentleman I regret to inform you that there has been a slight change in the card. Apparently my opponent has better things to do then come down to this ring and do what he said he was going to since he came back one month ago and that was to shut me up and make me respect him. Well Spike, instead of respect you have disappointment. You disappointed him, and her, oh and that guy third row back...he's almost in te
There is a man you all know well. You cheer for him, you want him to win even though lately he has earned a reputation similiar to mine. He has potential, but just when the big moment is with in reach it is yanked away. I think together we can overcome that and truly live up the promise and potential that we have. Together we will show everyone of you who ever questioned us, or simply didn't believe is us that you were dead wrong. Ladies and gentleman I give you a man who is the first and only three time National Champion, my new tag team partner and future nCw Tag Team Champion Joe Everyman!
Eric Hardy: What? Did I hear that right?
Willy Carter: You sure did, because here he comes!
{Live To Rise by Soundgarden starts blasting over the PA system. Pyros are going off on the stage all over the place. Joe Everyman then comes out onto the stage. Joe walks down the ramp while holding their arms up towards the crowd, who has a mixed but mostly face reaction. Joe then comes to the end of the ramp and does a standing jump onto the apron. Joe then climbs into the ring through the ropes and looks around in the crowd and hold up his arm. Then loud blue pyros shoot from the ring posts. Joe then stands and waits.}
Eric Hard: Joe hasn't had much luck in the tag division.
Dave Holland: But Davey has, the first time he ever tag teamed was with Jack Manson and they did win the titles.
Willy Carter: Go Team No Show!
{Joe and Davey shake hands as Davey hands the mic to Joe}
Joe Everyman: Thank you Davey and I'm sorry Spike didn't show, that would of been one hell of a match. I told everyone that the revolution starts tonight and here it is, the new face of the the tag team division. I guarentee you that the next pay per view it will be us taking on either Team America or Divine Royalty for the gold, and next Sunday on Collision we will begin our path. It is time to revolutionize the tag division, to revitalize it and rebuild it to a level that none of you could even imagine.
{Human Being by Van Halen hits and the two raise there hands to a mixed reaction and then exit the ring}
Willy Carter: Now that was a dissapointing end to a ''match''
Eric Hardy: Well Everyman and Ortega have teamed up, and made their intentions clear.
Dave Holland: I know this word gets thrown around alot, especially with those two but that team has potential.ars. Yet I am not disappointed at all, hell I'm actually thrilled.
Since you came back everyone has been clamoring why? Not why are you back, but rather why fight Davey Ortega? After a month of people asking that question, I myself began to wonder that. You see this match would of settled nothing between us, you and I both know that. This match would of ultimately done nothing for what I want and that is to become once again a relevant force in nCw. Something I aim to achieve with help. Change is hard but it has to be done, one must adapt in order to survive. For far to long I have been wandering these halls by myself, constantly looking over my shoulder for the old enemy, or the new one. Well those days are now officially behind me.
Eric Hardy: Well... looks like either Team America or Divine Royalty have a team to contend with, but there is no time to dwell on that... upnext...
Dave Holland: Here we go fans... we’ve all been waiting for this match right guys? Yeah... our illustrious owner Kelly Fox, squares off against Crystal Hilton.
Eric Hardy: A rematch of the first Starlets Road to the Gold tournament finals. These two ladies are from a technical standpoint about equal in every aspect.
Willy Carter: They are, but Kelly has the advantage of being the owner and can do whatever the hell she damn well pleases in this match.
Dave Holland: Even Kelly has to play by the rules inside that ring Carter.
Willy Carter: We’ll see about that won’t we?
Eric Hardy: We sure will, because it’s coming up right now.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Grudge Match
Kelly Fox vs. Crystal Williams
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{All of a sudden “Stronger” by 30 Seconds To Mars starts playing all over the Pa system. Two lights are pointed at the entrance way. Crystal Emerges through the curtains and is greeted by multiple pyros that start shooting off one by one. The crowd roars at her with a loud ovation of cheers and she slowly makes her way out walking down the aisle. Crystal cracks a grin as her photographers line up to take a picture of her but she turns her attention to the fans slapping their hands as she makes her way to the ring. She finally makes it to the ring and places one foot on the apron and stretches the other one on the apron as well. She does a split to enter the ring and she finally makes it to her feet. She smiles bouncing around a bit as she awaits her opponent to come out.}
Dave Holland: Crystal looks ready for a fight, don’t know if I’ve ever seen her this determined.
