There comes a time in a mans life when he must stop hiding. When he must rise up to the man he knows he is deep inside. Multiple reasons are to why this must happen. To be a hero, to be a savior, to punish the guilty, or to take revenge on those who wronged him in the past. Revenge, a dark essence that consumes and festers the soul. Soon, that is your entire reason for living. You can't eat, can't sleep, can't think straight. Your entire purpose in life is to find and extract your own revenge on the person who wronged you. Though, in this dark essence, in this blasphemous place you have brought yourself to comes a price all in its own. You lose yourself. You lose your soul to the dark essence that is. You figure your one shot, your only way out is to get what you seek..but is it? If you are able to take back what is yours, will it be enough to pull you from the darkness from which you came? Some say yes. Some say, you must get what you want in order to overcome this place. Others, say no. Once you fall, you spiral. Out of control, further and further down until you want revenge on the asshole who cut you off on the road. nCw will change this Sunday, because it can not win. No matter the outcome of the Dragon's Den nCw will lose. One man is insane enough to take nCw to the very gates of Hell to keep his precious title, the other was driven mad with thoughts of revenge, and now wants to extract it on everyone. So, nCw..who is the lesser of the two evils you put in a match created in Hell to control the most coveted prize in the company? Judgment Day? No.. Armageddon? No.. This..this is a whole new breed of reckoning that can not be named. This will shake the very foundations. What you thought you knew will be proven wrong, what you want to believe will be forfeited..and what you DO believe...will..be..obliterated.
The scene opens outside The Casino, where various workers are working on the outside of the building. People are still flocking in and out of The Casino. The seen pans out, then back in at the VIP room. Mr. Preston is sitting at the computer, clicking and clicking as Davey is standing, his back to the camera, just staring out the window.
Davey: What an act of stupidity. To vandalize a multi million dollar place. I mean seriously, it's only costing me a lousy thirty grand to fix it. At least make it worth my while and piss me off if you are going to wreck the place.
Mr. Preston: You are taking this better than I thought.
Davey: Well...let me see..
Davey turns around and begins walking slowly to Preston
Davey: I have lost my title at the hands of Spike Kane. My match with him is not an ordinary one on one match, but a cage of death match that is designed to end careers. So, for some jack off to damage my building that only cost a half of a per cent for me to fix pales in comparison.
Davey is now at the computer desk
Mr. Preston: Good point, speaking of..
Davey: Don't. I know..I saw it. In fact, I've watched it many a times. Heresy..Heretic..so proper..so...magnificent.
Mr. Preston: What? You are..praising him on what he said?
Davey: Preston, I need you to leave the room now. Because this..this is for one man and one man only to hear..
Mr. Preston, slowly..gets up and walks out the double doors, closing them behind him. Davey watches him walk, and smiles when he is gone. He looks around the room.
Davey: I know...I know you can hear me. I want you to. I want you to hear every word I say. You see, Spike. You were not the only one raised a certain way. You speak of the Spartans, the Gladiators. They all have one thing in common, Spike. They died a glorified death on the battle field. No matter how hard they fought..they perished well before their respective times. Now I ask why did they? For the Spartans, they followed their leader into battle. Mindlessly following him to protect him. Do they sing the praise of the warriors who have fallen by name? No..though they sing of their leader, their king...their...Emperor. All by name. Written in history by name, and of those who died beside him as ''His warriors''.
You were brought up in violence, in pain. Always afraid to get close to someone because of your own insecurities. Well I to was brought up in an unconventional way. Though, mine was more stressful then yours. I was brought up in the ways of study, and genius. So much pressure that normal people, like you, would of cracked. Though no, I invited the constant mind benders and mastered them all. War plans, strategies, plots and forms. All I am aware of. Your physical strength will pale in comparison to my quick wit and brilliance. It doesn't matter what match you select because I will stand tall no matter what.
Can I tough? Can I take him on? He has changed so much, has become one of the biggest stars in this industry, when I have so much left to prove...
Davey: Have you forgotten, Spike? If it wasn't for me, you would not be here right now. If it wasn't for me, that title would not be around your waist. I made you, I saw greatness in you and all I asked was complete and utter loyalty to me though you could not even do that. You had to betray me at the most opportune time for you, and shelf me. That has always been your problem, Spike. You never think things through. Did you think I wouldn't come back? Did you think you injured me enough to keep me away from nCw forever? Did you think that when I did come back, I would not gun for you? Spike, I'm not even going to ask what you thought, because whatever it was landed you right here.
It landed you into the main event at Metamorphosis, right in the ring with me. You have toppled giants? Perhaps. Though I am not a giant, I am a genius. A genius you have not beaten yet. A genius that assaulted you two weeks ago and injured your shoulder. A genius you scorned.
Scorned, screwed over, insulted. All things done to me. All things one man is responsible for.
Davey: I am ready to fully extract my revenge on you. I am ready to spiral further down inside my own hell just for a shot to drag you down with me.
