Well, it seems that after all this time, the infamous WBL Studios has touched down in the nCw. WBL Studios, the infamous film and talent company based in Florida, has been responsible for some of the biggest wrestling talent seen over this past decade... from the busty lesbian Yakuza hitwoman Mary X, to the suicidal, self-harming Jersey girl, the legendary Ellis Davis, may she rest in peace. Many names have crossed the Studios' doorstep, and most have retired from American wrestling either undefeated, or with titles.
In fact, in the first half of 2007 alone, three different clients (Requiem Atma, Kid Chaos, Kid Awesome) have held World Heavyweight championships in their respected feds, and held them until the federations closed down. Undefeated and invincible, the Studios is on a roll.
Now, mostly the Studios prefer to manage female wrestlers, and clients from Japan, so it was a surprise to hear the name they pegged to join the nCw... a loud-mouthed, wild-hearted soda-drinking maniac by the name of Dr. Pepper. While most people who dedicate themselves to the hardcore persuasion drink something a little harder, Dr. Pepper has stuck with his favorite soft drink for decades... and like his Old-School ECW style, he's not giving it up anytime soon.
Rumor has it that Dr. Pepper will make an appearance on this week's show... if he can find his car keys.
Matt Money, the man who has been pegged to manage Dr. Pepper, is rather accomplished in the Studios as well... although winless as a wrestler, Money has managed severeal wrestlers to titles.
Dr. Pepper is coming... he wants it all... and he wants it NOW!