Eric Hardy: She’s fighting for her best friend, she spent a large amount of time trying to convince Sydney to take off the Herald mask, and now wants to make Kelly pay for it.
Willy Carter: Maybe she should have just invested her time somewhere else and not put herself throught his.
Dave Holland: That never crossed Crystal’s mind, she just wanted her best friend back.
Willy Carter: Then she’s dumber than I thought.
{Drums crash as the lights in the arena all go out, from the entrance ramp pink glitter flakes begin falling down as "Up in Flames" by Icon for Hire begins playing. Kelly steps out into the glitter pyrotechnics. Kelly comes out onto the ramp with her hoodie on over her head. The Pink sparks die down as the lights in the arena begin flashing on and off with pink strobes. Kelly throws the hood back and flings the shirt off. She plays to the crowd as she runs to the ring sliding in. The lights go out again all except one spotlight shinning on her with her arms outstretched. The lights come back on and Kelly waits for the match to begin.}
Eric Hardy: And there she is, owner of NCW Kelly Fox.
Willy Carter: Who is looking fantastic this evening.
Eric Hardy: Would you stop already?
Willy Carter: I’m just getting started...
Eric Hardy: Yea, that’s what’s worrying me.
Dave Holland: Men, if you please, the referee has checked both ladies and it’s time for the bell. Lets focus on the actual match.
{The match begins as Crystal goes right at Kelly to kick off the action, she lunges and tries to grab Fox, but Kelly ducks under it and instead kicks Crystal in the back of the knee, bringing her down into a kneeling position. Kelly slaps her in the back of the head and smiles at herself as Crystal rolls forward and jumps back to her feet. When Crystal is up, Kelly jumps into the air and goes for a drop kick but Crystal is there to catch her and throws Kelly hard onto her back. Crystal sprints to the ropes and comes back as Kelly is getting back up and then slings Kelly right back down with the running head scissors. Kelly again quickly jumps back to her feet but Crystal again is ready and puts Kelly back down with a drop kick to the jaw. Kelly holds her face in pain as Crystal heads to the ring apron. She stands there, pulls back on the top rope, and then springboards into the ring with a springboard senton but gets nothing but mat as Kelly rolls out of the way. Crystal sits up holding her back in pain, but that’s the least of her worries because as she does, Kelly kicks her square in the chest with a spinning kick. Crystal hits the mat and Kelly transitions into a standing moonsault and a pin. 1....2.. but Crystal throws the shoulder up.}
Dave Holland: You can tell these two aren’t going to hold any punches here in this match.
Eric Hardy: If anybody had any doubts leading up to this, they surely are gone now.
Willy Carter: Yea, I feel bad for Crystal, Kelly looks like she’s on top of her game here.
Dave Holland: Crystal is looking pretty good to Willy, it’s been back and forth.
Willy Carter: Whatever you say Hardy.
{Kelly takes Crystal by the arm and pulls her back to her feet, she takes Crystal and looks to Irish whip her by Crystal hits the breaks and pulls Kelly forward where she arm drags Kelly onto her back. Crystal keeps hold of Kelly’s arm while taking Kelly by the head with her other arm, she lifts Fox back to her feet and then puts Kelly quickly back down with a reverse DDT backbreaker which she then transitions into a neckbreaker! Crystal flips over and cover 1...2 but Kelly puts the arm up. Crsytal takes Fox by the hair and forces her to her feet, she whips Kelly into the corner now. Crystal runs, does a handspring and puts the elbow right... no! Kelly catches her and now is holding Crystal in a waist lock, Kelly steps forward, lifts with all she has and throws Crystal backwards into the turnbuckles with the release German suplex! Crystal’s head connects with the middle turnbuckle and she falls limply to the mat in pain. Kelly takes her by the foot and drags her into the center of the ring.}
Dave Holland: Wow! We’ve never seen a move like that from kelly before...
Willy Carter: She’s going all out here Hardy. What do you expect?
Dave Holland: I know that Willy, I’m just pointing it out.
Willy Carter: maybe you should make that more clear next time.
Eric Hardy: Willy... could you please?
Willy Carter: Don’t try and silence my whitey!
{Kelly has Crystal in the middle of the ring and this time she heads towards the apron. She waits as Crystal holds the back of her head and slowly pulls herself back to her feet. Crystal stands up and Kelly springs into the match with a diving crossbody that connects, but Crystal rolls through it and now has Kelly in a pin! 1....2... but Kelly just gets the arm up before she can be suprise pinned. Both ladies spin up and get back to their feet, Kelly charges at Crystal with a clothesline but Crystal ducks under it and takes Kelly by the head with a neckbreaker! Kelly holds her head as she starts getting back to her feet, Crystal runs to the ropes and bounces off, Kelly grabs her on the way back but Crystal flips up and around Kelly’s body and Tilt-o-whirl DDT! Crystal flips Kelly over and covers again 1...2. but Kelly again puts the arm up. Crystal this time gets back to her feet, she waits as Kelly begins to stand to her feet and signals for it, “The Flashing Lights Kick”! Kelly slowly stands back to her feet, Crystal is ready to pounce and takes the swing, but Kelly ducks under it! Kelly sprints to the ropes, comes back and nails Crystal with the spinning leg kick. Crystal hits the mat but quickly tries to get back to her feet, but Kelly is standing there and waiting... CHICK KICK! Kelly quickly hooks a leg and covers 1...2.. but Crystal throws her arm up.}
Dave Holland: Kelly with the “anything you can do, I can do better.” kick.
Eric Hardy: Crystal misses and it gave Kelly an opening, and Kelly is not one to pass up opportunities like that.
Willy Carter: Could be a critical mistake from Crystal, maybe.
{Kelly takes Crystal by the head and forces her back to her feet again where she throws Crystal into the corner. Kelly begins punching, kicking, and elbowing until Crystal falls down on her bottom leaning against the turnbuckles. Kelly then proceeds to stop and kick as Crystal sits there defensless with the face wash stomping. Finally after several shots the referee comes in and forces Kelly away. Kelly points her finger and screams at Johnnie Lei, before she heads right back into the corner and proceeds to stomp Crystal some more. Johnnie Lei, trying to do his job right comes back over and pulls Kelly out of the corner again to stop the assault. Kelly does not look please but this time stop her attack.}
Dave Holland: Looks like Kelly got a bit upset that Referee Johnnie Lei stopped that vicious attack.
Eric Hardy: This match has rules, it’s not an Xtreme or Hardcore match, she like anybody else when inside that ring has to follow those rules.
Dave Holland: I agree completely, it’s good that that Lei here is trying to make sure this doesn’t get out of hand.
Willy Carter: What, that’s BS. That was clearly a fast five count from Lei and he should be ashamed of himself, that’s all Kely was saying.
Eric Hardy: Sure Willy. Sure.
{Crystal slowly grabs the ropes and pulls herself back to her feet, she stand up groggily. Kelly kicks her in the stomach and then looks for a butterfly DDT after Crystal staggers out of the corner, but Crystal suddenly breaks her arms free, grabs Kelly by the legs and flips her onto her back where she turns Fox over into the WITHERING ROSE! Kelly screams out quickly in pain, but knows what she has to do also. She digs into the mat and quickly pulls herself to the ropes before Crystal has too tight of a clench in on the move.}
Dave Holland: Kelly dodging a bullet there.
Eric Hardy: Crystal looked like she was ready to clinch that move in and never let go, very quick and smart thinking from Kelly there, may have saved this match for her.
Willy Carter: Kelly isn’t an ordinary dumb blond bimbo Starlet, you all know that, moves like this is why she’s a former champion.
{Crystal lets go of the hold and Kelly rolls under the bottom rope and out of the ring to quickly regroup. Crystal sprints to the ropes, comes back and goes for the surprise suicide dive and connects with the move as the fans cheer wildly. Crystal gets up and throws her arms in the air in celebration before bending down to grab Kelly. Crystal pulls Kelly to her feet and then smashes her head first into the side of the ring apron before she shoves Kelly under the bottom rope where only her head is hanging over the apron. Crystal jumps up onto the apron and the fans cheer as she jumps back down dropping the leg across Kelly’s throat! Kelly holds her neck in pain as Crystal slides back into the ring. Kelly is getting back to her feet, holding her throat as Crystal stands behind her, when Kelly is back to a vertical base, Crystal jumps up onto Kelly’s shouldes, spins around and flips Kelly to the ground with a mysteriorana! Crystal pins 1.....2... but No, Kelly breaks free from the pin.}
Dave Holland: Crystal almost had here there. Half second away.
Willy Carter: Meh. Kelly had plenty of time.
Eric Hardy: She’s on the ropes right now, looks like Crystal might be rolling right now.
{Crystal spins back to her feet and waits as Kelly starts to stand back to hers. Crystal steps behind Kelly again and grabs her by the head for the Russian legsweep. Crystal then jumps back to her feet, she positions herself, runs and nadsprings for the SMELL THE ROSES, but Kelly rolls out of the way! Crystal lands flat on her stomach, she however quickly gets back to her feet to try and fight back but Kelly is behind her, who takes her by the hair and snap hair pull backbreakers her! Kelly quickly covers 1...2.. but Crystal puts the arm up. Kelly steps back and waits as Crystal turnovers and tries to push back to her feet, but Kelly comes rushing in and blasts her with the Shining Yakuza kick! Crystal’s eyes roll into the back of her head as Kelly hooks a leg and pins again 1....2. but again Crsytal throws the arm up. Kelly grabs Crystal by the head and forces her back to her feet, she takes Crystal’s arm and KNITELIFE DDT! Once again goes for the cover 1...2... but again Crystal throws her arm up!}
Dave Holland: Again Crystal kicks out! She’s refusing to stay down three straight times from Fox.
Eric Hardy: That’s Crystal Hilton for you, she never gives up.
Willy Carter: She should.
{Kelly slaps the mat in mild frustration, she grabs Crystal and forces her back to her feet and the fans boo as Kelly takes Crystal and lifts her up into the air... BRAINBUSTER!. Kelly hits the move, cockily rolls over and makes the cover. 1....2....3...NO! Crystal throws the arm up into the air!}
Eric Hardy: Are you kidding me!? Crystal kicks out again!
Dave Holland: She refuses to quit, and Kelly looks livid.
Willy Carter: That was clearly a three!
{Kelly looks as Lei and screams at him that it was three as she slaps the mat in frustration. She composes herself quickly though, and then smiles. She slides out of the ring, heads towards the time keepers table and snatches a steel chair from it. She slides back into the ring and Lei looks to take the steel chair from her.}
Dave Holland: What is she doing? This will be a DQ.
Eric Hardy: She’s clearly frustrated at this point...
{Lei grabs the chair but Kelly pulls it away and screams at Lei to turn around and not look. Lei seems confused, but Kelly screams out as loud as she can for him to turn around and close his eyes and eventually he does so.}
Eric Hardy: What the hell is this!? She’s threatened her employee into turning around...
Dave Holland: Just so she can smack Crystal with this chair... that’s just low.
{Kelly pats the chair on the ground as the fans begin to boo wildly, but suddenly those boos turn to cheers as Crystal is trying to push back to her feet as Sydney comes rushing out from the back! Sydney slides in behind Kelly and rips the steel chair out of her raised hands. Kelly turns around and looks shocked.}
Dave Holland: YES, Sydney’s out here and she’s ripped the chair from her Sister-in-laws hands!
Willy Carter: What is she doing? She’s not allowed in this ring!
Eric Hardy: Much like that steel chair isn’t allowed?
Willy Carter: Shut up!
{Kelly points her finger at Sydney as Sydney raises the steel chair up.}
Kelly Fox: If you swing that chair you’re fired! You hear me!? I don’t care what your brother says... you’ll never work here again!
{Sydney lowers the chair and glares at Kelly.}
Dave Holland: Big surprise, Kelly throwing her weight around again.
{Kelly smiles at points at Crystal.}
Kelly Fox: But if you hit her... I’ll give you Zelda back... That’s all you have to do, who are you going to side with your friend... or family?
{Sydney looks at Crystal and raises the chair, but suddenly turns and blasts Kelly with it! The fans go wild as Sydney takes the chair and throws it out of the ring before sliding out. Johnnie Lei conveniently turns around at that time while Crystal goes over and makes the cover, hooking a leg and laying across Kelly’s chest. 1....2...3! Crystal Williams wins!}
Willy Carter: This is bull crap, Crystal should be disqualified, this is a travesty of justice!
Dave Holland: No Way, Kelly tried it first, but it back fired on her, she was absolutely going to steal this one by forcing Lei to do her bidding, Sydney just turned it around on her!
Willy Carter: Well I hope she likes the unemployment line, becuase that’s where she’s headed!
Eric Hardy: I’m not sure it was worth but hell, it must have felt good hearing that thud as it ringed against Kelly’s head!
Dave Holland: Indeed, and seeing Kelly get pinned by her best friend... a lot of months of frustration were built into that chair shot.
